If you're looking for a decent mystery with a side of romance, this may be fit to your tastes!

Story
The synopsis of this drama was interesting and somewhat uncommon; a girl who can see ghosts wakes up from her coma teams up with her co-worker to solve problems for the dead; however an underlying mystery that was forgotten resurfaces as they try to find out what really happened 6 years ago.

The first few episodes was a thriller! It had so much potential as it got me hooked onto this drama within a heartbeat; the storyline and plot were really well written overall; however the downside was that this drama felt like it started to get boring and it was dragged out nearing the middle/end.

I a a huge fan of mysteries and the 'frightening ghosts' concept intrigued me and i was thrilled that the first few episodes had responded to my wants; however as the story goes on, it seemed that the concept of ghosts appearing was dying down; until eventually there weren't any more new ghosts appearing. It became disappointing that the villains and ghosts were not evil nor interesting enough which made me quite sad at the plain characters.

Acting
The cast were amazing; as it frustrated me that I wanted to root for the dead boyfriend and the girl as much as the real main love interest. I wanted Cha Gun Woo (Taecyeon) to be with Shi On (So Yi Hyun), however i found that Shi On had a much more amazing chemistry with the dead boyfriend. Although I did find Gun Woo and Shi On incompatible at times, i forgave that as their portrayal of their characters were amazing.

Yang Shi On was a believable character; as someone who had just woken from a coma, her confused and shocked character was believable. Cha Gun Woo was like a little kid; amusing to watch his character interact with everyone else. Lee Hyun Joon (portrayed by Kim Jae Wook) was surprisingly one of the most beloved and pitied character despite being silent and not talking for about 80% of the drama, his situation and actions for Shi On were enough to make me love him all the more!

Music
Can't say much about the music, it wasn't horrible but it wasn't amazing either; but it was pretty decent.

Rewatch Value
I can't say whether i would watch the entire drama once again since there were many parts that i found too slow, however I would definitely rewatch the first few episodes since they were the best!

Conclusion?
However, despite the lack of a 'real' thriller mystery drama i was hoping for, Who Are You is a decent drama that deserves a watch as it would definitely make you hooked and connect with the characters.

Code Blue 2 stays true to its series- as it focuses heavily on the medical aspect; however what's different? This season touches you more in an emotional and deeper aspect as Code Blue 2 deals with personal challenges the team faces and even you might tear up as well.

Story: This season is more personal- and you could tell with the first episode. With most if not all of the original cast; it makes you nostalgic and gives you a sense of security that you know who you're watching and what they are like. This season is also fantastically paced, never a dull moment as the new challenges that this season brings pulls you in; sympathizing with the characters. Every episode deals with a new medical challenge that would make you curious and intrigued as to how the team will tackle their new problems.

Acting: With the same cast as the last season; you feel a sense of security and safety- knowing who the characters are and how they work together, you will not be disappointed.

Music: Same old music as last season- but it doesn't become a bother as the soundtrack is beautiful

Rewatch: Like the first season, I will definitely revisit and watch both seasons once again as medical dramas (like this rare one) have a special spot in my heart.

Genre? Family- This season deals with heavier challenges each character faces, as it touches you on a personal level. With every episode, you will understand each character more and realize and understand the choices they make.
Romance? Family Romance is more prominent- although like the last season, if you squint- perhaps you'll find something there *winks

Goblin is one of those dramas that was highly anticipated right after the much loved DOTS due to these dramas coming from the same writer- and Goblin is deserving of this hype as it has everything you want- from romance to suspense to comedy. Goblin truly wrapped everything together nicely in order to deliver an enjoyable and heart-wrenching drama.

THE GOOD
I loved the plot line- and the unique synopsis of an immortal goblin needing to find his wife to finally end his life after years of suffering as he teams up with the Grim Reaper to unravel lost secrets. Of course- romance, mystery and suspense all ties up together with this- and it was beautifully played out. The plot was a bit easy to predict yet it was still full of suspense and plot twists that may throw you in a loop, but it was obvious what will happen in the end as in all of the writer's previous dramas.

Even so, there were quite a few plot twists that will make you on the edge of your seat as usually major developments happen within the last few minutes of each episode that just makes me want to tear out of hair!

The music was plain amazing. It fit so well with the drama as every-time a certain melody came up, I was tearing up already so it deserves a perfect 10 for me.

Setting aside the obvious love story between the goblin and his wife, I looked so forward to the bromance between the grim reaper and goblin and how they slowly begrudgingly became friends as their antics and scenes were hilarious. The second romance between the reaper and Sunny was heart-wrenching yet I was invested in their relationship from the start to finish. The actors and actresses were amazing- and I loved everyone's acting- although I did find Goblin's bi-polar personality a bit confusing and slightly annoying due to his character switching up all the time.

