A juste titre.

A m’accrocher.

Have you ever loved someone so much and irrationally so optimistic that someday you will be with him and to be near him every single day, and you really try hard to make it come true? Well this drama is all about it.

I was so much enjoyed watching this drama, the plot is nothing new, it’s about to pursue your first love to become yours.

It’s nice, funny, and you won’t find someone really cunning in this drama.
Every episode ends well, you will excited to watch how the story goes on.
I love watching how good the chemistry between the casts Takeru and Mone.
I am also impressed with the relationship of doctors, nurses and patients in Japan as well as their technology in medic.
You will love to see the cities of Tokyo and Osaka in this drama.

Nurse Sakura is a hopeless romantic.
From the beginning she declares to the whole world that she loves doctor Tendo.
She may looks naive and irrationally in love to him, but her love towards him is pure, strong and sincere.
She works so hard to become a good nurse. She is clumsy, kindhearted to patients, and cheerful. She likes to fantasize dating with doctor Tendo, and like a Warrior - she never gives up on her love to him. She remains optimistic that someday he will love her even he seems ignorant and cold to her.

The two opposite characters of this couple are the main attraction of this romantic drama.
Since a million years he knew that she doesn’t suit him, she is not as smart as him, but still he starts falling for her.
It’s so sweet to see how doctor Tendo's love for nurse Sakura develops slowly and in the end he loves her as much as she loves him.

Believe me, you will not regret watching this drama. Highly recommended!

tbh i went into this drama not expecting much, i only really started it bc of sato but i ended up loving it so much and couldn’t wait for the next eps. obviously it’s based off a shoujo manga so i was expecting it to be cliche and cringe but it wasn’t. the plot is the typical shoujo storyline with a tsundere ml however he’s actually really affectionate and cares a lot just doesn’t show it much. the fl isn’t actually naive or that annoying she’s just very expressive and open about her feelings towards tendo. sakura and tendo are adorable together. although it’s a medical drama it’s not the most accurate depiction of the field so don’t take it seriously.

the acting is great. obviously sato is a good actor and mone is really good too. the actors are able to convey both comical and serious scenes well without being too over the top (like some manga adaptations)

overall if you want a great lighthearted fluffy drama where the leads are really cute then i recommend it. like i said it’s not a medical drama to be taken seriously so if you want that don’t watch this as you’ll probably get frustrated at the inaccuracy lmao. watch it for the romance, not the medical aspect.

I am not a fan of medical dramas. I am not of fan of Japanese dramas. Today a new dimension has been opened for me. I just realised what i am missing out on. Today i have come to realise Japanese dramas can just be as good all other the dramas i watch. Its just a combination of a good plot, excellent cast, beautiful ost and the result a perfect little 10.5 episode drama i wanted to binge again the moment i watched the last episode.
This is the perfect Japanese drama i have ever watched. Now i am not sure if there's any good stuff out there.
Scale of 1 to 10...10.5
Rewatch value.....perfect score
I highly recommend this for someone looking for something sweet and fluffy. Thank me later.

Sakura and Tendo are the most lovable and cute couple that I have ever seen in a drama. Although it had only 10 episodes, I was hooked into this drama. At first I thought Sakura was extremely in love with Tendo so I thought this drama would not be so good. But as I watched this drama, I fell in love with Sakura and Tendo. Sakura was madly in love with Tendo and what I loved about her was that she was never afraid of anything. She was an optimistic and happy girl that was like a sunshine to Tendo's life. She never hesitated about her feelings towards Tendo. From the beginning she made clear that she loved Tendo and I must praise her courage to confess her love in front of everyone right after they met.
Tendo's character had a huge development. I thought he would be very cold and ruthless towards Sakura but he never disrespected her. He was also madly in love with Sakura afterwards. He was really sweet as a boyfriend and was head over heels for her. At first he was hesitant to express himself but slowly he stared to express his feelings towards Sakura. He was very professional towards his job. He never mixed his personal life and work life together and that is what made him more attractive in this drama. Tendo is one of the best boyfriend material ever. It shows that destiny surely plays a huge part in your life.
Also I loved every other cast in this drama. Everyone played their part perfectly. It's hard to move on from this drama. I smiled and laughed o much in this drama. I also wanted to cry because some scenes were really touching and sweet. I loved Sakura and Tendo's chemistry. I wish it was longer than 10 episodes. But nonetheless I absolutely loved this drama and I'm sure you won't regret watching this drama. ❤❤

Should you? Would you? Could you?

