Both of these are taboo romance between Teacher x Student. While in Chugakusei the teacher is the female and in Sensei, the teacher is the male. Both have beautiful cinematography and slow burn romance, where the student has an instant-love but the teacher falls in love slowly with the student. These are a matter that might arise controversy but the acting in both is superb and the chemistry between leads very good. If you liked one you'll probably enjoy the other.
If you enjoy Student x Teacher romance you might enjoy these. However, HajiKoi takes an approach more to comedy while Chugakusei Nikki focuses on melodrama.
Both dramas feature rich boys and one poor girl who attends school on a scholarship. Both are over the top comedies with the main hero being a "prince" character and the heroine being blunt and not interested in him at first.
- A 30-year-old virgin ends up going out with a younger man.
- There is a love triangle with another man from her age.
If you enjoyed one, you'll probably enjoy the other:)

If you enjoy the taboo theme of Student x Teacher then you should watch these. In both, we have a high school girl falling in love with her teacher, however in DSS the plot is a bit different because it features a love triangle while in My Teacher there isn't much of one.
Both are Kdramas where one of the protagonists has foresight: In Another Miss Oh, the hero has deja-vu (Visions/flashbacks about something that is about to happen in short notice) and in WYWS, the heroine has Prophetic Dreams (Dreams about the near future or distant). Both have romance inside a beautiful plot, great actors and soundtrack.
