Both shows talk about extramarital affairs, how can a marriage break down because of doubts. Valid Love, does what Temptation did better, more in-depth, better polished characters, better reasons, more melodrama. However, Valid Love, in all its sadness, doesn't make you feel obligated to ship a certain couple, and has a lot less cheezy scenes.

Our times is more on the light and funny side, while Bokura ga ita is more on drama (especially part 2). They are only similar in, high school first love then got separated for many years, did not know what happened to one herroine, from high school to working employee

Although it is a bit different, I found these two very similar in the end. I felt like they shared the same theme, war, tragedies, heartbreaking romance, and family relations.

Lee Hoon in both dramas plays the role of trouble-maker son, however, he's real man with a big warm heart, trustworthy and responsible.

Although the different content and genres as well, but in both dramas Jo Min Ki plays as one of the rich brothers who lose everything after the death of their father, the concept of Foolish Princes was comedy by seeing the rich brothers who were dependent on their father until their 30s, they become suddenly fighting for a living with a lack of experience in life, so they can live in one way or another. while Love & Ambition is a matter of a life or death in a period where wealth and poverty were two things are very important in the life who have lived through that period.

Both dramas' plots are of revenge against another for the sake of his family. Both main characters are in the field of law practices. Throughout the dramas we get to experience their pain and how they have became strong to fight against those who are in power. The main characters' stories are both very tragic, very well written plots.

"the simple loss of a phone can lead to a series of wildly escalating events that push two very different men over the edge. The result is a thriller which is not only fast moving and gripping, but which has a fascinatingly amoral edge, with no clear cut heroes and villains." - James Mudge, Beyond Hollywood
