I wasnt expecting much because it was tagged as a thriller (which I dont watch many) and it wasn't labeled as supernatural or vampire (which I LOVE). But after the first 20 minutes, I was SO happy! The story is original and I didn't see that plot twist coming in the end. The story isn't really confusing but it is weird and at times makes you feel awkward because of the light sex scenes and strange behaviors.

The acting... OMG!! The cast was amazing but the acting was more than I expected of a movie like this. Night is like my new bias. I also love the subtle hints of vampirism that they used with Night like the Dracula haircut and the red eyes which signifies eye dryness (they are not human) or exposure to too much sunlight. Wine was so creepy and psycho it was scary how good he was.

The music was amazing. I really want the soundtrack. One minute there was beautiful, opera-like music and then 5 minutes later, it was eerie, dark and creepy music that made the atmosphere which is what music in movies is supposed to do.

I recommend this SO MUCH if you like vampires, revenge, psychotic behavior, and amnesia in the story (it has it all!). I certainly will watch it in the future when I remember it as being an mind-blowing movie.

**SPOILERS**

The first thing I watched Fluke in was Until We Meet Again. I did have this image of him as a sweet boy considering his character was one, but from that I know he's an amazing actor. I know UWMA is still somewhat new and good acting doesn't just come instantly ((this movie being years older than that)), but Fluke seems to have always been amazing.

The beginning was interesting. I felt bad for Tee because he couldn't be with Wine, but I didn't after I realized he could've just sucked up the image from society and been with the one he loves. The way Night and Wine met was definitely unique, and something I haven't seen before. However, the instant love connection between the two of them was something I didn't fancy. I get the whole "love at first sight" concept, but c'mon, Wine, he just sucked your leg blood and you just got your heart broken. It kind of seems like a desperate connection to me.

Overall the movie was alright. I think the actors made it better than it was really written, but that's okay. I probably wouldn't watch it again but if you like the cast it's worth watching. I also noticed Mild ((plays in TharnType as Techno)) is also in this which was a nice catch. I think had the movie been longer there was a lot more they could've touched on: like Tee's family trying to find him, or how Boy ended up. Obviously Tee got home and Wine was arrested, but it was unclear whether Boy was dead or alive, whether Tee managed to find him that night too ((since he was released right before Wine went to Boy)), etc... I wasn't too keen on Tee and Wine's relationship either, despite it being mentioned that they've known each other since elementary school. I get the movie isn't about them, but I think it would've been nice to understand why Tee wouldn't admit to being with Wine more if they had added anything more about their relationship.

The ending was something that I'm still kind of confused about. It appears that Night goes to kill himself based on how he put the trash on top of himself so he wouldn't be found ((Im gonna be honest and say at first I thought it was, like, Wine's dead body in the bag or something, but Night's character isn't like that)). Wine is taken away and is put in jail, but I don't understand his ending. He's seen holding the guitar and suddenly Night shows up? I don't know if that was a hallucination or a dream or what, but then they both disappear and it just leaves the guitar. Does that mean Wine died in jail? Or he's just locked away? Based on the crime, technically the charge would only be kidnapping and assault right? That doesn't seem to warrant life in prison or the death penalty. HOWEVER, I'm wondering if the ending shows that both Wine and Night killed themselves? This ending is so up to interpretation that it's almost confusing to me.

My rating for the movie is probably like a 7/10. It's a good story, good characters and good actors, I just think the writing could've been prolonged a little bit. Just given some more detail and I probably would rate it higher. The music and the visuals were all amazing, though. It was well made in that sense.

On a final note, I think there could be a second movie to this. Not about Night and Wine, necessarily, if they both died like people think, but about Boy and Tee. What happens to them after this? What are there mental states? It would be interesting to see a love story between Boy and Tee that rises after the trauma they faced together from the same person.

The movie was really weird, but is worth watching. I didn't enjoy the movie that much, but it's not quite bad and the acting is pretty great actually.

I did not expect Fluke Pongsatorn to act the way he did in the movie because of the shyness and innocence he exerted in My Bromance. My Bromance really painted the mental image of an innocent Pongsatorn and that was what I imagined his attitude to be the whole time watching this movie, but sadly it wasn't.

Overall, I don't find myself watching this movie again. It had some sad parts, but for 5 minutes of the whole movie. In comparison to My Bromance; I rather re-watch My Bromance over Red Wine in the Dark Knight.

Disturbing and bad.
Horror? I'm in for it! Gay? Yeah, bring it on! Thriller or whatever? Perfect.
But what I got was disturbing to watch, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. You know, there are detestable stories that are good, so I don't give a bad rating just becaue I don't like it. But this story wasn't smart either. I felt empty and disgusted after finishing it. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Don’t just don’t .....

It was seriously stupid... I don't know how can people give it a 10 out of 10... This was just about sex and some really stupid protagonist who doesn't even think before what he is doing. I mean there should be some sense in the story. It was all good until he started fucking up and kidnapping. Just watch it only if you want to see some sex action otherwise don't even bother for god's sake. And please don't go with those stupid reviews of 10/10 rating bcoz I can assure you it's not......

