THE BEST BL OUT THERE FR
This show would have gotten a 10/10 for me if not for the loopholes here and there. For example, White's dad. I do not understand how White was gone for so long, and there was no attempt to reach out to his son. Also, I need to know who took a picture of the van that the gang was in when they got kidnapped. How did they know that people were being kidnapped? Also, I wish they could have fleshed out Todd's story a little more. I may just be slow, but I feel like some things were missing, especially in his encounters with both Black and White. Also, I wish we got more BlackWhite moments ?Are these plotholes enough to make this show bad? Not in the slightest. Which show does not have loopholes, you know?
Unto the good stuff now.
1. I just need to commend Gun's acting. The way he pulled both Black and White had me believing that they were two different human beings. His voice, facial expressions, and demeanor all changed while alternating between both characters, and that was so impressive to see. He pulled off both roles so flawlessly, I'm still in awe of how great of an actor Gun Atthapan is.
2. Off's acting has greatly improved, and I am glad that I get to witness his growth as an actor. Off literally became Sean, and you can tell while watching him on screen. Every tear he shed, every word he said, every action that he took, was executed so meaningfully, and I am so proud of the actor he is today.
3. First did an amazing job portraying Yok. Every tear that man shed, I shed it with him and every time he smiled, I smiled along with him. He made me go through every emotion along with him, and that makes him an outstanding actor.
4. Mond, who played Gram, was so great with his facial expressions. Although I wish he got more screen time, he still did a great job while on screen.
5. Papang who played Gumpha was so great at being a mother bear. He took care of those kids so well, and I kinda cried sometimes because of how kind he was.
6. Todd was a hot villain. He slayed being manipulative.
Namo, Eugene, and Nuch also did such great jobs and I am glad that their characters had depth to it.
All in all, this was such a great show. It attacked very important social justice topics. I commend them, especially because I know how the government is in Thailand. They could received huge backlash for this show. The romance did not feel out of place at all. Everything was so seamless, from the pacing of the show to the editing. Fantastic job to all who were involved in Not Me! I hope to see another show from them.

MUST WATCH
it took me about a year to finally get to watching this show and i’m glad i finally got to watching it. i hold this show so dear to my heart, especially after seeing how much work was put into it. this show is so much more than a love show. i need to commend earth and mix for their amazing acting. i’ll start with earth as he is a veteran actor. he absolutely portrayed phu in the best way possible. his facial expressions, his body language, his EYES, the light smiled here and there, his demeanor. everything was so perfect. there will never be a better phu than earth. as for mix, i absolutely commend his work as a baby actor. his devotion to his role as tian was so heartwarming to see. every little action that he took had meaning. every single he word he delivered was delivered flawlessly, im so endeared by earthmix, and i wish them the best in their careers going forwardCet avis était-il utile?
DONT PISS ME OFF
The show was trying to do a lot, but somehow kinda delivered nothing. There was an obvious plot, but somehow you are still a little lost. You're still wondering what the hell was going on and what it was trying to tell you. Aside from that I think my biggest grievance with this show was actually Kim Ri An. His inability to exist outside of Jae-I pissed me off. You can love your girlfriend. Heck even be obsessed with her, but still have a life outside of your partner. Like STAND UP. The fact that he enabled the abuse of someone because they got close to his girlfriend; oh that’s just terrible. And more than anything, I wish Kang Ha happiness that spans across infinity. He’s so precious to me. Aside from all that, the cast were so pretty, cinematography was great, the music was good, but overall I do think this was a watered down version of things we’ve seen before.Cet avis était-il utile?
I really love it
I’ll start off with things I did not really like about this show and then move on to the positivesCons;
1. As someone who went to a private secondary school, I was really baffled as to why school uniforms were such a huge problem within this show. Most, if not every private school, in the world requires their students to wear uniforms and it’s really not a big deal.
2. Also the whole issue with phone use was very nonsensical, for lack of a better word. Why was that even an issue to begin with? There are bigger issues within school systems that could have been touched on, especially within the private school communities.
3. I understand that Akk and Thua were main characters but it felt weird that they got no real punishments for what they did. Some of Akk’s actions were kinda criminal, but we just let it slide? I understand that he understood his wrong doings, but with actions come consequences that he did not receive.
Pros;
1. I really enjoyed Ayan and Akk’s chemistry. It felt very natural and wasn’t something that happened so instantaneously.
2. I love how there was no unnecessary fights between them as well.
3. First and Khaotung did great with portraying their roles. They really are great actors and they really knew how to express their emotions. I was actually in awe with their performances. I cannot wait to see them in Moonlight Chicken.
4. I liked the premise of the entire show. While we could have done so much more with this idea, they did not do a terrible job. There is room for improvement, but there’s no show that’s flawless.
Overall I had a GREAT time watching this show, hence my high rating. The cons were not enough to make this show bad for me at all.

