Dali and the Cocky Prince

Pretty good, although I did get bored and took me a year to watch the rest
Right as the title says, it was pretty good. But I did get bored around episode 13. Was watching when it was airing but completed it at the beginning of 2023 and I'm now writing this. Anyways it was a very nice K-drama, very funny the comedy wasn't too much it was the perfect amount (wish I could add emojis I sound incredibly dry rn). Now I wouldn't say that this series was boring, it really wasn't but I get bored too quickly. The acting was great and Kim Minjae really suited Mohak's character a lot lmaoo. And DALI WAS SOMETHING ELSE BRO I LOVED HER. She was so elegant all the time and so beautiful and should be the definition of a strong female lead. And Park Gyuyeong delivered that so perfectly. The plot was very interesting as well so we love thatttt. Tbh I don't think I'm gonna rewatch it anytime soon for now. And I'm sorry but the OST was straight up ASS, only one single song that I liked and it was a rap song. And I don't really focus on OSTs I only really notice if I like them or despise them, and sadly she got the wrong type of recognition. Although I did praise it a lot I didn't give it a very high rating, idk it just didn't feel right or honest to rate it higher, nor did it feel right to rate lower. So I think a 7 would be good enough. I think it's because they were dragging it on too much.Cet avis était-il utile?
I loved this !!!
Such a cute drama, no toxic main lead, no annoying love triangle, they didn't drag anything out too much. I'm embarassed to say this but i finished this in two freaking days (I swaer I have a life) The actors were great and cute, these roles really suit youngdae and sungkyung. The side characters were the cutest as well I love them ? I would a 100% reccomend !!! Right and the OSTs were so good as well!!! love love loveCet avis était-il utile?

Such a beautifully tragic story. So underrated. (Not really a spoiler if you know the true story ig)
No words can describe how much I loved this. It is so beautiful and tragic and the fact that it's based on a true story makes me even so much more emotional. So if you're feeling like you want to cry to a K-drama, here you go. Such a short story yet still delivered much more than 90% of the K-dramas that have 16 episodes with each episode being 10 hours long. Yet I do wish we had more time to learn about the characters. I watched this a pretty long time so I don't remember all the details but I remember genuinley liking it and man the emotions I felt, as mentioned I think my emotions were double cause this actually happened with two very real people. But of course, we gotta give credit to the actors, I think if the cast includes Lee Jongsuk and Shin Hyesun you should automatically know that the acting is gonna be pretty much perfect, they always know how to portray a character properly so they never disappoint that's for sure. So I can say with confidence that they gave Kim Woojin and Yun Simdeok justice. I gotta say that the quote at the end got me BAD I was literally crying rivers at 1:30 a.m in the morning (?). Right and I don't pay attention to music and OSTs so don't trust my ranking there!!RIP to Kim Woojin and Yun Simdeok, I pray they get to have their happy ever after in the afterlife.

One of the best. Like literally.
This drama has a very special place in my heart for real. It is SO SOSOO GOOD. One of the very few K-dramas that don't have forgotten plotholes that aren't actually forgotten, it gave us everything we needed so it's safe to say it had a satisfying end. The acting was on spot, the actors did what they had to do, and they matched the characters so well too, so it's safe to say it was a perfect cast. ESPECIALLY Kim Hye Soo, I genuinley believe I wouldn't love it as much if she didn't have this role. And for once in a blue moon, they showed what an actual mother is like in a K-drama. She was harsh when she needed to be and soft when she needed to be, but she was still a loving mother thinking of her kids in all of the situations.Everyone really needs to watch it's so underrated T-T. Even my mom who's not a fan of K-dramas really enjoyed it (She was the one that introduced me to it LMAO, a bit ironic I think)

