I wanted some feels during COVID19 shutdown so I decided to revisit Hirugao -- but the Korean remake. I wasn't sure what to expect because Saito Takumi and Ueto Aya's chemistry was just so spot-on and the plotline was just so tight in the Japanese version that I was still healing from the scarring from that one.
I vaguely remember plot point similarities throughout, but rest assured that the Koreans did make it into something drastically different. Even if you watched the Japanese version, I still highly recommend watching the Korean version... The main characters' chemistry was there (albeit very different from my Saito x Ueto feels) and the acting was superb.