Just trying to save your 2 hours....
Ya but I admit it was good in the sexual part though....

What Even Was This Random Vampire Film?

Okay so I watched this because I'm a fan of Fluke. He's a great actor so I knew his acting would at least be good, and I was right! However, that doesn't mean the movie overall was good because it wasn't. I liked the opening shot on Fluke's face as he was talking to the camera in an intimate way. It was a good setup for the film, though it didn't really hint at what the premise was.

So basically this was an entire film of me screaming at the scene that Wine (Fluke) deserved better. His character is treated like total disposable trash throughout the film from 2 guys and then he ends up having a vampire boyfriend...yeah random I know. Wine definitely got around with all these men dude! I mean do your thing, but it was confusing as to what timeline we were on most of the time. I'm not really sure what the point was to the film, though I got the basic premise. Basically once Wine finds this vampire (named Night) with a comically prominent widow's peak like Dracula they basically agree on an arrangement that Wine will give him some of his blood, kind of in exchange for love in a way? When I realized this I was like babe...please don't do this! But it happens and here we are. We also get some sexual scenes along the way, with some semi-nudity thrown in there which surprised me. It's nothing crazy but it threw me off guard

All of this happens and I asked myself. How is this going to go on for 1 hour and 40 minutes!? Then the film took a turn, which I actually kinda liked. Basically Wine decides in order to please and save his vampire bae he's going to kidnap his former douchebag exes and use them for blood on the daily. It was interesting. This would've all been more impactful if Wine and Night actually had an established relationship that wasn't terribly rushed, but it was at least something. Then the movie just kept being weird, which I'm into weird but I was just like what? Then we get some scenes of remorse from Wine, Night drinking blood comically out of a wine glass and then Wine gets arrested. I didn't think they allowed you to bring guitars into a jail cell? But what do I know lol! I also don't know if the ending insinuated that Wine will now just wait in jail for Night to come rescue him? Or...he's just hallucinating now? Either way the ending sucked but Fluke didn't in the film.

This movie I honestly don't know how I feel about it, but all I know is I can never look at Fluke the same way again. I saw some reviews that Wine was just creepy, to me Wine is just broken in a way. His world changed the moment Tee broke his heart and him and his friends tricked Wine into staying in that building and ends up finding a fang-less vampire with amnesia.
I honestly don't know if Wine really does love Night or he only wants him around because he doesn't want to be alone. And Boy is just creepy like you can tell Wine feels uncomfortable and does not like him, and I guess what I can remember Boy saying he has done a lot for Wine so I'm guessing that the condo or apartment is not the first thing Wine has asked for from Boy.
I honestly really want to know why Boy is obsessed with Wine, how do they know each other?
Tee is confusing to me like his friends seem to be fine with Wine and him being together. I feel like the moment Tee said he didn't love Wine and when he left Wine in that building Wine snapped and thought since he started to feed Night and with animal blood not working . Wine took this moment to get revenge on Tee for breaking his heart.
I also feel like Wine didn't want to keep on using Tee for blood well because he has to know Tee can die from blood loss, he decided to use Boy next I believe mainly to get rid of him for bit.
But that ending is so confusing?
Like was Night really there with Wine or was Wine just hallucinating? I'm confused and want answers.
I did like the story because it kind of Let The Right One In , but I don't if I would watch this again. But who knows.

So, low key I wasn't really expecting what I got when I actually watched this. I HIGH key wish there kinda was a bit of a warning beforehand (But that could have been me just not looking into it) about the torture aspect of the movie. I'm not sure how much I personally liked the story, but the characters themselves is what made it worth watching, (Ironically my favourite character is still and will forever be Tee). It's kinda got a Death Note-y feel in the sense of how your supposed to feel about certain characters. I would definitely be careful if blood/torture/psychotic tendencies make you uncomfortable, but if not, go for it~

This movie is so f^cked up so naturally I loved it lmao but honestly this was like Let The Right One In, where supernatural beings are actually an allegory for something, and I think in this case Night was the one true love but also Wine's alter ego. I feel like loving Night was basically Wine finally loving himself after the things he hears from Tee who is his first love and you can tell there's something off about the other guy too because he's also technically offering his apartment for sex. And there's a lot of dark humor, something screwed up is happening and you'll end up laughing or sincerely falling in love with the characters in their cute moments. Very unique, transgressive, beautiful, and violent.

Left In The Dark

Wow, this movie left me with all the conflicting feelings and thoughts. I decided to watch it solely because of Fluke since he is such a strong actor. I don't necessarily love everything he is in, but even if the movie/drama isn't great, his acting is pretty much guaranteed to be solid and a highlight which was the case here. He is definitely the silver lining in this movie and I would actually say the acting is in general. The actors were all pretty solid, but Fluke definitely stood out.

