This drama is a gem!

Despite there being some inconsistencies( *spoiler*:
moon young's mother was shown being dumped into a river while in a zipped up bag,how did she manage to get out? The actress who played younger ko moon young's mother and head nurse seem to be of different builds/heights so it doesn't reallymake sense for them to be the same person*spoiler*) IOTNBO totally delivered on the emotional front and teaching life lessons so well that I'm willing to overlook all of that stuff. The acting was also top notch, the characters felt so real and endearing.The osts are all such gems I'm totally gonna be replaying them for the next few weeks.I also really loved the way mental health and it's importance were treated /portrayed in such a positive light.

I'll start by dividing my review into two categories(this is my first one so bear with me)
Things I liked and Things I disliked and my overall view and consensus

Things I liked:
The writing is so beautiful and there are a lot of scenes and lines that will tug at your heartstrings and will have you clutching a box of tissues.The acting is great,the amazing writing merged with the good delivery makes this show memorable.The relationships(probably my favourite aspect of the whole drama) are so heart warming,and this relates to the non-romantic ones too.The friendships,family all made me sob and laugh so much(special mention to the twins who made me bawl my eyes out and step dad,I adore you!).The whole cast has brilliant chemistry and managed to produce many awws from me.Speaking of chemistry,the main leads also did well in this regard. Janice Wu and Zhang Yu Jian worked so well together.Another thing I particularly enjoyed was that the show has so many lessons about friendship,family,misconceptions and love.com
Things I disliked:
The hazy camera effect(probably to emphasize the flashback feel of the story)annoyed me just a tad(all the factors above made it bearable)and i felt like it obscured certain things so it did bug me but this is just my opinion after all people have their own preferences so don't let this deter you,you might like the hazy effect after all.
Consensus: Go watch it!I highly recommend it.Despite receiving criticism from other viewers for having a slow start,please stick through it,you will not regret it.I really enjoyed it! Edit: I realised that I might have been a bit too lenient so I'm gonna edit my rating.
