1. Beautiful Love, Wonderful Life
Korean Drama - 2019, 100 episodes
Romantic storyline without a love triangle
I really enjoyedd watching Jun Hwi and ChoengAh grow, I wanted nothing more than to see them happy esp ChoengAh who had been through so much hardship and to see her achieve her dreams, help others and fall in love was beautiful. I personally didn't care for SoelAh's storyline and it was a copout for them to let her husband and her be together, regardless of him changing. Three people, the secretary, former chairwoman, and the judge needed jail and the only one who TRULY felt remorse was the judge esp since she technically was the cause of her son's death. The secretary asked for forgiveness but I think she needed actual punishment for her foolery, the chairwoman---that woman uggh idk what to say about her. The sad thing is the drama started so well and it kept moving somewhere, the made the poor chef a secondary character because some ppl liked the actor acting as the husband, honestly ruined the story for me. BUT my love for CheongAh, JunHwi and SiWol who's life was ruined as well is what kept me here. I'm happy everyone I like found their love and happiness but because of the change, I didn't enjoy the story as much as I would have liked. I wouldn't personally recommend this story, although I see others who liked it. I did not. (Finished: March)

3. Until We Meet Again
Thai Drama - 2019, 17 episodes
I truly enjoyed this show. As one of the veteran actors said: "This isn't just a BL, its Art." Although, in the beginning, I had issues with choppy editing, transition, and lighting, I have to say that I THOROUGHLY enjoyed this drama. The storyline was superb. The acting was top-notch. The synergy of all the cast, they fed from each other and it was beautiful to watch. FLUKE WAS PHENOMENAL, and I think having OHM as his partner made him even better. This was my first time watching OHM, and he did an amazing job. KAO AND EARTH were fantastic as well, glad to see Earth shined in this role. I loved everything about this show, the messaging and the attention to detail. Its a must watch and rewatch for me. (Finished March) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

4. Crash Landing on You
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Somewhere in Korea outside of Seoul
Leads Didn't know each other as children
Lead Actors Have Worked Together Before
One or more ep takes place abroad
Chicken and Beer Scene ep6
(Finished February, I would Recommend because it was nice but they had their faults. Chemistry was great. Would not re watch tho--finale was too long)

5. Nee Sensei, Shiranai No?
Japanese Drama - 2019, 6 episodes
Jdrama: Short and sweet. Although, I wish they developed some of the characters and dialogue it still worked for the drama. I really liked the couple, and I identified with the FL. Like that we didn't have a love triangle and things were resolved fairly quickly. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE OST (Finished: January)
-
6. Please Love Me
Chinese Drama - 2019, 24 episodes
Cdrama: I really enjoyed this drama. They had more likable characters than not. We didn't have a love triangle and everyone genuinely cared for and loved each other. The acting was great and I love the couple, love that they got together early on(this usually is a bad thing for dramas but worked for this drama). The couple and acting had great synergy! That being said, what made my rating low was because of unnecessary conflict. The villains were weak(no plausible meaning behind the hate), the reasoning for "separation" although it didn't last was weak, and the noble idiocy was unnecessary. I understand that conflict is needed sometimes for the progression of the story, but this wasn't needed at all. That being said, I enjoyed YouYou and YiHans relationship, all three couple relationships made it enjoyable. But the weak plot devices made it unlikable at certain parts (even if they didn't last long) and ep 24 was useless. I would still recommend the drama if you're into contract relationships and cuteness. (Finished: February) watched the ML in another drama before)
-
7. Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim 2
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Recommended! Hoping for S3, loved the characters and their growth. Great synergy between all leads
No Love Triangle
Set somewhere other than Seoul #KdramaChallenge
(Finished February)
-
8. Arsenal Military Academy
Chinese Drama - 2019, 48 episodes
Cdrama challenge: This drama took me so long to finish. The ost was great, cast and chemistry were there but at some point, things became repetitive and not fun. It was like pulling tooth and nail to finish. I just could not enjoy it when I think I got to the 20 marks. It was a meh for me, although I loved the cast. I wouldn't recommend. Although I enjoyed the action, I would not recommend it unless you like the OTP (February)
-
9. Bai Mai Tee Plid Plew
Thai Drama - 2019, 21 episodes
