In both the story starts with the lead getting in a car accident after a certain illegal thing happens and they end up in another dimension/time.

Not too similar but both deal with sexual assault as a theme, and both have strong female leads. Great shows.

Both leads suffer from insomnia and have trouble with finding out what's real and what's not. Awesome shows with good acting.

Both are about a woman who has a hard time distinguishing between what's real and what's not and trying to find out the truth of her past. Both also deal with SA as an issue. Both are very much worth watching, especially if you are a woman.

Both involve two men where one seems very suspicious and the other is convinced he is a murderer while you as a viewer is confused about whether or not he can be trusted. The dynamic is just similar. TSHLYE is romance-focused, though.

Two underrated creepy dramas taking place in a small town where mysterious events happen. Both have a different more experiemental vibe from your average drama. The creepy atmosphere is constant in both of them and perfect for a rainy weekend.

Badass women out for revenge. In both there's a dilf who she has great chemistry with and a younger guy too.

Both feature possessive guys (the tops) and both are spicy if you know what I mean. ;) In CP they have more of a dad vibe while in LITA it's a whole dom x sub dynamic for one of the couples while the second couple has a brat (bdsm term) who plays hard to get while the other guy chases and woos him. LITA is more explicit and I also recommend for the Special for more ahemm content.

A kinda serious guy (more so in SE) vs. a more carefree, playful type of guy who start out as fremenies that bicker a lot but then fall in love. In Bad Buddy the relationship is warmer and really cute.

In both 'immoral' people start dying under mysterious circustances and people think it's God's judgement and this becomes a cult.
