An Assassin and Daisy both have an interesting story line about an assassin and a girl, but otherwise they are completely different. (I loved both, though.)
Both are happening in the same time frame. In both Kim Sang Kyung and Kim Yeong Cheol are playing the same characters, Kim Sang Kyung plays king Sejong and Kim Yeong Cheol - king Taejong. In The Great King Sejong Jang Yeong Sil is an important supporting character, while in Jang Yeong Sil he is the main character.
There is this similar vibe about the two series, like in every episode or so the protagonist blows off and put people at their place when they the least expect it. Both are episodic dramas.
The woman in Age Harassment is more frontal and plainly in her words than the one in Hanasaki Mai, who is way more restraint in her speech and meek.
No romance in Hanasaki Mai which is also more comedy.

I was actually very surprised not to see that this one was already recommended. After watching this movie it was so hard not to relate it to this one, and trust me, if you loved this Our Times, you will LOVE You Are The Apple To My Eye.
Another strong, character driven drama. Dramas like this touch your heart and move your soul. The people in them could be you, your friend, your family member. Virtually devoid of the cliches that Kdrama is famous for, this is an adult drama for adults who have lived life and its hardships and survived. The acting and writing are spot on. It is relatable, heart warming, lovely. If you give it a chance, you might love it too.
They are both based of the same manga Itazura Na Kiss. Each version has it's own personal touch.
Both dramas take place during the same time of history. Queen In-Hyun's Man is a time traveling drama, but the characters are the same and have a focus on the deposition of Queen In-Hyun.
Both movies deal with cases of bullying at school which lead to tragic events. Both have an emphasis on the victim's families quest for truth.
The movie and the drama depict how a young woman is going to lose weight in order to get what she deserves.
In both the dramas, the female lead changes from an ugly duckling to a beautiful swan. The women are strong willed and confident which also contributes to attract the male lead.
Both are well made romance movies. They are my favorites even now. Haven't seen a movie better than these 2 for me so far.
They both are detective role plays and both super powers. You might like The Four because it doesn't have a tragic ending like Swords of Legend did.