You should watch this one (YES! )
You would recommend this to others. (YES!)
You could watch this again. (YES)
This is one definite watch. I have enjoyed a Japanese Drama after so long. The story, the characters, the plotline – ALL add to the charm of this one. I love the way that in spite of the romance running as a strong theme, the writers have managed to focus on the medical part of the drama beautifully. The lead pair is enigmatic – amazing chemistry! Her dedicated love for him, her bubbly personality and her ability to connect with the audience and patients are so well acted by Kamishiraishi who plays the energetic Sakura. What do I say about Sato who plays the cold and enigmatic Tendo!!! He is swoon-worthy (Do I need to say any more?) I loved the fast paced-ness of this drama. For the first time, I didn’t want a drama to end so soon. Do watch and enjoy this one.

SO much wrong with this

I came to this because I just discovered Takeru Satoh - I just watched all the Rouroni Kenshi movies and wanted to see something else he was in. This was one of the few things I could find - and man was this a horrible shift.

Everything about this drama is so wrong - from beginning to end, this drama is what is wrong with Asian rom-coms. That someone thought this was a good story of a ‘romantic’, healthy adult relationship is just a bit disturbing.

While commenters have issue with the age gap - that is not really the problem - its the maturity gap. She has the maturity level of a teenager while the ML has the maturity level of an adult . Not to mention the power dynamic that he is her superior at work. It’s all just so wrong.

Let’s start with the idea that a teenage girl, on her day of graduating from high school, goes to a temple to pray that she finds a good man, stumbles upon a woman with a medical emergency and the dashing, handsome doctor shows up, smiles at her, pats her on the head and whola! - I’m in love! To the point of running off to become a nurse so she “can be near him’ - not because she wants to be a nurse and help people, doesn’t decide to become doctor because she just witnessed him saving the woman - but, no, lets be a nurse so I can stand next to him - wrong!

She then spends 5 years to go to school so she can get a job at his hospital, then shows up and runs around proclaiming her love for this person in the middle of the workplace- to a man who she has only even, met briefly once in her life. She then spends all her time bumbling around, acting like a pre-teen with a crush on an idol. And she never grows out of it. Wrong!

Then there is the whole awkward dating situation - again, the maturity gap happens - he clearly has experience and she clearly has none. She has this very romanticized, teenager mentality of what being in a relationship means and it just doesn’t fit - most of the time she seems terrified - that dear-in-the-headlights, ready to jump out of her skin look on her face and in her demeanor - very subservient, bowing and apologizing all the time - all the while he is calling her an idiot every five minutes. It is just the most unhealthy dynamic and yet the writers/directors and even viewers - all think this is ‘romantic’, it is not.

You never get a real sense of why he likes her and it isn’t event until the second to last episode that he says anything. He spends most of the time ignoring her, glaring at her and generally looking like he is annoyed with her and then one day, just turns around on the street and kisses her - what?!?!

I also do not see, not just one, not two, but three grown men falling in love with her - that this idea of an immature 22 year old, who behaves like teenager is somehow so appealing that men are falling over themselves - is just absurd.

And then there is the older sister of the dead girlfriend who shows up and just happens to look EXACTLY like the dead girlfriend, hasn’t seen the guy since she died and is now ‘in-love’ with him - seriously! I cant even with this stupidity.

Overall - most of the problems come back to this maturity issue. it would be one thing, if through out the show you see her mature and him soften - but that never happens (he does, ever-so-slightly - but not really enough)

To be honest, I need to say that overall I enjoyed watching this, but it wasn't the best drama I've ever seen. Cliche romance with cliche tropes, but I think the acting saved this one.

