This is a drama labeled as romance. It is more a romantic comedy that failed in the romance department. First of all, although there is a great character development for the leading characters, it takes forever! The leading male, Li Tang (Jerry Yang), portrays a man with “Peter Pan syndrome”, an adult who is socially immature, and supposedly unreliable. Jerry Yang does a great job delivering this character but his childish demeanor is overloaded with weird facial expressions and tiring playful attitudes which diminish his high level intelligence and problem solving ability. On the other hand, the leading lady, Fu Fang Si (Maggie Jiang), is a fashion designer with low emotional intelligence who mostly cares for her fashion label because of its attachment to her deceased father. For most of the drama, she is constantly bickering with Li Tang and blaming everything on him. Granted that he keeps a lot of things from her, but she is impulsive and quick to condemn him while she is very understanding and forgiving of everyone else that has stab her on the back. By the very end of the drama, and having been through thick and thin together, they grow to understand, love, and appreciate each other; but the journey only gives the viewer great playful interactions between the lead couple, masterminded business antics with conniving antagonists, and a flat romantic chemistry between Jerry Yang and Maggie Jiang. Although, most of the time, the leading couple’s story is full of banter and misunderstandings, they get their happy and successful ending. The rest of the cast did very well bringing their characters to life. Ron Ng (as Yin Hao Ran) and Viola Mi (as Cheng Xiang Nan) were also excellent portraying their heavy laden and complicated antagonistic characters. Overall, with patience and tolerance of some over-theatrical acting, the drama is entertaining enough while waiting for a great one to come! Cet avis était-il utile?

This is a really nice and cute coming of age and “like yourself the way you are” drama. Although the female lead suffers an injury to her face, she worked hard to accept her circumstances, and with the help of her friends, family, and the male lead that loved her steadfastly throughout the drama, she learned to love herself for who she really are and not for how she looks. The positive thing about the leading lady and her circumstances is that she knows that she will have to persevere since there are moments when she is still hurt by the scar on her face, Even then, as she hopes that the scar will become less noticeable, she remains in good spirits as she is loved and accepted by the meaningful people in her life, but more than that, she loves the person she has become. Overall, although the romance is not center staged, the drama is entertaining. (*The title does not reflect the plot drama at all!) Cet avis était-il utile?

This drama is entertaining but is not memorable. It is an odyssey, which it means that it will be a long and eventful journey, which the drama did provide. Once that said, the plot is sometimes incoherent and all over the place. The characters are likable but the leading female character spent most of the drama been stubborn and child like, her love hate relationship with the leading male was overbearing and it took too long for the romance to take place and, once it did, it was not as great as expected. The leading male, even through his twice acquired amnesia, is steadfast toward his feelings and demonstrates a steady good nature quality. The second part of the drama had too many ridiculous twists that became somewhat repetitive and the ending is rushed and ambiguous. Overall, it is not a bad drama; it has enough fantasy to keep the viewer amused. Cet avis était-il utile?

This is a good adventure drama. The story is well supported by the mystery and search for a mythical treasure that leads the characters through underground tombs and other mysterious places throughout the drama. There are various antagonists that create havoc and bring about good action scenes, although their acting skills, for the most part, are not the best with the exception of Wang Chuang as Lu Jianxun who is Zhang Qishan's military opponent. Although there is romance within this adventure saga, the romantic scenes are not memorable, but there’s great playful chemistry between the leading couple, Zhang Qishan (William Chan) and Yin Xinyue (Zhao Liying), and their very few romantic moments were nicely done. The disappointing issue of this drama is the open-ended finale, which could’ve indicated a second season, but obviously after almost three years past its release, it doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Overall, this is a good and entertaining action/adventure drama. Enjoy it! Cet avis était-il utile?

This is a good sports/competition drama that focuses on the lives and struggles of a former E-sport team that disbanded after getting the championship and how, 10 years later, they find themselves with the opportunity to fulfill their broken dreams through a nice story progression that leads to a satisfying result at the end of the journey. Although the main focus of the drama is the story of the main characters from the disbanded team, the leading male, Han Shangyan, finds himself falling in love with Tong Nian, a gentle and sweet girl that manages to help him break down his emotional protective barriers creating a nice and cute romance. There are some parts of this drama that are wonderful and some others that are frustrating at the same time. The writer(s) didn’t give justice to Tong Nian’s apparent high IQ making the character as someone lacking emotional intelligence toward her own self. Although the drama is full of great characters and solid side stories, they were not brought up to its true and full potential. This drama is not perfect but it is entertaining, enjoy it!
