Fiddling while Rome burns

Everything started back to when I was a little kid and watched Jaspion and Sailor Moon. Then Power Rangers, Dragon Ball, Yu-gi-oh, and I was already leaving high-school. ^^ Some years off that 'universe' and in my late 20's I'm back to animes. Then OSTs. Then J-movies, then J-dramas, then J-Rock and J-Pop. Then K-movies and K-dramas and their OSTs and K-Pop. Then C- and Tw-.

My pov about my experience with 'Asian media' in general I've been exposed to: I find Koreans usually better in acting. Then Japanese are better at it, then Chinese/Taiwanese/Thai (those last three are kinda similarly skilled to me), so I tend to like (and watch) dramas/movies in that same amount.

I tend to be honest and very straightforward. Goofy and sometimes sarcastic. I like sharing povs and discussing about them. I tend to find out the reasons that may explain some character's personality/behaviour, which doesn't necessarily mean I'd approve it if it were in real life and if it were with me. That being said, I'll hardly ever be horrified bc some character is abusive or be annoyed bc some character is 'too fragile and innocent', if their background 'explains' their actions, I'm ok with that character behaving accordingly. I guess I'm just too rational. And I can't stand ppl who are disgusted by some drama/movie storyline, rantle about how it 'offended' their morals, and argue with someone who presents a different pov about it. And then they go and watch a similar drama/movie again so they start all over again. ¬¬

You're welcome to add/message me if you're not a drama-queen/king. XD
