Live in the moment!

The set up of time traveling through a camera was not a new idea yet it was intriguing. What I really loved about this drama was the male lead’s desire and despair to bring her back to life, it was well portrayed. I could feel his pain and how much he was trying to save her through the screen. Though the ending was bit unexpected and difficult to understand it was good enough since the “situation with fl” occurred. I think the overall vibe/message I got from the drama was to cherish the time you have with someone right now then to constantly think about the past and regret it in the future.

It just goes downhill

This story was not that different from other dramas but the kids focused story made it quite enjoyable somewhere in the middle. Hwang Nayoon’s audacity and the stupid police totally boiled my blood. The drama was just messed up women and their shitty husband raising their kids terribly. The story was overall very predictable and killing and bringing people back to life as expected. But what disappointed me the most was the unnecessary death scene by a God knows who random person in the last episode. Literally the kids were the only reason I kept on watching this!

Refreshing storyline!

The drama is so far so good, specially the female lead! She’s not your typical dumb, pick me, good for nothing female lead but is a smart woman who ACTUALLY fights for herself instead of showing a cry drama or whatever. Her relationship with the male lead is also pretty good and her motive behind going for Qin Xuan was cunning yet as a woman imagining myself in her time, I actually think it was a very smart choice. The leads are so smart yet so cunning that I feel like I am in a hate love relationship with them because according to their character backgrounds their every choices make so perfect sense.

A lighthearted journey full of laughter and romance.

This drama was overall a comedy and a cute romance involving a love hate relationship.
In my opinion, the drama was extremely fun watching because of the main leads. The acting, the relationship, the small humor in everything was really cute. This was my first time watching a Chinese Period drama and I enjoyed it a lot. I binged watched it and finished it in a day.
The storyline is also funny as it revolves around 2 cities which are matriarchal and patriarchal.
The chemistry between 2 leads were also wonderful and I even started to wonder if the main lead really liked the female lead in real life. This explains how professional the acting is. The way he played with his eyes were wonderful and mesmerizing.

I would definitely love to rewatch this drama and recommend it.
