"Good Boy", Starring Park Bo Gum, Kim So Hyun, Oh Jung Se, Lee Sang Yi, Gears Up for Release

Park Bo Gum transforms into a national boxing representative, winning a gold medal in Good Boy.

JTBC unveiled stills on its official social media account. The post read: Yoon Dong Ju, a national boxing representative from South Korea, won gold in the men’s middleweight final. With the gold medal around his neck, Yoon Dong Ju teared up on the podium as the national anthem played. After a fierce match, the audience cheered for Yoon Dong Ju, who had gone from being an Asia champion to a global hero. Let's give a warm round of applause to Yoon Dong Ju for his fantastic performance." Alongside this post, stills were shared featuring Park Bo Gum.

The actor returns to the small screen as Yoon Dong Ju, a once-renowned player who becomes a special forces police officer after 11 years through the Olympic special recruitment.

Yoon Dong Ju is a born fighter who won gold in boxing. A single incident brought him down from the podium of glory, and he now lives as a police officer. Although he is momentarily frozen in an unfamiliar world, the rampant dishonesty and foul play in the world awaken his dormant fighter instincts, and Yoon Dong Ju throws himself into action purely for the sake of justice.

Good Boy is an action comedy mystery drama where medalists turned police officers wear police badges instead of medals around their necks, fighting against corruption and cheating in society. Alongside Park Bo Gum, Kim So Hyun, Oh Jung Se, Lee Sang Yi, Heo Sung Tae, and Tae Won Seok are also cast in the K-drama.