SO GOOD would a 10000% reccomend. The series still isn't done airing yet, there's 12 episodes out now if I remember correctly and I'm on episode 4 right now, so far SO GOOD. It's 04:38 A.M. right now and I still haven't slept yet cause I really wanna watch more. I'm really loving it even though not a lot is happening yet. The acting is great as well, although not gonna lie **sometimes** Ryeoun's acting skills are a bit iffy, but it is quite alright it's not that noticeable if you're not analyzing too much, and as I said it happens only sometimes not often. His acting is still so good, I think it's just that he has some weak points that are hard to hide, and that's perfectly fine since they don't ruin the moment or anything. We barely got to see the young Cheongah but she's so lovable and so cute already ;___; . Can't wait to see more of her.
Please Eungyeol and Yichan's dynamic is killing me right now I'm always laughing. As for the OSTs I have no idea cause I never pay attention to them...lolss. I don't think I have anything else to say for now, I'll add on the more watch. But for now, it's looking really good, so my rating would be 9.5 or 10/10. FOR NOW ONLY. Who knows how this will develop?
Just finished episode 12 and I feel like I'm gonna explode, this is why I hate watching ongoing dramas cause waiting is pure torture. The next episode comes out in 3 days but it genuinely feels like 3000 years. My opinions on this still haven't changed, although I am getting frustrated, I a starting to grow grey hairs because I'm thinking too much about Yichan and Cheongha finding out Eungyeol is their son... And speaking of Cheongha, she's the most precious and adorable thing ever, she's my favorite character frfr. But nothing new to add, I'm just gonna wait for new episodes to drop.
Alright, the final episode was released earlier today so I finished it, and I still love it just as much, my rating is still the same as when I first started this review lols. Although ngl, I wish the ending was something else, it was still a good ending. I wish we had more insight into what happened during that time, especially with Segyeong and Eunyu. But I really loved it it feels so bittersweet tbh T-T
(I hate that we can't use emojis on this damn website bro I always have to improvise *crying emoji* )

Such a beautiful drama. (No direct spoilers but some things are implied)
Probably one of the most emotional dramas that I've watched, binge watched the entire thing... Such a beautifully sad story, it was so well written. My heart quite literally hurt watching this drama, cried a thousand rivers frfr. The acting was one of the best in the K-drama scene, which I expected from Dohyun cause he's such a great actor, didn't get to watch anything from Go Minsi but she was also a great actress. They had great chemistry, and their good acting made me feel everything they felt cause they just expressed it so well. All the characters played so well. Okay not gonna lie though, I did kinda drop the drama when I reached about 4 episodes, so it was a tiny bit boring for me at the beginning (Maybe just for me though), but I decided to complete and DAMNNNN.I remember when I was secretly watching this in class my friend tried to warn me, she told me it was going to be SAAAD but I brushed it off and said it couldn't be that bad. But BRO T-T . Oh how wrong I was.
I would definitely recommend this but you will cry, I don't care how tough you think, you are you will cry. Even if you're not an emotional person this drama will turn you into one.

A very iconic and memorable drama.
I think this drama was a first to a lot of fans today, including mine, so it's definitely why everyone absolutely adores it. I remember me and my sister coming back from school and watching it in 2015. In a way, I have many memories attached to it so it really holds a special place in my heart. But if we're being real and honest here it wasn't that WOW, the acting was pretty sh*t, one of the only ones that could act was Hyunjoong (will never forget my first ever Second-lead syndrome with Jihoo, still heartbroken till this day lmao). But NOTHING can ever beat the OSTs, they're fr in my playlist T-T, I don't usually care for music in dramas but the OSTs for this one were really good and stuck with me. Rewatched this a 100 times and will certainly rewatch it a 100 more times. To be honest I wouldn't recommend this to those who aren't used to these old-school and cringey K-dramas, it's a different type of cringe fr.Cet avis était-il utile?

THE MOST ADORABLE THING EVER I WANNA CRY.
THE MOST ADORABLE THING EVER I WANNA CRY. Everyone in this show had great acting skills (which is kinda uncommon in C-drama if you ask me), and the chemistry between all the characters was MWAHHHH their friendship is to die for?? .This might seem like I'm being overdramatic or something but like really I've never been this invested in a C-drama before it quite literally hurt to finish, there's like a big gap in my heart in the form of this series, this was the missing puzzle from my life I love it so much.
NEVER SKIPPED A SCENE ( I lied I did skip once ?)
I WAS SMILING THE WHOLE ENTIRE DAMN TIME.
10/10 would a 1000% reccomend.
It's gonna take me a while to move on from this and watch other series with the same actors in it cause I just cannot accept the fact that they're not besties and in love in real life I wanna throw up.
Okay bye. (PS: I rated music an 8 cause I don't pay attention to OSTs... oops, so take that one with a grain of salt)

Pretty alright? Nothing too special but not bad
The only reason I started watching this was because of the ml, I really liked his performances in Moon in the Day and Shooting Stars, ironically I forgot his name? Anyways as I mentioned there was nothing too speical about this drama, the comedy was great though. But there was a lot of historical innaccuracies that kinda ruined the whole vibe for me, I couldn't take some scenes seriously because of that. And personally I didn't like how informal she was being with king for some reason, like even when they didn't know eachother that well she was treating him like herbest friend of 20 years?? Idk it was too unrealistic for me. But it was funny sometimes so I'll give them that. This drama was pretty random as well, was not expecting all of these seggsual jokes it was surprising. And don't remind when they started playing Kyrie Elaison I was so caught of guard I burst out laughing like a donkey. The actors were great tho, so any imperfection wasn't from their part, did'nt pay attnetion to any of the OSTs so that should be saying enough. I don't think I'll be rewatching this but who knows ??♀️ Moral of the story, wouldn't reccomend this to people who focus and pick on details, and to people who get bored too easily, cause it could be pretty uneventful at times.

