A Mess
This show is so freaking messed up i can't even put it into words properly... if it was just toxicity it might have gotten a pass... I mean, you take it as it is... a fictional messed up couple...but my goodness,no. Here, it's straight up violence, SA, insane possessiveness, controlling, kidnapping and public humiliation. I had a disgusting taste in my mouth all throughout and because i am a curious person i went with it as long as i could but i simply can't anymore! No wonder curiosity killed the cat- i almost died watching!A complete waste of time. What a pity!

A MASTERPIECE!
This show gathered so many 10 stars only after 2 episodes that its almost impossible to believe, but it's with very good reason trust me! After these so amazing 4 episodes it just can't go wrong anymore, hence the reason I jumped here so early, when I am one to wait until it ends to write(or not) a review. This is a MASTERPIECE! It's so beautifully done, flows so natural and with no forced clichés. The tension between ML is so raw and palpable that makes you hold your breath each time the get close and the side characters each has a defined place in the story. Cinematically, it's a work of art. each movement of the camera is intentional and creates the momentum, showing exactly what needs to be shown without any clumsiness. The OST is another masterfully done thing in this series and suits so well the drama you can't help but feel entranced!
There are some hiccups here and there, because nothing is perfect... but it gets shadowed by all the amazing characteristics.
I am so addicted to it and I am in so deep at this point I am basically drowning!
South Korea, you did it again! Applause!

Disappointing!
Well, i don't even know where to begin. this was the most disappointing season from HIStory series. Somehow the second leads saved it a little bit with their chemistry but still wasn't enough. Hai Yi (Linus Wang) was ok, he was a gem, but Che Ni...uf, annoyed me to no end. exaggerated acting and as a character such a childish behavior and he was a mess, and not in a fun way. And WTF is with that hair?! did i miss a 2000s trend or smt? it didnt suit him at all. Nothing felt natural between them and made me skip their scenes several times to get to the SL scenes. Anson with his timid pretty smile made me feel better everytime. Honestly, even season 4 was better even though i cringed a looottt because of the "incest couple" ( chill, I know they are not actually brothers but still...). At least they had chemistry, great interactions, they both looked good and their intimate scenes felt natural-except the r**e part but we're not here to talk about that. And the fact that they brought them back this season so they get engaged, it's hard to admit but i was actually glad to see them :)) a little bit of saving grace for this season O.o So, all in all, i finished it because i don't like unfinished business but very disappointing. But apparently there are people who still loved it...i guess each with their own. good luck. Watch at your own risk!Cet avis était-il utile?
