Decent acting from the leads and the chemistry is ok for this low budget drama. The story is straightforward and easy to follow. Production quality is average as well. Not as good as the more popular ones but I've seen way worse.

I am so disappointed that I don't love this drama. ? When they were lost in the desert for what it seems like an eternity, they lost me as well. The story never held my attention and I didn't care how it ends. The only thing that kept me pushing forward is Ni Ni and Bai Yu. They are so amazing and Ni Ni is such a queen! I love all the characters, but not the plot. I also was looking forward to seeing Jin Han again but he has such little screen time ?

You all know I am a fast binge-watcher. Yet, it took me 28 days to finish this drama (Oct 3-31). That pretty much tells you how I feel about it.

It's probably me and my mood, but I didn't like this as much as I would have liked. I needed fluffy and this is not fluffy. It's nice to see a smart, independent and mature FL. ML is not bad. But the chemistry for me is lacking. What's worst is the annoying 2FL and the spoiled princess, who both have too much screen time to bug me.

I tried to write a review but nothing comes up. This is on par with "A Familiar Stranger" and "The Killer is also Romantic", and it's lovely to see a little crossover. We have two very different couples but I love both of their stories. The plot hooked me right in within the first episode. I do feel that the pace slows down in the second half. I daresay the drama is a just a tad too long? Definitely longer than the other earlier ones. However, I love the comedy bits that pop up suddenly and surprise me in a good way.

An underrated drama about the sisterhood of the Red Scarves ladies, who moved from Sam Sui (China) to Singapore for work. Not many dramas focus on the stories of women moving away from home. The drama has good pacing and has enough mini-climaxes throughout to keep me interested. FL is easy to root for but can also seem a little too 'can do no wrong'. I enjoy her journey of growth and how she works closely with those she met in Singapore. If you want sismance and girl power, this is the drama for you. If you want romance, it's not the focus but there enough to keep me entertained. But enough to wow me. There are annoying characters that I want to strangle and I fast-forwarded some of their scenes. I also don't like the dubbing and the sound of a couple voice actresses. Lastly, HORRIBLE English by so-called foreigners and native English speakers, except for Police Chief Hunter.

My mind went blank and I can't write up a good review. I like the drama fine. There are parts in the middle where I enjoyed the plot a lot (the scheming & gambling) and was looking forward to the next episode. Then towards the last couple episodes after the villain was revealed, I somehow lost my focus/interest. The acting and the fight choreography are great. I just wish there fewer slow-mo fight scenes. I like all the characters and the actors The two romance storylines are mature and healthy. A little surprised how hard ML fell for FL.
