Both dramas give that pleasure to enjoy smart, funny, psychologically deep and breathtaking love story. Main characters are smart, in their early 30s. Main actors/actresses are great and acted great.
Stories are totally different, each of the dramas has it's own taste and style. But they both are pieces of art - good work of filming teams.
These two are my fav dramas, the best of Korean, and the best of Taiwanese.

Gives similar feelings. Friendship, love, gay, tragedy, dinamic, chemistry, unique plot. And just wow. Also there are Eita and Ueno Juri too.
The plot is mainly about revenge , but in Healer the revenge part is developed within the episodes and not from the beggining. It gives the same vibe and the lead female is the same in both dramas.
These are completely different plot-wise, but they leave you with a similar feel and strong message. In both dramas, the leads fall for each other while the female lead helps the male face his fears and overcome emotional issues from childhood, and the male lead helps to break down her guarded emotional walls. Plus the supporting cast in both are just as lovable! Add some gif-able comedic scenes and squeal-worthy bromances and you've got a couple of dramas worthy of a 10 star rating IMHO! If you like one then you're sure to like the other.
Both are stories about high school students falling in love with their teacher. Both are touching romances. The J drama is more serious and intense than the K drama.
Both are feel good rom com dramas that are fluffy and enjoyable. Both also features not the usual cookie cutter female character as its leads.
Both japanese dramas are really complex and have a great plot about suspense.
Both have dragons and love triangles in both the guy does not know
That the female lead is immortal .

They both have to do with a forbidden love.in both the male leads are human and they both fall for the girl without knowing it was destined.
Both involve two different families and the romantic relationships of the different siblings. Family's Honor deal with clashes between traditions and new money while Golden Bride deals more with different cultures merging and the dangers of secrets.
Both dramas have sort of the same theme where Huo Wallace is the main lead and is a genius Detective, only this one is in a 1920s historical setting
Like Roosevelt Game, both series have in common a great deal of staff: producers, directors, novel author and screenwriter. You should watch it if you liked Hanzawa Naoki!
Chinese version of the same movie but with some small changes. Both of the movies are great and have an excellent cast.
Both series have the same style, the same novel author, same screenwriter, same producers and even some common actors. Recommended!
