Both the main characters were each other's first love. But they were separated due to past events involving their families and meet again after many years.

Both are melodramas in which the female lead is blind ~ but in Angel Eyes Soo Wan was blind just when she was younger.

They both contain beautiful love stories encompassed by a blindness theme

Both dramas deal with a backstory where lead actors were teenagers and then progress to them 10+ years later as adults. In both CaHM and AE, the flashbacks are skillfully woven into the story line. I enjoyed these two dramas very much.

Both dramas showed us the perfect portrayal of a blind person. In crush male lead is blind. In Angel eyes female lead is blind.

These are both melodramas with a similar feel to them. They both involve characters reuniting after many years and have a theme of overcoming hardship, with many revelations and twists along the way.

Its a familiar atmospher between the main characters. Fun, serious some times and a little over the top dramatic.

If you like one of them, i highly recommend giving the other a go.

I found the theme for both dramas similar. slow and steady..