STORY:
- I haven't read the manga, but I felt like I've seen this before. NOTHING NEW. Typical female character that wants to get that one man no matter what.
- This specially felt like "Itazura na Kiss, season 2" remake. Sakura is basically Kotoko 2.0. Even though I love Kotoko, I don't get what Tendo saw in Sakura. She is so pushy, loud and annoying. Also, why did she kept calling him "Sensei" when they are in a relationship? (ONE OF MY BET-PEEVES)
- Second male lead syndome is REAL right here. Kisugi is the ideal man.. JUST WHY? I truly hoped they focused more on Kisugi and Sakai. oh well..
- Nishi and Ryuko's story-line was pointless. Instead, I would have loved to have more development on Kisugi and Sakai's story-line (THEY HAD POTENTIAL COME ON)
_ What I enjoyed the most is the medical stuff. Doctors and nurses were on point and these scenes were really heartwarming.

ACTING:
- Sato Takeru was on point (AM I SURPRISED? NO). My man's smirks just.. wow. Also, as a doctor, he did great as I always expect from him.
- However, Kamishiraishi Mone, idk but I don't think she was the best. She is just so LOUD, but also looks young that it kinda made me uncomfortable seeing her with Sato. I haven't seen any of her other works, but I would love to see more of her because I like her energy.
- The rest of the cast did an amazing job. I specially would love to see more of Maiguma Katsuya's works! He did so well!

P.S. istg this drama has the most amount of kiss scenes I've ever seen in a Japanese dramas! That was nice! JAPAN GET IT.

Superb!
I really love Takeru eversince. He's the reason why I started watching JDramas. And I fell more deeply into him after watching this. For the first time, I've seen him kissed and hugged a girl so many times. I didn't know he can be that sweet, loving and manly. Sides of him we can't see on his other dramas. His gaze really amazes me. How can a person's eyes be so expressive just by looking. I can't take it!
It's been 3 days since Ive finished watching KoiTsudu and I still can't get over TakeMone. I don't think I ever will. Their chemistry is just so great, I almost think they're real. I'm sincerely hoping for more projects to the both of them (to feed my TakeMone ship).
I'm not a fan of medical dramas and I tend to pick Japanese dramas I watch as I'm more into KDramas but this one can be on top of my list. I really love the story, acting, cast and the OST. If ever this drama has a hundred episode, I'll still watch it. That's how good this drama is. I've watched this in one sitting and I'll rewatch this forever.
I'm hoping for season 2 (cross fingers) or a movie version with the same casts just like Rich Man, Poor Woman.
Overall, I'll rate it a hundred star. 10 stars aren't enough for dramas like this. My love for this drama will lasts forever.

On paper, "Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made mo" is not my cup of tea. Cheesy and outright silly with overly caricatured characters, as you would expect from a drama based on a manga. And yet, I absolutely adored this. The cast truly made this drama for me, particularly Sato Takeru. I've been a solid fan of his acting over the years, but he just takes his intensely tsundere character of Tendou-sensei and gives him incredibly beautiful moments of nuance, breaking up his near monotonous stoic image. The plot is quite basic in its flow, and at times, misogynistic, but if you are willing (and perhaps want to) overlook that and just get lost in the romantic banter and guilty pleasure aspects of the drama, it's really enjoyable. This drama's hardly about realism - it's romantic cutesy-ness that will make you giggle if that is your thing. And sometimes, that's all you might want from a drama. :)

This drama was so pure and innocent!

I knew I was going to be down for a vibe similar to S2 of ‘Itazura na Kiss’ and it did not disappoint.
Sakura Nanase is such a cutie. Tries so hard, deserves the world.
Tendo-sensei is the classic cold demeanor male lead (his nickname is literally 'the devil' so I mean) but dammmn is he smooth.

The overall plot is solid. Although, at times plot lines well aren't spaced out well? It’s probably because the director's aware they must cram everything into 10 episodes, but the result of this is that all the major plot developments/plot lines are over and done with so quickly and it leaves the audience wondering what was the point of even going there in the first place.

Another thing, (minor spoiler but I must rant) our couple keeps getting interrupted in either of their apartments by Tendo's sister, you’d think after the first time they’d learn to LOCK the DOOR! And also, didn’t Tendo come over to SAKURA's apartment? Why is his sister barging into Sakura’s apartment??

But apart from that, this drama is a nice easy watch. The best part for me is it helps remind me of the good old days of S2 of Mischievous Kiss, my all time fave. It's hard to not enjoy this drama ♥︎
