These two series are (beside being my favorites) BL college romance. They are supernatural; one has ghosts and the other is about reincarnation. Their stories unfold and reveal truths that link from their past-life. They're also good tearjerkers.

Both series are BLs.
MLs can see one specific ghost/grim reaper.
In both dramas the MLs know each other when their were children (in DDICFS they actually meet as humans, in HCTM they meet as human and ghost already)

If you like the series He's Coming to Me (2019), I suggest you watch the film Marry My Dead Body (Movie). The reason is simple, these two films both have main characters who can see ghosts, besides that they are both tied to a love story. Even so, I need to tell you that He's Coming to Me (2019) has a story form that focuses on mystery and the search for an important thing that the main character doesn't know as well as a strong bL romance. In contrast to Marry My Dead Body (Movie) which focuses more on action, suspense, cases.
This is also a Thai Bl serie.
I love both series a lot. Both series give the viewer a similar feeling while watching, because they have a unique plot. The main characters don't have too much skin contact either, but a lot of emotions.
With both series I had to smile a lot because the characters are so special and many moments are sweet.
Both series deal with an important case that has to do with death. The series are similar in structure and transferred feelings.
There are lots of facial expressions.
I can recommend the series to anyone who liked "A tale of 1000 stars".

Male Lead in both dramas see and interact with a supernatural being who no one else can see/interact with and eventually fall in love.
No, it's not BL and many here will turn away in disdain without giving it a chance because of that but I cannot see how Dorm (Dek Hor) wasn't an influence on director Aof for He's Coming to Me, including things like use of music in both plot and background, a photograph and the human's name. It's a gentle, sensitive coming of age movie.