Thai/Lakorn: Looking for Makjang, emotional rollercoaster, revenge series? THIS IS FOR YOU! I enjoyed watching this intense and emotional lakorn. Baifern did a phenomenal job as Nira, a trans woman seeking revenge, love, and acceptance. I was rooting for her to find and receive all the happiness in the world. I was also ready to fight every despicable person who wouldn't allow her too or tried to stop her. I loved her love for her found family of Dr. Mor, Mae Orm, P'Yot, and Thong, they were the sweetest. Also Uncle Chat, she loved him, although its weird that the lead was her uncle in law, I understood why she loved him, he saw her as herself and loved her. I also understand that they couldn't be together. Also, that trifling actress who exposed her transition photo should be in jail. Anyway, I'd recommend this drama BUT don't binge it because it takes a toll on your body (I binged first 12 eps in one day and regret that lol). All in all, great lakorn. (Finished: April) There are some parts that could have been better which is why it's an 8.5
-
10. Q Series: What She Put On the Table
Taiwanese Drama - 2017, 6 episodes
T-Drama, I would have rather them focus on both women or one. I don't think they needed the Present because it didn't add anything to the story. (Finished: January)
-
11. Sous le pouvoir
Chinese Drama - 2019, 55 episodes
Cdrama: I loved the chemistry and teamwork between the actors. The main otp were cute fighting crime. Also loved the FL development and how she took charge during investigations, not only was this great to see but I loved how great both her and ML were as a couple and investigative partner. The women in the show were great and were always helping each other, even when they were the villain. THE ACTUAL VILLIAN CAN EAT DIRT AND JUMP OFF A CLIFF FOR ALL I CARE! He was DISGUSTING!! I will say, the reason that my rating became lower was not enough fight scenes (which is why I would give it an 8.5) and because the noble idiocy and some things that happened in ep 49-55 was unnecessary. Still, the couple was great, so I'd recommend the drama (Finished: March)
-
12. Dark Blue and Moonlight
Taiwanese Drama - 2017, 12 episodes
T-Drama-Was a mess, everyone is selfish and nonsense all over the place. Would not recommend. (Finished: January)
-
13. Fairyland Lovers
Chinese Drama - 2020, 35 episodes
C-drama: The drama started off so well and fun. BaiYu was phenomenal as always and the chemistry between all three leads was great. The side stories and characters were fantastic, but I feel like it lost itself when it stopped showing cases. They started using unnecessary troupes. Still liked the drama but felt like maybe 24-35 specifically the nonsense in 29 was not needed and the villain was very weak. I'd recommend if you need something to watch and a fan of BaiYu, but wouldn't recommend it on its own. (Finished February)
-
14. 9.9 Billion Women
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
Kdrama Challenge: Drama was so makjang and I loved it!
No evil parents
Leads didn't know each other as kids
No kissing
Would Recommend: (Finished: January)
-
15. The Best Twins
Thai Drama - 2019, 8 episodes
Thai: The drama DID NOT match the synopis and I kept saying what the heck am I watching too much. The OTP was often awkward too. Would not recommend: (Finished: January)
-
16. XX
Korean Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
No love triangles, Friendship, Less than 16 eps
Loved this drama, the cast was perfect. Love how they explored friendship makeups and breakups and REVENGE ON EX's and letting go. It was very beautiful. Words can't describe how much I enjoyed watching Nana and Roomi grow and come back and having everything comes back in full circle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, Bingeable (Finished February)
-
17. Followers
Japanese Drama - 2020, 9 episodes
Great drama, loved the friendships and topics explored. The relationships from the women was great, seeing the difference between 20yr olds and 37yr -40 was interesting topics like fame, single motherhood, woman hood, work life balance was shown. The show was basically a show about finding your place or who you are. It reminds me of that CL song Rewind where you kind of have to get lost, reevaluate where you are to get found. Although some parts were not as interesting, overall, I enjoyed it. I would recommend it. (February Finished) #Jdrama challenge
-
18. Sleepless Society: Khun Fan Luang
Thai Drama - 2019, 13 episodes
Thai:I love how they filmed the dream v. reality sequence; it made me feel like I was losing my mind. I did not like the choppy editing at all like it made some acting look off and really weak. Also, the actions of the characters MADE NO SENSE HALF OF THE TIME! I will say, I enjoyed how they kept us guessing. Even though I know who had orchestrated the evil before the end, I love how the shot the two villains as they revealed it at the end. Also, I was rooting for Iya the whole time; the actress did a great job and so did the supporting cast members. Rule 1: Can't trust men because they're foolish 2. Women are always 10 step ahead of you 3. The moms are smarter than all of us. I think I'd recommend this drama to people who like suspense, mystery, and also everyone who's okay with getting a headache sometimes. The story was interesting although sometimes I was bored, I still enjoyed. (Finished March)
-
19. Kingdom: Season 2
Korean Drama - 2020, 6 episodes
No love triangle or romance, outside of Seoul, Cast members have worked together. #Kdramachallenge