There were some comments on Eun Tak's character and how many were annoyed that her character was so young, and I am no exception to these slight feelings of confusion- however that disappeared as Eun Tak was perfect; depicting a naive yet bright optimistic 19 year old who struggled throughout her life, yet still manages to see the bright side of things. To add- everyone probably heard about how Lee Dong Wook had pestered/frequently visited the writer in order to get his role- and he was deserving of that. He played the grim reaper beautifully as he really knew how to show angst and pain through one look.

THE BAD
There's not much to say about the bad things- other than the weird 'out of character' moments at times. I do find the drama a bit slow near the middle as everything happened quickly within the first few episodes (which is pretty common).

The amount of product placements within this drama is overwhelming- to the point where it was getting a bit more irritating, but I guess it's fine as dramas do need sponsorships and needs to show their gratitude

I was also disappointed that the secondary characters (Secretary Kim, Chairman Yu, the mysterious grandma and especially Deok Hwa) didn't have much screentime nearing the mid-way point as I enjoyed their characters.

AND SO?
Despite the small annoyances you may find- you should really watch Goblin as it's a unique drama that is truly deserving of the high ratings as not only the OSTs are outstandingly beautiful- everything about this drama will temporary satisfy every drama-lover's insatiable hunger!!

Oh my lordy- It's a shame that this drama is underrated- with its storyline that would surely put you on the edge of the seat at the end of each episode every. single. time., this drama deserves a watch!

Story
So the summary is simple- yet there's a bigger picture to be painted. It's about a person called the Pied Piper who manipulates people in order to do his bidding and a small negotiation team that was once borderline being disbanded having to prove itself by solving cases. What was impressive about this drama is that each case is somehow tied in with each other, painting a much darker and mysterious story.

The Good
The cinematography was good as the different scenes tie in together leaving an insatiable hunger for the next episode every single time each episode nears the end. The music was damn amazing with the scenes, incorporating a super impressive selection of instrumental and a mix of good genres even in different languages at times to suit the scenes.

Shin Ha Kyun and Yoo Joon Sang were amazing. They portrayed their characters perfectly as you can see how their characters mature and grow. I've seen Shin Ha Kyun in Brain (2011) and I wasn't too fond of his acting since I felt like it was forced and overexaggerated at times- however I'm pleasantly surprised that his acting was realistic and 3-Dimensional in this drama so it actually feels like he is a negotiator in real life. He nailed the two sides of his character perfectly, whether it being a cold heartless negotiator doing everything to get his way or an emotional man who regrets the mistakes in his past.

Yoo Joon Sang was perfect- her acting was on point, however there were times where I disliked her acting since it was too plain or her actions were just plain unrational, however I really liked how she portrayed her character and how she really matured throughout the episodes.

Yoo Joon Sang seriously knows how to play the audience. Honestly- he deserves an award for portraying such a complicated character, since you never know what his motives are.

The Bad
The only thing that bothered me at times was the storyline at times i suppose. It might be slightly hard to follow at times as you don't know whats happening- however it clears up at the end! There's not much to say about the bad things in this drama since the flaws are so minimal that it doesn't really affect your judgement!

And so?
If you are a fan of crime and action packed dramas- or if you just want to dip your toes in, start with this one since it's worth the 16 episodes as every episode will leave you on the edge of your seat!

Daebak! This is one of the dramas that hilariously hooks you from the start! Unfortunately the ratings werent that high since it was airing at the same time as other dramas like W, however I think that this drama was unique and funny in its own way.

STORY
The plot was unique- it's about two men who died from unjust circumstances and gets the chance to come back and relive their lives for a short period of time as somebody else, however they are not allowed to reveal themselves or take revenge for their deaths.

The Good
This drama is downright hilarious in the way that Han Gi Tak came back in a women's body (Han Hong Nan) and he/she is seriously the funniest actress ever! Man, she's one of my favourite actress now since she could portray such a realistic 'masculinity'. Rain also did a fantastic job at his character as he played as the other ahjussi reborn into this super hot guy and he's not afraid to flaunt it.

I seriously loved how the writers incorporated 4 different people and mashed them into 2, as Rain and Oh Yoon Seo (Han Hong Nan/ Han Gi Tak) seriously did a fantastic job at portraying the two ahjussi's personality! Special mention to Li Ha Nui (Yi Yeon) as she can seriously act and show emotions through the simplest gestures!

