What Was That...?

So, this drama. I am in a mystery/horror/thriller/sci-fi period right now and this drama fit that while also having the upside of being short. Initially, I thought the show was not great, but it was watchable. Especially after the previous drama I watched with him. I was very curious about serial killer’s art… And I’ll just leave it at that. The acting was lackluster, as was the whole show. The intelligence of the characters was questionable. There was what felt like insta-love, at least from Dong Soo’s side, that was strange and I am not even talking about the wormies. And I have been told before, but finally experienced that Jung Hae In really loves doing these loser type of characters. Dong Soo was a very frustrating character, to the end, and I felt like all he did was get attacked from all sides and get kidnapped, from the beginning to the end.

Also, I usually don’t mind open endings. If it fits, it fits. But I detest endings that feel like the show was cancelled in the middle of it. That’s the vibe the ending of this gives. And I was disappointed because I felt that is when it was starting to get good.

If you get queasy easily, detest hearing squelching sounds, seeing blood, body parts get cut off, and don’t like tentacles or the wormies, this is something you might not want to watch.
