With lots of suspense, mystery and fantasy elements, heartwarming stories and a proper closure.
No unnecessary or annoying characters or subplots, no dragging, no typical cliches.

A fast-paced, well-written and beautifully filmed story about the epic forbidden love between a devil and a fairy.
Wonderful, meticulously designed set-ups for every realm and clan, lavish costumes and decorations, well-fitted music and songs, and a balanced screen time for all characters and subplots.
Dylan Wang's majestic, fierce and totally captivating antihero Dongfang Qing Cang and his funny as well as touching transformation was a pleasure to watch and the best part of this engaging drama!

A very enjoyable and well-made production with a unique supernatural story and extremely interesting and likeable characters.
Both students and adults stories were intriguing and beautifully connected (though I wouldn't mind have 20 more episodes with Zo In Sung as the main focus!) and the emotional, action, comic scenes were perfectly balanced.
A new fave heroes team in the making!

Re-watched after 3 years, and this time it was more quirky and entertaining!
Not your typical zombie movie... Zany, wacky, hilarious and ridiculously amusing.  
Don't think too much, don't try to find a reasoning and you'll have a great time!

A fascinating watch, not only for the various social issues it addressed in all of its episodes, but mainly for the unique idea of the Grim Reapers' trio and their mission, the classy and stylish Jumadaeng headquarters and all of its members' wardrobes.
The most memorable elements were Kim Hee Sun's husky voice, pink hair and red eyeshadow and Kim Hae Sook's majestic appearance, while the most disappointing one was the limited screen time of suave Lee Soo Hyuk .

An interesting addition to the supernatural mystery thriller genre, full of fascinating Korean folklore elements, a top-notch production and a charismatic cast.
Though on the slow-paced side, not too gory or horrifying but with large doses of psychological suspense, it was a tense, gripping and beautifully built story of greed, revenge and redemption.
And I have to admit that dark twisted roles fit Kim Tae Ri perfectly well!

Funny and serious, gay-friendly and homophobic, supernatural and realistic.

Unsettling, confusing as well as gripping thanks to its masterfully crafted plot-twists, with an exemplary blend of multiple dark genres, superb production and storytelling that creates a disturbingly ominous, eerie, gore-drenched atmosphere and a fantastic performance from child actress Kim Hwan Hee, this is a difficult, demanding watch that lingers in one's mind long after the film ends.
A unique horror movie definitely not for the faint-hearted.

Fast-paced, action-packed and very entertaining!
Though it was too short and felt too rushed sometimes, with the minimum details given to flesh out the characters and built the supernatural world, the story was easy to follow and get invested in, even for those who haven't read the manga or watched the anime, like me.
With a great cast, colourful settings and exemplary fighting scenes, I wouldn't mind watching a few more episodes, or a sequel even better.

Park Shin Hye was the reason I was hesitant to watch this drama, but she turned out to be the reason why I had such a blast watching it!
She gave life, spice and grandeur to Bit Na's character like no other actress probably could, perhaps because this was the polar opposite from all her previous roles.
Though there were some plot mishaps here and there, overall the story was refreshingly unique, fast paced and well-acted, while the settings, the special effects and, especially, Bit Na's wardrobe were a feast for the eyes.
Time well-spent.

Binge-able and enjoyable as a one-time watch, but nothing very memorable, mainly due to the weak writing that couldn't make most of the characters (who were too many, unnecessarily annoying and poorly fleshed out) meaningful or worthy to root for.