Although I loved Hae Joon and Da Hye's relationship, I actually looked more forward in learning about Han Gi Tak's background. Yeah Hae Joon is good-looking and all, but he didn't have a huge backstory to his character and Han Gi Tak was so much more interesting as a character! Plus once he went into the body of Han Hong Nan- his interactions with his boys (namely Seung Jae) was the few scenes I actually looked forward to the most.

The Music is a godsend- it was perfect with its instrumentals or funky beat songs which made the drama even better!

The Bad
I have to admit, but the story does get draggy at parts- especially when Hae Joon acts like a complete child towards his wife out of spite. I get slightly bored during the scenes where he and Dah Hye interacted (although it was cute) but it might be my biased of wanting to watch Gi Tak/Hong Nan's scenes more.

There were also unfinished plotholes and I wasn't a fan of parts of the ending. Yes, there were plotlines that tied up in the end which even surprised me at times, but it was just the end that made me want to hit my head against the wall because i was far from satisfied!

Overall? This drama is great! If you want a hilarious fun light drama, this is it! Of course, this may not interest some of you since it does get boring at times, but I do suggest giving this a try!

This drama garnered much anticipation and it had good reason. This drama is about the struggles about a person who has to go through so many struggles as she was constantly compared to a person who was better than her in almost all aspects.

The Good
I enjoyed the story- it was hilarious and heartbreaking as many of you probably had that situation where there is always a person better than you in every way. I loved Isadora (soo Kyung) and her hilarious drunken antics- honestly she is a great actress! I loved all of the actors and actresses since all of them were hilarious in their own right. They portrayed their characters so well that it made me fall in love with them even more.

The plot-line will pull at your heartstrings- the pain of wanting to be with someone but you can't will make you tear up. The two main leads have a great chemistry with one another and it will just make you fall in love with their relationship.

The Bad
In all honesty- i feel that the normal Oh Hae Young's acting was quite unrealistic. She fell in love with Do Kyung- but she seriously got onto my nerves when she demanded unrealistic expectations of Do Kyung. I find it irritating whenever she over-exaggerated her emotions. In my opinion, I think it wouldv'e been better if her character wasn't that demanding.

Not to mention the romance was sometimes overly unrealistic- especially when the two main leads get back together after a fight. Honestly- how does a couple go from nearly ripping each other apart back to a love-induced fantasy without any regard to why they broke up in the first place. I felt that Do Kyung's character was faking it a bit too much whenever he got back together with Hae Young after the break up- like his character had a complete 180 degree turn around. Since when did Do Kyung smile and grin so wide that it makes the viewers just think he's a totally different character!? (although i don't mind since he's such a cutie)

Despite my comments, I know that this drama wasn't intended to be realistic, however I thought it would be nice if there was consistency in their emotions but that's just my little excerpt.

Music
Although the music was fantastic and was quite fitting- they kept using the same 5 tracks over and over again as it gets quite repetitive.... on the bright side, at least it sounded great!

Overall I enjoyed this drama quite a lot and perhaps will be visiting this drama once again in the future!

Beware- this drama will definitely make you hungry! Besides that, this drama is jam-packed with food with a pinch of mystery that overall surprisingly worked together well. If you're looking for a easy drama without too many complications, this is it.

Story: I wouldn't have guessed that a series about food would be able to tie in a sense of mystery- but surprisingly, this drama had accomplished this. Besides the fact that every episode displayed food everywhere and made you crave for korean food, the backstory flowed well and did not become a hindrance as this drama stayed true to its rom-com genre. 16 episodes about people just eating food might be a turn-off to some, but in combination with a touch of mystery and comedy might change your mind.

Acting: The cast were amazing; especially the main cast as their portrayal truly made me like their characters. At the start, you may find some of them annoying in fact; but soon enough, they mature and you begin to like them.

Music: The opening theme was the best- I downloaded the track and the lyrics made me crack up in laugher, the opening theme was meant for this drama. The other tracks were pretty decent as well, but the thought of downloading them did not seriously occur in my mind.

Rewatch: I would have to think about rewatching it since I felt that the beginning was a bit draggy, however it was a decent drama; I would definitely watch it again for the comedy though.

Looking for an action/mystery/thriller like drama? This fits all the criteria and is definitely worth the watch as this show was one of the best I had seen!

Story
The plot was truly amazing- how a former cop who was fired due to his violent history recruits 3 top-notch bad 'boys'; a genius, a contract assassin and a gangster who work together in order to solves crimes and reduce their jail sentence. This drama did not have any dragged out parts and had always left a 'on-the-edge' feeling after each episode.