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO LOVES ZOMBIES OMG THIS DRAMA WAS INTENSE AND AMAZING AND I NEED S3. Everyone was phenomenal, Bae Doana, JiHoon, everyone. (Finished March)
-
20. À cause de toi 2020
Taiwanese Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
T-drama: I liked it, but I did see some problems with the choppiness and technically "lack of relational development" Although I enjoyed the characters I didn't see when exactly my fav Korean son and cutie bun developed a relationship or liking for each other. I could see from the others since they said they grew up together. Also, things were just choppy all around, but I did like the wrap up in ep 10 and nice to hear we get an S2. I wanted to give it a 7.5 because of the choppiness but I enjoyed the story as a whole and ep 10 helped. I'd recommend if you like a good romance story of three brothers trying to find love and build their relationship together. Although, it needed more development (FInished March)
-
21. Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made mo
Japanese Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
Jdrama: This was a really cute drama. I was rooting for the main girl the whole time. I loved the character development and their relationship, plus side character stories, although sometimes it felt as if there was something missing or felt idk off still, the drama was cute and I'd recommend it. It's bingable (Finished March)
-
22. Secret
Korean Drama - 2020, 32 episodes
Kdrama Challenge: No Love Triangle
I enjoyed the chemistry between the leads and the story BUT the way they marketed sounded different from what happened. There's no magic, but we have real-life issues. There were corrupt corporations, manipulation of the elderly, and environmental pollution. I wish they focused more on this in the beginning because it was so interesting. I kept watching, even with all the potholes and missing information. The OTP was amazing, and I liked their chemistry, even though it was odd how they suddenly developed their feelings. Anyway, as confusing as this drama was, I'd still semi-recommend it (Finished: March)
-
23. Kono Otoko wa Jinsei Saidai no Ayamachidesu
Japanese Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
Jdrama: I wanted to give this drama 5.5 but I really love the OST, which is why I gave it the extra 5 points. The show started out great. The premise was technically not new, but still fun. The boss wanting an S&M kind of relationship, hijinks galore, but we get to ep5 and the show goes downhill. Adding unnecessary characters that were supposed to cause conflict but became an annoyance. I stayed because I thought it would change, but it didn't and it became more of a chore. Even the last ep didn't pull me but I wanted to see how it would end. The ending was meh -meh. I would not recommend this series at all, but I would recommend the OST I'm A Slave. (Finished:March)
-
24. Turn Left Turn Right
Thai Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
Thai: I like the premise of second chances and where they wanted to go but with the underdevelopment, glossing of attempted murders, and choppiness, it wasn't that great. I feel like the trailer and even the ending scene was more exciting. I enjoyed the characters (even if most were trash and irrational). What would you do with a second chance? I don't think I'd skrew it up as bad as these fools did but who knows lol. I wouldn't recommend this drama, it would have been nice but it didn't seem like GMM wanted to promote it or maybe something happened. I really was excited but with underdevelopment and choppiness, it kind of ruined my experience watching it. Still, the actors did phenomenal and tried with that they had. That is why I gave it a 6, also like the opening song. (Finished: April)
-
25. Pegasus Market
Korean Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
#KdramaChallenge
Drama I wanted to watch in 2019
Drama with less than 16 eps
I enjoyed this drama, everyone was hilarious, the Bbaya Tribe were my fav. I loved how President Jung was like "invisible" but visible figure in the drama Manager Moon was always stressed but loveable. The who cast, and the story was enjoyable, although there were times where I felt the story was a little disjointed or they didn't explore something and it felt flat i.e The villain's daughter coming in but they didn't expand. Still, great drama and I would recommend, esp if you liked Fiery Priest, it has the same kind of slapstick comedy (Finished April)
-
26. Nobody Knows
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Found Family, No Love Triangle or Romance. #KdramaChallenge
THIS DRAMA WAS INTENSE! The way they filmed it and the colors used. OMG Cha Young Jin struggling to breathe and survive, being "stuck" at that same age where her best friend died and having to almost go through the same thing with baby Eun HO!! Wow, just wow, I thoroughly enjoyed this drama. Loved my three cuties babies, love their friendship and their mysterious and the VILLAIN AWARD GOES TO THIS MAN, OMG THE EVIL FROM HIS EYES. I love that the show touched on the "who raises you when you're lost: and how ppl influence other's lives. Anyway, although there were some things that needed development, the reason Im giving this a 9 is because I was invested and truly enjoyed the drama. ( Finished: April)
