pretty kung fu but was confusing. who the hell is "razor"? i feel like it doesn't make a lot of sense and we were jumping from one scene to another

im not sure if it was because of the censorship that we have such a short length. story and characters are decent and it's well done but i feel like 37min is not enough to fully develop this so im not sure about how i should feel about this movie