There were plot twists in this drama which made it even more interesting and surprising to me since it throws you on the edge and completely makes you look at a different perspective. This drama was directed so well as it was never a dull moment!

Acting/Cast
The directors sure did a fantastic job picking the actors/actresses as I cannot think of any other people who could portray them as good as these people did. Like everyone, my bias would be Park Hae Jin; and not only because he was cute; but his character was so complex- a genius with a troubled past may sound cliche, but his character and his situation truly made me feel for him and how his life was always completely unfair for him.

Of course, the others were also the best! Yoo Mi Yeung (Kang Ye Won) truly made me angry at times and wanting to bash her head in; however this indicated that her actress was truly doing a great job! She was the only main female lead which worried me since most of the time; the reverse harem would lead to everyone having feelings for her; but I was pleasantly surprised that this drama stuck true to its main genre and there were absolutely 0 romance!

Music
It's been a while since I completed this drama, however I remember the music wasn't that bad; but I wasn't able to remember a lot of them. The soundtrack was appropriate and was perfect for most of the scenes though!

Rewatch Value?
Definitely! If I'm craving for some crime mystery drama; I would definitely come back to this; however it will depend whether I'm feeling up to becoming annoyed with some situations. Definitely not because of the characters; but because of their circumstances that would make me want to bash my head in.

Conclusion?
It's only 11 episodes so it's pretty short! Definitely worth a watch though!

A cute and comedic drama about a girl and a guy who work together to solve her blushing problem, but don't be deceived as the drama and angst is real in this drama as well.

Story
An amazingly cute and funny drama with a good balance of slight mystery and angst comprised of this drama. The story was paced well, with an equal balance of comedy relief to the angst scenes. Personally; i'm not a fan of angst as I tend to become very annoyed at the situation- which happened to me, however i forgave it as it helped the story flow more and give it more of a of a deeper dimension (if that makes sense). Although this drama is about the girl's blushing problem, the backstory runs deeper as the transition of a light and fluffy problem became intense.

As much as at times I wanted to pull my hair out, this drama was great as it not only deals with personal problems, but family problems and the cruel reality of human nature when faced with the unfavourable truth.

Acting
I loved their acting especially Choi Kang Hee (the female lead) as i found that i sympathized with her, tearing whenever her character was sad. Chun jung Myung (male lead) was amazing as well, as i loved how his character felt real. Their chemistry was amazing as i seriously wanted them to date in real life as well! I loved the supporting characters, especially the male lead's family as their portrayal of their characters made me despise them with a passion; which meant that they were awesome at their jobs.

Music
The music was good, their selection appropriate and I loved some of their tracks.

Rewatch?
Perhaps one day when I want to see something with comedy and angst on the side.

Conclusion?
Give it a try! 16 episodes isn't too long as this drama was worth it. The story was amazing and I did not regret starting and finishing this drama!

When an enigmatic councillor teams up with a bubbly assistant; they work together to face the challenges that come up.

Story:
Despite the summary; there's only a small amount of romance that can be detected as the main genre of this drama is mystery. Starting off, Dr. Frost had potential as it was interesting- the female lead had the ability to defend herself and kick butt without needing the help of other people.

Not only that; this drama touches and talks about the psychological aspect of the human nature which was awesome and compelling as I learned quite a lot. The first few episodes were promising, as the mysteries that come up were also quite interesting.

However, unfortunately it had seemed that the pacing became a bit draggy towards the middle, as i found myself skipping some parts as it was boring to me, but fortunately it became interesting once again near the ending. Despite the dragginess imo, i thought that this drama was quite compelling and interesting, plus as it was only 10 episodes; I didn't feel as if i wasted my time at all.

Acting:
The main leads (Song Chang Eui and Jung Eun Chae) were great! They were convincing characters, especially the female as she had the strong, independent feel, unfortunately it seemed that she became more like a damsel in distress later on. Song Chang Eui was great as well as i thought his acting was fabulous; being able to portray the enigmatic aloof genius. Everyone (including the supporting characters) were great as well! The only cons i think of is the way the director had made Jung Eun Chae's character albeit annoying and useless at times.

Music
The music was awesome, the soundtracks were quite similar to the BBC Sherlock series (which I am an absolute fan of) so I had no problem with their selection.

Rewatch
Although I may not rewatch the entire series (even though it's 10 episodes only), i would probably watch the first few episodes and the final episode only as i found that the middle were a bit too draggy to me.

Overall?
This drama is worth a shot! As it is quite a short drama, it wouldn't hurt to give it a try, especially if you like mysteries and psychological genres!