The premise here was really interesting and had a lot of potential, but the problem, I felt, was that there was a lot left unclarified. I, like others, initially wondered if Night was a hallucination or figment of Wine's imagination, someone he created to help him cope after Tee never showed up to that building and he just kind of snapped. The problem with that though, I realized, was that Night and Wine did go out into public that one time and were seen by someone and interacted with him which, to me, knocks that theory out. So, if he is real, then what exactly is Night. He's not a vampire in the traditional sense, he seems to be a human being who requires human blood to survive. So was this some kind of disease? Has he been dealing with this his whole life? Why did they never think to seek medical treatment? For something that's pretty central to the story, nothing is explained about it. I also felt like more background was needed on Wine. Why was he the way that he was? He seemed damage, beyond the heartbreak that Tee caused and Boy's manipulation. Why was he so desperate to be loved? I found it a bit disappointing how surface level all the characters were, but especially him.

The story also felt rushed in terms of the relationships. We see Wine jump from man to man. The fact that he knew nothing about Night and was immediately ready to have sex with him made me think he was maybe a sex addict. But, no, we're expected to believe that in an incredibly short space of time, he's fallen so deeply in love with Night that he is willing to kidnap his ex-lovers in order to get the blood Night needs to live. Again, it feels rushed and implausible. With Wine's history, I didn't necessarily believe that he truly loved Night. And with Night being an amnesiac, I didn't really believe that he loved Wine either, certainly not initially since it didn't even seem like he fully understood what he was saying. This was the biggest issue for me because that's the core of the film, how far will you go to save the one you love. There needed to be way more set up for that and those parts needed to be drawn out to see the relationship develop if it was to be believable for Wine especially to have felt the depth of love required for his actions.

I did, however, enjoy Wine's descent into madness, if you will. Fluke plays the role brilliantly. You gradually start to realize that his love for Night isn't so much love as it is obsession and he truly is willing to do whatever it takes to keep Night to himself and preserve what they have. I also found Tee and Boy's reactions to being kidnapped really fascinating because it showed their true colors and how they truly felt about Wine. Tee, who really did love Wine despite his previous proclamations that he didn't, fought him initially, then stopped. He told him he loved him repeatedly, even when Wine refused to believe him anymore. Boy, on the other hand, who always seemed to view Wine more as a possession than as a person, raged at Wine for using him and cussed him out until Wine put an end to him. Their relationship was one of manipulation on both sides, however, due to his age, the power dynamic was definitely in Boy's favor and it was pretty clear that Wine was just doing what he had to do to get what he needed.

I found the ending to be equal parts stupid, lacking explanation and interesting. I found Night throwing himself away eye rolling frankly. It felt out of place. I could see the meaning in that particular spot because that's where they found the guitar, but still, I wasn't a fan. I wanted a little more information as to why exactly Wine was arrested. Did Tee end up telling the police after all, was Boy's body found, or what exactly transpired there? Not a huge deal, I just like details. I found the open ending though, to be interesting. I tend to prefer my endings all tied up with a neat bow, but there was something about that last shot of the guitar sitting in the cell that I really liked. Personally, I take it as both Night and Wine committing suicide. Aside from, again, Night appearing to throw himself away, he's obviously not willing to hurt anyone to feed himself so he's going to die of starvation anyway. And after losing Night, I think that would be the final straw for Wine. I view him seeing Night in the cell as a hallucination and the abandoned guitar as a sign that he's killed himself. If you're an optimist, I suppose you could also see it as they've escaped together and left the guitar behind, but based on the vibe of the rest of the movie, I'm kind of doubting it.

Ultimately, its not a god awful movie, it just doesn't live up to its potential. I think with some tweaks it could have been far superior to what it is, but unfortunately as it is, it feels pretty mediocre. The highlight is definitely the acting. I'm not going to tell anyone to avoid watching it, it's less than two hours long and I wouldn't say its a waste of time, but don't go in expecting a cinematic masterpiece.

First off, the acting. It's incredible Fluke does such an exceptional job at playing an innocent boy. Then he flips real quick to passionate, hypersexual psycho. I love it. Next, the storyline: it's not bad. A little explicit? Yes. Ending confusing? Yes. However, it's not a cliche, the story is original and balances well between supernatural and normal. It was a little frustrating never finding out whether Night/Nam was a vampire or not (and I wanna see more of his origin story), but hands down one of the best BL films I've seen!

Seriously, check it out!

I was really excited to watch this because of the synopsis and the facts that Fluke was a main character. I cannot express how disappointed I was. I was expecting a drama like everywhere made it seem not a disturbing mindfuck. This was a lot to take in and it's been weeks since I've watched it. The ending confused me and I'm still not even sure what really happened. Unless you like movies that mess with your mind and graphic content, I wouldn't recommend it.

Loved Fluke and Mild in this though. They're always amazing. The rest of the cast were very competent and made sure their presence was known and that made me happy. I just personally would not recommend this movie.
