Both have to do with human trafficking/crimes. They are also quite dark and give off the same kind of vibes throughout. Main characters are very similar as well.
Extracurricular is of a higher caliber by far, but you won’t be disappointed by either of them!
Darkness is similar, but no doubts about the connection between the two main characters. Crime lords, drug trafficking, a enemies become more, it's a must see. A really great film.
Both of these movies are bat shit CRAZY at times. They also include characters that are so mad in love with the main protagonist that they go to crazy lengths. Its also left to own interpretation if it was one sided or requited
