These are the dramas I have watched that I am very satisfied with.
-
1. Hospital Playlist
Korean Drama - 2020, 12 episodes
A show full of warmth, friendship goals, and love.
-
2. Nirvana in Fire
Chinese Drama - 2015, 54 episodes
There is no Period drama that can top this. It's a show that will keep you glued on your screen every second of its run. Don't blink, or you might miss a gaze, a word, or even a microexpression that may be a vital part of the story.
-
3. Battle of Changsha
Chinese Drama - 2014, 32 episodes
Another Period drama that was well executed. Full of tragedy and death, yet you can't look away.
-
4. Prison Playbook
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
The show that gave me so much laughter and inspiration. It was also the show that gave me unrepairable heartbreak that lasted even to this day.
-
5. Stranger
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
The crime thriller of all time. CSW and BDN were both excellent actors. It has also the most sympathetic villain in Kdrama history. A timeless masterpiece.
-
6. Nirvana in Fire 2: The Wind Blows in Chang Lin
Chinese Drama - 2017, 50 episodes
Like I've said in my review, Xiao Pingjing is a character so gratifying to watch. His character development was the best I've seen in dramaland.
-
7. The Light in Your Eyes
Korean Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
The show that gave me the absolute surprise. A twist I have never even imagined.
-
8. It's Okay, That's Love
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
I have a soft spot for psychological traumas. This show dramatized mental illness at its finest. Bonus of course is Insung oppa.
-
9. Dear My Friends
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I wanna be them when I'm their age.
-
10. Reply 1997

The show that made me realize that kpop idols can act too. It gave me so much laughter and it took me back to when I was learning the meaning of love.

11. Reply 1988
Korean Drama - 2015, 20 episodes
There is so much that I can relate to this show. It started at the start of the show when the parents were yelling for their children to come home for dinner.

12. Reply 1994
Korean Drama - 2013, 21 episodes
The show that gave me SML syndrome.
-
13. Some Day Or One Day?
Taiwanese Drama - 2019, 13 episodes
This is a time-travel show which came on top of my list. It was well-executed and gave minimal to no plot hole that often plagued most time-travel shows. Watch it and you will understand what I mean.

14. L’épée Dans la Neige
Chinese Drama - 2021, 38 episodes
The finest actor I have seen in cdramaland. ZRY is one of a kind. Truly a masterpiece.