-
27. Why R U?
Thai Drama - 2020, 13 episodes
Thai:LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS SHOW! I took off .5 points because the editing was a mess, but THIS SHOW AND HOW IT WAS WRITTEN AND EXECUTED WAS BEAUTIFUL! They took troupes and twisted and rebranded. We had consent, we had communication, trying to understand one's feelings. I also enjoyed how they tacked enemies to lovers. No one had this "I can't like you because you're a guy" or" I'm not gay but I like this guy" moment it was literally I like this person and I want to be with this person. The couples were phenomenal and I loved how different they were. Saint did phenomenal, Zee omg give that child all the awards. Mii2, my lovely Jimmy, and Tommy deserve the world. I loved all the couples, my fab Meow couple deserve their own series, but whatever. Anyway, I would recommend this series because it took the BL formula and made it their own. (Finished: April)
-
28. Danger of Her
Chinese Drama - 2020, 14 episodes
Cdrama: I enjoyed this drama way more than I thought and I thought I'd enjoy it. OMG! The friendships the women had, the tenacity they had, the vigor they had, JUST PURE BRILLIANCE! THE MAN, TRASH, KARMA CAME FOR THEM AND I ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT OF IT!
Spoiler: The women literally became "murderers" to help one of them out of her marriage, and I enjoyed it so much. Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed it. I binged in 1 1/2 days. If I had started it earlier, I would have finished it in a day. This reminded me of like an Agatha Christie novel and it made me love it even more. Although are parts I wish they explored more, and some editing was off, I really enjoyed it. I would recommend to anyone looking for a suspenseful revenge drama (Female CENTRIC). (Finished: April)
-
29. Half of a Half
Korean Drama - 2020, 12 episodes
Kdrama: shorter than 16 , no love triangles
This was such a healing drama, even with the cut off and some things which make no logical sense. THIS WAS A BEAUTIFUL DRAMA! The conversations they had, the healing hugs, the way they were so attentive, looking into each other's eyes, and making sure the other knew that THEY IN FACT MATTERED! It was so beautiful to watch both HaWon and SeoWoo grow, fall in love, and trust each other. It felt like that feeling when you take out a warm blanket from the dryer and wrap it around you. It was great. I'd recommend this short, healing drama to anyone who loved Just Between Lovers or just wants a drama about healing. Warning ep 1 and 2 were intense. (Finished: April)
-
30. Tokyo Tarareba Musume
Japanese Drama - 2017, 10 episodes
Jdrama: What is a woman's happiness? Is it marriage, success, friendship, etc. That's what this drama explored. I loved it because I'm 30 and trying to find my own happiness, none of them been romance but I still understand. I love the friendship between the three ladies as they tried to navigate society norms/expectations and their own happiness. Them thinking its okay to settle for crumbs was eye-opening. As someone who would never settle for second best or being a shadow (mistress) I was confused as to why two of them thought it was okay (no judgment) but when I looked at it, I realized how much society influenced their lives and how they weren't settling for the sake of it but because of idk because they thought this is all they could afford? I don't know how to explain it, so maybe like this, as someone who is always searching for a place(career, etc) I've placed myself in positions to be treated toxic because I wanted so badly to be seen or want to feel needed or have a place. But when I sat and looked at where I was, I realized I had more value and I think that's what the ladies did too. This was longer than I expected, but that's why I understood it but wasn't for their choices. Id recommend the drama for the lessons in life (Finished: April)
-
31. Follow Saretara Owari