PURRR
it’s a whole lot of rich people and their bullshit but it’s so worth it. it goes a little deeper than tho. there’s a people with trauma that has been unresolved, a lot of intelligent people, a lot of kind people and a lot of evil people as well.i don’t know what to tell y’all. but what you should know is that the show is TEW GOOD!!!! i have prolly written only one review aside this one, so this show is definitely an A+ in my books. y’all should watch it! it’s amazing. from the story, to the actors and actresses, to the directing, everything is SAUR GOOD ? fr!! y’all trust me ?
there’s a lot of character development and a lot of stuff that will shock you as well. also fuck miriam.

An upgrade
I’m glad i waited till second watch to write this review because i accidentally skipped a whole episode on first watch. This review is mostly about the gripes i have with the show more than anything. Overall it was cute and definitely an upgrade from en of love. Also YinWar are so fawking cute woah. But i had a couple of issues with this show:1. Vee also cheated on Ploy. Maybe it was just the vibes i was getting, but it felt like the show didn’t want it to feel that way. Even before Vee discovered that Ploy cheated, he had had sex with Mark and kissed him twice. He also cheated and I wish we addressed that.
2. The sex scene in the first episode was non con tbh. Mark was WASTED; homeboy was gone. heck he thought he was having sex with Bar and not Vee. i understand that Vee had a couple of drinks as well, but he was definitely in the mind frame to have stopped what was happening.
3. Vee said some nasty things to Mark in ep. 6 or 7? the episode that had gone for the orientation thing, whichever it was. If I was Mark, I honestly would not have forgiven Vee. that was very disrespectful on vee’s part.
4. The way no one wanted to hear Vee out after that whole “kiss” with Ploy was crazy. like if Ploy hadn’t cleared things up herself with his friends, Vee would not have been heard at all. It also took way tooo long for Mark and Vee to clear things up. Like i understand it looked shady, but a simple conversation could have solved everything.
It is a good show don’t get me wrong, but these are big things that dropped the rating from what could have been a solid 9.5 or even 10 down to a 8.5.

Mid af
I have no idea how I sat through nine episodes of the most uninteresting show I’ve ever watched. I also have no idea how anyone can rate this show higher than a 3. We’ve seen this trope 9 million times, and the writers didn’t even try to add anything new to at least make the show special. The main couple had 0 chemistry and the second couple were so fawking boring, it was a pain to watch them on screen. The music kinda pissed me off a lil as well, but that’s just my personal preference. All in all, this show was too mid for y’all to be raving about it the way you are.Cet avis était-il utile?

Frustrating but enthralling
Going into this show you need to understand that the protagonist is the MOST frustrating character you will ever encounter, with a redemption arc that comes late in the show. With that in mind, it is still a very good show to watch. I enjoy watching shows that tackle social commentary with unique means and this is exactly what this show does. You get to reflect on society and yourself as well throughout the show. The cinematography was beautiful and that aided in the overall storytelling. Why this is not a 10/10 show for me was mostly because of the main character, I understand that he is supposed to be unreasonable and I also understand that we are supposed to follow along his growth journey with him, but I have a short temper so it was hard to watch sometimes. But that's more of a me problem, not anything inherently wrong with this show. All in all, this is a great show to watch and then ponder on some more in your free time.P.S.: This is not really a BL in the way that you think of one. It is a love story that entails men if that makes sense.

