Surprise!

I watched this because I have a love for the lead male Dylan Wang from seeing him in Meteor Garden . Seeing he was a part of the cast made me want to check it out. Much to my surprise, it was wonderful. I binge-watched and stayed up until the sun came up in the morning. I don't usually go for this type of story, but this was a good show. I loved all the actors and the work they did. It had a lot of episodes, maybe a few too many, but it manage to keep me watching and wondering. I look forward to seeing Dylan in more shows. He carried this show just as he did in Meteor Garden. He has the most transfixing eyes and knows how to use them when acting. LOVED IT!

A true drama

This is one of the best shows I have watched. I remained on the edge of my seat. I wondered what was coming next and I believed in him as much as his wife did. I could not say one bad thing about this and I could say a million good things and it would not be enough. This was a roller coaster of emotion. I will watch it again since I am reading the subtitles and I find that I always watch something I really love and see things I missed the first time. I have watched some programs 4-5 times gaining a better understanding each time by picking up on things I did not see initially. This will definitely be one of those. This should become a national treasure and I look forward to seeing more works with the cast in it. Indeed there could be more series of this. Great job done by any and everyone that did the smallest to the greatest thing in producing the MASTERPIECE.

Winner Winner...Chicken Dinner!!!! Love this.

I love this overall. Very entertaining. But it really got to me when she did not show up for dinner. To see Ji Ho breakdown and cry broke my heart and had tears flooding my eyes. She has had such a strange life, but despite it all, she is caring and kind. I did not know that she knew that was her real mother.

He has had a hard time just living in this world. Together they grow and evolve into even better people who love each other enough to give up everything for each other. I am waiting until the entire series is done and I will binge watch it again. I already have watched him realize that she is gone three times. I love that big teddybear of a man. T

Should never have been done!

I honestly have no words to explain this show. The title tells it all for me. I have watched Asian/Korean shows for the past two year to the exclusion of all other TV and this has to be the worse I have seen. The actress is not good, and is simply too stupid for her age. She had to have a better understanding. And the women are so aggressive and appear to live in their own world. Just because someone gives you a clump of clay, you think they have feeling for you,? Just to simple. The lead male plays his part well, the parents to as well...even the assistant to the lead male, but the girl he is pursuing and her friend are just too much to bare. This was not well thought out. All actors and actresses should also make sure that their plastic surgery is well healed because is shows when it has not and the woman that felt she was perfect for the lead male, her eyes were recently worked on and it showed and she was too old to play the part.