Japanese Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Jdrama: The people in this drama pissed me off. I'd rather have enemies than these friends. I enjoyed the twist and getting to know how horrible each of friends was. I only liked three of them, and those were the three that didn't cause trouble. The twists in 15 and 16 was great. I enjoyed it. The only reason the score is low is that I was sick of their shenanigans like DDAMN! GET YOUR LIIFE IN ORDER AND STOP MESSING AROUND AND HAVING AFFAIRS AND CHASING CLOUT! READ A BOOK OR SOMETHING. Anyway, the lead guy owns my heart now and ill watch him in anything. (FInished: April) Bingeable
-
32. Wake Up Ladies: The Series
Thai Drama - 2018, 13 episodes
Thai: I thoroughly enjoyed this drama! I dont even know what to say but I LOVED EVERY MOMENT OF IT!! I NEED SEASON2 because it was awesome and Im planning a summer rewatch already (Finished:April)
-
33. Memorist
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
#KdramaChallenge No romance
This drama was a rollercoaster of emotions and I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!! I don't even know what to say, but Lee SeYoung and Yoo Seung Ho did a phenomenal job. Although some parts were draggy and unexplained, it was that big and that's what made me love it even more. I would definitely recommend it (Finished: April)
-
34. The Gifted
Thai Drama - 2018, 13 episodes
Thai: SUCH A GOOD SERIES!! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING AND THAT ENDING WITH ALL THE TWIST!! WOW, JUST WOW!!! PHENOMENAL! I NEED GIFTED GRADUATION NOW (Finished: April)
-
35. My Roommate is a Detective
Chinese Drama - 2020, 36 episodes
Cdrama: I loved it! The cast & ost was phenomenal! I enjoyed all the cases but the last 4 eps, the sister, & wishy washy nonsense romance/reporter was THE BRITISH PEOPLE PISSED ME OFF! Still, I loved the drama, cast dynamic,& ost on repeat (Finished: May)
-
36. En of Love: Love Mechanics
Thai Drama - 2020, 4 episodes
Thai: I loved it and wish it was longer, hoping they have their own series. War (Mark) and Yin(Vee) did a great job, cant wait to see them develop more as actors (Finished: May) Short and intense
-
37. The Victims' Game
Taiwanese Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
T-drama: Phenomenal, I loved the metaphors and symobolisism. Joseph Chang, Tiffany Hsu, and Ruby Lin did a phenomenal job, the tricks and mind games were on point. Everyone had a reason for their death but it didn't make it easier and that's what makes it so sad. Ruby Lin was in 2 eps and she KILLED IT!!! The ost was phenomenal and the ending and development of characters was just beautiful. I recommend this drama to everyone (Finished May)
-
38. Blacklist
Thai Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
Thai-Drama: THE LACK OF PARENTAL GUIDANCE WAS INSANE! Anyway, I loved it! Everyone did an amazing job and the story was intriguing. Finding the God Hand was not the end and then we see where everything leads! Omg Nanon was amazing, all of them Drake, Frank, Ohm, Chimon, and First were a great team. Fluke was there for like a second and his facial expressions blew my mind. Still, it felt like something was missing and I can't put my hand on it. That's why my score is lower than I thought it would be. I would recommend especially if you'r e into high school mysteries ( Finished: May)
-
39. Girl Next Room: Midnight Fantasy
Thai Drama - 2020, 4 episodes
I LOVED THIS DRAMA SOOOOO MUCH! Singto and Jamie were excellent. I wished it was longer but loved and would rewatch it (Finished: May)
-
40. Make It Right: The Series
Thai Drama - 2016, 12 episodes
Thai-drama: I wanna say that I love Ohm and Toey soooo much and I watched their parts before and fanvids but wanted to watch the full season this year. THIS DRAMA MADE NO DAMN SENSE! Like the lack of parental guidance *le sigh* but that's fine. What was not fine was some of the questionable things. Also, Fuse with dumb behind kept forgetting he had A WHOLE GIRLFRIEND! Shoutout the the only man who deserves rights Frame (except for the hotel scene) because of the after care and being comfortable with his own sexuality. The mother of that other child needs to go to jail for trying to pay someone to make her child straight. The editing and the sequence really ruined most of the story and the lack of showing the main character and the main side character. The unnecessary storylines were a mess. Idk if Id recommend the whole thing but watch Book and Frame (Finished:May)
