Shin Ji Hyun was enjoying absolute bliss as she was about to marry her fiancé, Kang Min Ho, but her perfect life is shattered when she gets into a car accident that leaves her in a coma. She is given a second chance at life by a person called The Scheduler, but it comes with a condition: she has to find three people outside of her family who would cry genuine tears for her. In order to do this, she borrows the body of Yi Kyung, a part-time employee at a convenience store for 49 days.

Both dramas tell thought-provoking stories questioning, if changing/knowing one's destiny is fortunate or a curse.

Similar that the MC is conflicted about things. People don’t recognize ML (immortal souls) or FL (49 days) for various reasons. Both have sad parts and romance.

Although the plot and emotions are different, both have someone who has a mission/job to accomplish (in my opinion the Postman is a mix between the Scheduler & the "49 days traveller") and both stories have the "life and death" theme.

Somehow, "49 Days" and "Oh My Ghost" are similar. Both dramas feature souls possessing the living. Although, the first one is melodramatic while the latter is more comedic.

A girl dies and meet the grim reaper who tell her that she has 49 day to say goodbye and resolve things she regrets

49 is more about solving the case of her death while Itsuka, Nemuri Ni Tsuku Hi  is more or less only about letting go and leave without regrets (which is also a part of 49 days).
The relationship of FL and grim reaper is quite similar.

Both main guys don’t recognize main girls. Both have strong female characters that want to justify their decisions they made.

Both are about the soul after the accident, 49 days rule, scheduler a.k.a. death angel, ,,shinigami" or whatever you like to call someone who leads the way to the afterlife... Although the sircumstances are different for the soul, but theres a lot of similarities... Both are very goooood... :)
