tvN unveils stills from My Dearest Nemesis, featuring Mun Ka Young

tvN's My Dearest Nemesis has confirmed its premiere date for February 17. The story follows Baek Soo Jung (Mun Ka Young), the team leader of a planning team at Yongseong Department Store haunted by her embarrassing past, and Ban Ju Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook), a third-generation chaebol working as the director of Strategic Planning at Yongseong Department Store who hides his alter ego "Black Dragon" to get recognized as the conglomerate's heir. The duo previously met each other as video game characters during their school years. Sixteen years later, they reunite, this time as a boss and employee.

Mun Ka Young takes on the role of Baek Soo Jung, the youngest team leader of the planning team at Yongseong Department Store. To survive in the tough corporate world, she has grown accustomed to fighting her bosses, earning her the title of "Director Slayer." She is a tenacious and highly skilled professional. Having lived focused solely on advancing forward, Baek Soo Jung's work life takes an unexpected turn when she reunites with Ban Ju Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook), who she met as a video game character during her school days, who now happens to be her superior.

The stills capture Baek Soo Jung's passion at her workplace. In one shot, she is seen with an intense, piercing gaze as she assesses the situation — a reaction prompted by the arrival of Ban Ju Yeon as the new department director.

Having earned the nickname "Director Slayer" from having dealt with unreasonable directors in the past, curiosity piques as to how she will deal with Ban Ju Yeon.

Another still shows Baek Soo Jung smiling kindly at her team members. The image showing her working overtime in the office, having sent all her team members home, highlights her dedication.

My Dearest Nemesis will premiere on February 17. News about the K-drama's global OTT platform is yet to come.