a good kind of mid ig
It’s not a show to be taken seriously in my opinion. If you’re having an off day, and you just want to quickly binge something light hearted that doesn’t require a lot of concentration, this is for you. It’s just a goofy little show that you’ve probably seen a million times before but for some reason doesn’t feel redundant either. The main characters have really nice smiles so that’s another plus. We definitely could have done away with some of side characters and some of the plot fillers and made the show about 7 or 8 episodes. All in all, it’s not bad, but it’s not great either. It’s just mid.Cet avis était-il utile?
sth cute for the girls
I, personally, did not take this show seriously as the show didn’t even take itself seriously to begin with. the show was prolly a lil sth studio wabi sabi put out as an appetizer, however mid it was, before between us. there were alot of plot holes, but it is expected because it is a 6 episode show. the cinematography was gorgeous though, i’ll give it that. i rate this high because i think of it as a filler show and not an actual serious body of work. i did enjoy seeing bounprem on screen! also the boxing couple were very cute!Cet avis était-il utile?
Very unserious
This show is too unserious even for me ? like it just felt like they were trying way too hard if that makes sense. The story wasn’t anything new, the acting pissed me off cuz i could that they were acting (it wasn’t natural), the music SUCKED, i hated the color scheme going on, cinematography wasn’t even anything to write home about and overall it was just very goofy but boring ? nonetheless it WASN’T BAD which is crazy. i kinda like it in an ironic way, like it’s just SOOOO UNSERIOUS ? the show is not a 10/10 but it still feels weird giving it anything less than a 7/10. if you want to giggle a lil, this show is for you lolCet avis était-il utile?

Good up until the last two episodes
This show was one of my favorite shows until the last two episodes. I was so disappointed at the end I won't lie to you. Akk deserved better. The show wasn't anything spectacular, but i really loved it. Up until episode 9, where theo started acting like a spoilt brat. I understand him getting a lil upset at akk for not telling him about his parents, but i also think that akk was not in a position to tell him. It was his parent's responsibility to tell him that. also when theo said he was going to France, i got so upset. All in all, Akk deserves better. he did not deserve all that.Cet avis était-il utile?

Very bautiful
I don't know how to put this show into words but it truly is beautiful. This is the first bl show that I cried over. The development of every single character was flawlessly done, and every moment between Dean and Pharm was so intimate and beautiful even though they just having a normal conversation. The understanding, at the end of the show, that they loved each other not because of Korn and Touch was so amazing. Also, Boun and Prem slayed their roles. I loved the passion between them. It was so nice to watch.Cet avis était-il utile?
Not as bad as I thought it was going to be really
looking at the show holistically, it was just your normal bl. it wasn’t extremely bad but it was far from good. it wasn’t as bad as i thought it was going to be at least. a lot of characters in the show were very unnecessary, and as someone pointed out, the entire show could have just been a movie. type acc carried the show for me. tharn was very upsetting, No would not shut tf up, klui and seo were completely unnecessary, phu and cir were there for what??, leo and fiat’s relationship could have been fleshed out a lot more, same with doc and champ’s relationship. i don’t understand why type got jealous over a woman at the beginning knowing that his partner is gay. also the whole cheating escapade was very stupid imo. how tf did tharn not see that type pushed fiat away!?! and his apology was messy. the last ep was unnecessary. like wtf was all that… also type’s dad was so irritating. his blatant homophobia was sickening to watch. each ep as it’s own entity wasn’t bad, but the show itself was so lackluster especially if they were supposed to have been together for 7 yrs. i’ll rate it a 7/10 cuz it wasn’t as bad as i thought it was going to be.Cet avis était-il utile?
A MUST WATCH FOR BL LOVERS: A LITERAL BREATH OF FRESH AIR
I wish I could give an in-depth review but time does not permit me. I would just like to say that this show is great. PERIOD POINT-BLANK. Yes, there are few misses here and there, but are they enough to make this a bad show? Not even close. Because come on, which show is perfect? I think this show stayed true to its genre: a crime/thriller BL. The crime did not overshadow the BL and vice versa. Everything flowed so well together. IT IS WORTH YOUR TIME, trust me. I came here for MaxTul and I most definitely was not disappointed in the least. I love this show. Like this is the only show I have ever written a review for!Cet avis était-il utile?