-
41. Leh Bunpakarn
Thai Drama - 2020, 14 episodes
Thai-drama: OMG this drama was a mess and I loved it. I will say the first ep was annoying with the editing. It was really off and so was the sequence and it made James come out like he couldn't act or wasn't showing emotions (which was weird). All in all, I loved the story and the couple, James and Taew have great chemistry. I loved how they interacted in each life tome. The villain oh I felt bad for her because even though she did commit crimes it was because of some unforseen/seen misunderstanding but wow THAT MAN WHO WAS THE EVILER of the bunch was straight trash to use their emotion and love (talking in codes so I don't spoil) but THAT ENDING! OMG did they really reincarnate him? LIKE WHAT THE HECK. Anyway, recommend if you like reincarnation and James and Taew (Finished: May)
-
42. 2gether The Series
Thai Drama - 2020, 13 episodes
Thai-drama: The first half was great, but it dwindled in the second half. I always say, we do not need conflict in all dramas and this is one of them. They set the couple perfectly that they didn't need conflict, but they brought it. As much as I enjoyed the drama, it had its issues, namely editing and underdevelopment, by the end the story became disjointed. Its really sad because I loved watching Sarawat and Tine develop their relationship, I was hoping they'd continue that way. Still, I'd recommend the drama. It's low because of the last 3 or 4 eps. But I still enjoyed watching it (Finished: May)
-
43. Nowhere Man
Taiwanese Drama - 2019, 8 episodes
T-drama: TW(trigger assault) on ep 8 around the ending. This drama was oddly interesting. The first two eps were great and they had build up but then it just dwindled and I lost interest in 3-7.5 its like the sequence, editing or story went left when it should have been high energy especially since he was looking for his son. It became so loopy at some point and I couldn't tell were it was going. PLUS THE FIGHT SCENES WERE HILARIOUS! Which is not a good thing for an action drama. Anyway, the ending of 7 and all of 8 was just WOW! OMG I thought the villain was insane, and he really needed counseling because his experience from ep 1 as a child shaped his adulthood, which was sad. Anyway, the ending was interesting and the sequence felt dreamlike and you're left wondering if its all real. Usually hate endings like that but it really worked for this drama. I don't know if I'd recommend or not but I would say, give it a try (Finished: May)
-
44. 4-punkan no Marigold
Japanese Drama - 2019, 10 episodes
Jdrama: This was a nice, calm, and sad drama. Very slow pace but it worked for it. Oh the premise with them technically being step siblings was a little odd but it worked for them and I was genuinely rooting for their happiness. The whole "WHat do you do when you can see someone's death and someone is the woman you love" was really sad but I loved how they dealt with it. The family involvement and everything, but seriously, it must be difficult to see others life and death and not be able to change their destiny or change it in the way you see fit. All in all good slow pace drama that I'd recommend. The ending and the message of life, death, and destiny was beautiful. (Finished: May)
-
45. Hospital Playlist
Korean Drama - 2020, 12 episodes
Kdrama Challenge
No Love Triangle, Found Family, less than 12 ep
Kdrama:
I loved this drama, the friendships, patient stories, THE BAND! The whole thing was wonderful, I have nothing but praises for all the actors and the staff. I can't wait until S2! ( Finished:May)
