There is nothing really funny about this movie. It is full of damaged characters and a lunatic king. The story is really about a bromance between Gong Gil and Jang Seng. It is actually moving and sad. I loved it. Lee Jun Ki as Gong Gil is effeminate and he does it well. It seems strange not to see him fight like he did in Iljimae. Then there is Kam Woo Sung and I'm wondering why he hasn't done more acting. Everyone is good in this movie. I don't know if I would recommend this for everyone, but I enjoyed it and I don't like historical movies that much. :-)
