I watch dramas purely for entertainment and relaxation. I find Asian dramas heartwarming so when I watch them I don't necessarily look for Oscar worthiness, I look for heart. My opinions are mostly subjective, based on my personal take on any drama.

The more dramas I watch, the less generous my ratings become, and my perceptions and tolerance for certain story arcs and tropes changes and evolves over time.

My  most beloved drama of all time is: My Name is Kim Sam Soon, this is a purely personal and subjective opinion. This drama has a magical combination of  an engaging storyline,  realistic OTP chemistry,  catchy OST, capable and impressive female lead portrayal, well structured narrative,  hilarious comedy, heartfelt pathos and real life issues  engagingly presented by the marvellously talented cast.

I also watch a lot of Turkish Dizi, and wouldn't it be lovely if they could be catalogued on MDL? isn't part of Turkey in Asia? hint hint...

Anyway, the drama journey continues.
