in an industry where there is a lack of well-developed stories (because unfortunately we still haven't overcome the bls with like 6 episodes that lasts only 20 minutes...), "love for love's sake" debates important themes that are not usually portrayed in other korean bls, at least not with too much depth.

talking topics such as the fear of letting yourself feel and not letting yourself love and be loved, as well as addressing homophobia (finally!, because i particularly don't remember a korean bl talking openly about this), i believe that the bls industry, not only in korea, but also in the rest of asia, will have to work hard to be able to make something good as what "love for love's sake" was able to provide.

not scary but entertaining

as a horror movie it's really not a big deal because it's not scary at all and for those who like jumpscares there isn't that either, but i liked the story and found it interesting

i think they could have invested more time of the movie in their search for the body parts, and the script was a little weak in some points but nothing that i thought it was so bad. reading the comments in other app i found out that this movie was inspired by a manga, so probably a series/drama or a longer movie would have been better to develop the whole story of the manga and to develop it better, but for someone who doesn't know the original story i didn't think it was bad. and plus, i really liked the characters

i saw that some people didn't liked this movie, but i did. the post credit scene did its job well, i hope there's a sequel

time is money (and power... and torture...)

i don't really know how to start talking about this drama. it's pretty good, but wow, what a terrible experience watching all of this.

i don't know why the rating here is so low, actually. the story, the acting of the entire cast and the cinematography are all veryyy good. addresses in an absurd way, but perhaps not so far from reality, how money and power make people crazy, and those who are already crazy become even worse when they have a crown on their head.

however, it is all so graphic, disturbing and painful to watch. there was even a moment when i thought about stopping watching, but it was already too late to just not finish it. i'm absolutely sure that episode 7 was one of the worst and most disturbing things i've ever watched. i would like to erase what i watched from my memory if possible, please.

if you don't mind extreme and explicit violence all the time or absurd torture methods, then i would recommend watching it because even though it was horrible to watch all this terrible things, it's a good drama. but don't binge watch it, really.

not entertaining enough

i was looking forward to this drama and had high expectations, so it was really sad when i started and it wasn't able to keep me hooked enough to watch all the episodes. the story is interesting, but too slow paced (how can a show that only has six episodes be so slow?), and that doesn't particularly please me. i wanted to know how the story would end and i thought several times about just watch the remaining episodes to finally finish it, but the first episodes failed to make my want to know the story's conclusion strong enough for me to be willing to watch the rest after three boring episodes.

there are many great mystery/thriller dramas out there but this is definitely not one of them.