I just finished this and now I feel empty inside.
IMPORTANT: No real spoilers just very subtle talk about the ending, I don't say what happened only how I felt about it.
I literally just turned closed Netflix and came directly on here, so now i have fat tears running down my face and ruining my makeup as we speak. Took Queen of Tears a bit too literally. At first I was avoiding this cause I thought it was one of those dramas that I wouldn't like until something possessed me to press play. Ngl it was a tad bit boring at times but the again is there a drama that is immune to that? The answer is no. The cast was PERFECCCTTTTTTTT everyone really fit their roles perfectly, great plot great execution great everything. Would a 100% reccomend. Anyways I don't want to spoil anything so all I will say is that it had a very emotional ending that I personally really loved.I wasn't expecting it to end like that and I ended up literally full on sobbing, audibly sobbing. And the OSTs were pretty good as well, unlike almost every other drama may I add, I always had this urge to mute because I hated the songs so much but it wasn't the case woth Queen of Tears lols. One of them is gonna join my playlist, she's gonna be welcomed very warmly.

It's alright
I didn't watch the whole thing cause I got bored, and also I have a big issue with watching ongoing dramas, I began watching it when it was ongoing so I had to wait for every episode to come out, and when that happens I drop the show so fast cause if I don't binge watch the whole thing in less than two weeks I will get bored (unless I'm really REALLY invested I guess). But that's my problem, so I'm not sure if I just got bored from waiting for episodes to drop or if the drama was really that boring. Okay maybe it wasn't boring, I really enjoyed the first few episodes (1-6), they had really good chemistry and I was laughing the whole time, but to me personally it felt like they were losing the tension and chemistry so that definitely didn't help my case. At all. I don't really know what to say other than that. So for now I am dropping it (I dropped it a long time ago but anywayd), but maybe I'll continue watching it soon.Man to just put it simply, it's a big huge Meh from me. Had some potential, but lost it after 6-7 episodes. Idk, it just wasn't doing it for me.
PS: I don't pay attention to the music and OSTs and whatever, so I won't remember them unless I really REALLY liked them. So my rating on music isn't that valid tbh.

Your typical rich CEO falls in love with the middle class/lower middle class girl
It's literally not anything new but it's still so good. Every single scene is so painfully similar to every other cliche K-drama out there but it still is very good (I think all K-drama fans are immune to this kind of stuff atp). Btw, I don't really focus on OSTs and such so don't trust my rating on that, I don't remember a single song from this drama or other ones I watched unless I REALLY like it. Not gonna lie it did make me roll my eyes sometimes, but then again I've done that to almost everything. I did get bored sometimes, but as I said it's probably cause we've seen it all before. But it definitely was funny, sometimes I would end up laughing and repeating a scene for five minutesCet avis était-il utile?

Really good!
I watched this three years ago and I barely remember anything, but I remember enjoying it so much, and definitely remember laughing so much my stomach started hurting. I would 100% recommend this, the main leads had good chemistry and were great actors, as expected from Lee Minho and Jihyun. I should definitely rewatch this when I finish the 1009393 K-dramas that are waiting to be finished.PS: I don't pay attention to OSTs and music in K-dramas unless I REALLY like it so my rating isn't completely valid.

SO FREAKING GOOD AND ADORABLE
BTW; This doesn't contain any spoilers but it can spoil the dynamics between the characters and such.I barely have any negative comments for this tbh, it's just so good. Binged watched the whole thing in less than 5 days (I was on break I swear I have a life). Okay, I said I don't have any negative thing to say but tbh I can be a bit stereotypical sometimes, but other than that it was an amazing show. Got really emotional sometimes, her dynamic with Junho was really sweet, really loved how he was so patient and understanding with her despite the lack of attention she gave him... AND PLEASE HER FRIENDSHIP WITH GEURAMI, please I strive to have something like they do. Kinda did have a bit of a crush on Minwoo when he wasn't being a b*tch but anyways... He and Suyeon were cute (once again when they weren't being major b*tches T-T)
All the characters had great chemistry with each other; romantic, platonic...etc and the acting was chef's kiss as well. Definitely one of my all time favourite K-dramas, It's sooo good would definitely recommend it.
PS: I don't pay attention to OSTs and music in dramas so don't completely trust my rating on that.
