Do you like zombies? Do you idols? Do you like idols using the power of music to subdue and heal zombies? Then these two are for you. While ZEDD is a short film featuring the talented idol group "Cross Gene", Sailor Zombie features the ladies of AKB48, all of whom are duking it out with zombies to reach a utopia of sorts.
Both female leads are the definition of a strong, female lead. They are both determined, dedicated, and do not fit the mold of the cookie-cutter feminine chick, but stand strong behind their principles and do not take crap from the people who want to bully them. The male leads are what every male lead should be as they care about the girl, despite her flaws, and support her while being kind and sweet.
Also, both dramas have fitness as a theme so that is another similarity!

Older female lead and younger male. Both females are bakers, both change after being disappointed by the people they love.
In both series the triangles include a 30-something woman, a man around her age and a younger man that falls in love with her. Both series show the process of changing oneself and become more likeable to those around them.
The male lead in Tomorrow With You travels to the future in a very similar way Park Dokyung from Another Miss Oh has visions of the future.
The biggest difference between the two I would say is the comedy. You won't find as much comedy in Tomorrow With You, though it is a very sweet drama so far.

Both movies focus one a criminal who reaches out via a live broadcast. Both movies have a live debate with the culprit. However Terror Live is more intense.
Both movies are very when it comes to characters, and themes. Both movies have a catastrophic event. That causes terror and chaos.
Both are medical dramas with great surgeons as leads.
While yong pal focuses on the power imbalance between rich and poor and intrigue, romantic doctor conveys ideals and diverse interactions be ween characters

Both are medical dramas in which the main character is a mysterious surgeon who has unconventional ideas about doctors.
Both have a bit action but focus on surgery etc.
While doctor stranger also focuses on the main characters love interest, romantic doctor focuses on ethics and interactions of the characters.

While the motivation of the leads is different the themes are similar. Both dramas cover the fight against corruption, romance and action scenes.
While city hunter is mostly about revenge healer is about the mysteries of the past.
The main characters are quite different but both hide their true self, are trained in martial arts and have fake identities.
The lead actress is the same, though I think her performance in healer is way better then in city hunter.

Obviously the topic matters are very different - one deals with rape/sexual assault trauma and the other a terminal illness, but the main reason I recommend these for each other is because of the heartwarming family theme.
Expect to have some tissue boxes around you and lots of buckets to catch your tears. Both really made me feel bittersweet, emotional, and just warmed my heart extremely.
Hope arguably has a more dramatic and darker undertone while the pace of My Palpitating Life is much more slow paced and relaxed, but I think the family bond is what tore my heart most in both movies.
(I cried so much in Hope, but only teared up in My Palpitating Life because I think the tones are so different but I just loved both movies and after Hope I had been looking for more loving family movies.)

Both are about a group of people stuck at one location. Both have suspense, mystery, and are somewhat dark with a theme for survival. White Christmas is about a group of students stuck at an school over winter break whereas Missing 9 is about a group of celebrities stranded on an abandoned island.
I personally think that they both are really funny. And Hana Yori Dango is super sweet and adorable, just like Mischievious Kiss.