-
46. Kore wa Keihi de Ochimasen!
Japanese Drama - 2019, 10 episodes
Jdrama: First off, the couple was HILARIOUS! He's like YAY and she's like, please use your inside voice. It was cute how they were complete opposites but complimented each other. That being said, I had a lot of issues with the drama, a lot of inconsistencies, underused character--what exactly was the role the secretary need to place. Unexplained friendships or issues. It was a mess at times. There was a lot of underdevelopment, even for a 10 ep drama. Still, the main cat made me stay and watch. I think I'd recommend if you like office dramas and the actors, but I don't know if I'd fully recommend it or not. (Finished: May)
-
47. My Engineer
Thai Drama - 2020, 14 episodes
Thai: All the couples and noncouple were great. BohnDuen need to learn how to communicate, I think the way they started was the problem so they never actually got to know each other. Ram King omg they could communicate without saying a word lol it was beautiful to see them develop esp at the end. MekBoss the wife and husband couple lol Boss is a MESS but glad he finally expressed how he felt to Mek (I hope Ryan comes back for S2). TharaFrong, the bros who are VISUALS and bond over shared heartache, I love them and Im excited to see how they become a couple. There's so much I could say about this drama but I won't. All I'll say I enjoyed it (headache and all) (Finished May)
-
48. Girlfriend
Chinese Drama - 2020, 36 episodes
C/drama: I loved it! All the couples were my fav. The exs were annoying and so was the one ex's fiance. I loved that the OTP didn't give in to their nonsense, especially FeiMo. That man was not here for his ex's BS and I loved it! All in all, development was great, the unnecessary noble idiocy didn't last (like an ep and a half). Great drama and I'd recommend it. OMG I LOVE THE FeiMo's mom sol much too. (Finished: June)
-
49. YYY
Thai Drama - 2020, 6 episodes
Thai: EVERYONE WAS PHENOMENAL! THE ENTIRE CAST WAS HILARIOUS! So glad I got to watch Talay in this and My Engineer. We learned lessons about love, found family, and being yourself. I can't wait until S2. Poppy was amazing as Porpla the landlady lol (Finished: June)

50. Quarantine Stories
Thai Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
Thai: I enjoyed the concept, I loved some ep more than others. It was also nice to see some familiar faces i.e Gunn, Belle, Oab. I loved it esp the last ep. I would recommend it even if some were not as memorable. I just like the message of trying to live during uncertain times (Finished:June)
-
51. A Gift to the People You Hate
Thai Drama - 2019, 10 episodes
Thai: WOW this drama did not go how I thought it would. TW for assault and violence. Its scary to think how hatred physically and emotionally eats you up. Seeing that we as humans but this character out of our hatred was very eye opening. Even though I liked it, I felt some things were missing in development but I don't know how to describe it. (Finished; June)
-
52. Iine! Hikari Genji-kun
Japanese Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
Jdrama: Watched this on a whim and it was interesting, it felt like the opposite of Ashi Girl tho. I liked the characters but it wasn't as memorable as a show. (Finished: June) Recommend for light watch
-
53. Où tes yeux s'attardent
Korean Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
KdramaChallenge:
Less than 12eps, no love triangle
Omg this is so cute and light. The characters were adorable and relatable. I was rooting for Taejoo and Gook. I need like a special ep or something. Recommended for light watch: (Finished : June)
-
54. The King : Eternal Monarch
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
I really enjoyed this, I like parallel universes and times so this was my jam. It was apparently not for everyone. But I enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed how they intertwined the stories and the universe with that of King Arthur and Alice In Wonderland. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the underdevelopment in some things and the editing. The flow and pace of the drama was nice and the cinematography was gorgeous but the editing is something I couldn't get away from. Still I enjoyed it and the ending was so cute. I loved it but wouldn't rewatch it (Finished: June)
-
55. Girl Next Room: Richy Rich
Thai Drama - 2020, 5 episodes
Thai: Love it! It was sooo good. I love the whole concept kf being who you are and not caring what others think. Also Mild and Off were HILARIOUS! OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE ITS THEIR FIRST TIME WORKING TOGETHER??? I LOVE IT MILD IS HILARIOUS AND AMAZING, BUT SHE ALWAYS IS lol and her and Off together made the perfect team. And then we have Mek looking so gorgeous???. Anyway, loved Dutchess (Mild) and her friends trying to get her into the rich club. Those mean girls were trash and got what they deserved. I just love the cast. The drama was short but soooo good. I'd recommend it for people who love comedy and all things funny. Also, Si ngto has. Cameos and I love it!(Finished: June)
-
56. En of Love: This is Love Story
Thai Drama - 2020, 3 episodes
