Kim Hye Yoon and Byun Woo Suk to reportedly star in "True Beauty" writer's new K-drama

Kim Hye Yoon and Byun Woo Suk are both offered to lead the upcoming K-drama Time Walking on Memory.

On March 28, industry insiders revealed that Kim Hye Yoon and Byun Woo Suk will be the main leads of the upcoming series Time Walking on Memory. It will be the joint work of the Ghost Doctor director and True Beauty writer.

Kim Hye Yoon's agency IHQ responded to the casting reports. The agency confirmed that Kim Hye Yoon received the offer and she is currently reviewing it. 

Byun Woo Suk's agency Baro Entertainment also gave their statement regarding the news. According to them, Byun Woo Suk is positively considering his appearance in the upcoming K-drama Time Walking on Memory. 

Time Walking on Memory will reveal the journey of Lim Sol, an avid fan who will return to the year 2008 to save top star Ryu Sun Jae who ended his life tragically.

The upcoming K-drama will be directed by Boo Sung Chul and written by Lee Shi Eun. 

There is no confirmation yet on the broadcast channel and release date of Time Walking on Memory. 

Kim Hye Yoon got the offer to play the role of Lim Sol, the avid fan who will time travel to save his idol.

If Kim Hye Yoon decided to star in the upcoming K-drama, this will be her second upcoming series. She is also set to lead the new MBC K-drama titled The Year We Turned 29. 

 Byun Woo Suk on the other hand received the offer to portray the role of a top star named Ryu Seon Jae. He is a former swimmer turned vocalist of a band group.

This will also possibly be Byun Woo Suk's second upcoming K-drama. The actor will also join the new series Strong Woman Kang Nam Soon and will work alongside Lee Yoo Mi, Ong Seong Wu, Kim Jung Eun, Kim Hae Sook, and Park Young Tak.
