I don't just mean they can punch good (though often they can). 

These women (& girls) are outspoken, clever, tenacious, ambitious and proud. They're kind but not weak, empathetic but not doormats and know how to stand up for themselves. They don't need a man - but that doesn't mean they wouldn't say no if the right kind came along! (oh, and they're definitely feminists.)