Thai: This was the cutest out for the three Enof Love. I wish we had more time and hoping for a full series for these two. Probably when Pramam is umm an adult in college. (Finish: June)
-
57. Mystic Pop-up Bar
Korean Drama - 2020, 12 episodes
#Kdramachallege
- No love triangle
- No Chaebol
- The couple acted together before together
- Found Family
OMG! I LOVED THIS STORY! LIKE WORDS CANNNOT DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS STORY AND CAST! The reincarnation, grudges, chemistry, Hot Daddy Slayer, and found family was SUPERB! I love Hwang Jung Eum, I don't care what anyone say's, I love her acting and this drama was TAILOR-MADE FOR HER! The whole concept of sacrifice, forgiveness, and healing was beautiful and in 12 eps! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
(Finished: June)
-
58. Intense Love
Chinese Drama - 2020, 24 episodes
Cdrama: it was just enough fluff & fire!! The couple(both) had chemistry and were so cute. Totally forgot they weren't engage-engage or married lol umm the unnecessary conflict, villain logic, sis plus Jiawai part was (sigh, just sigh). Anyway, Zhang YuZi and YuXi were phenomenal and the heat! YuXi also has one of the most expressive eyes. I could feel everything looking at him. YuZi is a phenomenal comedic actress, I love her acting and comedic timing. I would recommend for the fluff. (FInished: June)
-
59. Moonlight Romance
Taiwanese Drama - 2020, 15 episodes
T-drama: I love Amber and would watch her in everything, but this drama was poorly executed. Her and Edition did phenomenal with that they had but the drama really fell flat and stale. They underutilized so many characters. By the end, characters had disappeared idk what happened to them but they left. The villain was misunderstood. the whole issue was sad for all involved. I think what saved it was the end. I saw some people say they didn't like the end but I liked it because they got a fresh start. Still, I don't think I'd rewatch or recommend. Except if you're an Amber or Edison fan. Both did great and had chemistry esp in the beginning, but the show just going in a circle. (Finished: July)
-
60. He She It
Thai Drama - 2019, 3 episodes
Thai: This was soooo short and I wanted more. It was interesting how they did the timeline. He came first, She tells what happened and what led them to "He." I loved the last chapter It because you can feel the sadness and pain more than hate (which is what we got in HE). Life is very funny, you love and you hurt. There are consequences to your actions and its sad that the one you love if the one that hurts the most. Anyway, Jeff(with his gorgeous hair and voice) and Gameplay (with his amazing acting) did a phenomenal job. I really enjoyed the eps. I cant wait to see what they do next. Note: Im watching both in Ingredients: The Series and they are amazing, great chemistry. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a sad love story with a hint of regret. (Finished: July)
-
61. Girl from Nowhere: The Series
Thai Drama - 2018, 13 episodes
Thai: This drama is so raw and realistic and makes you uncomfortable and does not sugarcoat anything. TW// sexual assault, murder, and abuse (adult and minor). Nanno is someone I never want to meet in my life. She really thought us about the School of Live and how we worship money that we will go above and beyond even if we harm those close to us. How vanity makes us lose sight of ourselves. The Mas hysteria and hatred with have for one another. My fav ep was the Wall because we learn: the weak can become evil with power. The show showed the ugly side of humanity. Something we're always trying to cover up. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUT AGAIN THERE ARE MULTIPLE TRIGGER SCENES. (Finished: July)
-
62. Life Senjou No Bokura
Japanese Drama - 2020, 4 episodes
Jdrama: Thoroughly enjoyed it. I love how they literally us on a journey from their teens to 40, We got to see them grow and change, make mistakes, and define their idea of normal. I absolutely loved it. PLUS MY BABIES HAO TING AND YU XIN GU SHOWED UP AT THE END!! I know its a spoiler BUT DON'T CARE. I'd recommend this drama because it was beautiful seeing these boys grow and love all in 4 eps. (Finished: July)
-
63. Love Trap
Chinese Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
Cdrama: I don't know if its because of the censor or where I watched it but. So much seemed to be edited out, and they put random things in. The story should and would have work if the audio and editing were good. Its no fault of the actors or the team. I feel like it could have been better. I feel frustrated for the team if it is because of the censor because we weren't able to get the full effect of their love story. Which is sad because you could tell they had some sort of chemistry. Still, the score is low because of the issues. I did not mind the ending, although I saw comments that there's were not a fan. The drama really could have been better. (Finished: July)
-
64. What Did You Eat Yesterday?
Japanese Drama - 2019, 12 episodes
Jdrama: It was simple and nice and about food but also acceptance. It was nice to see an older gay couple just living their lives. I feel like we don't have enough representation in dramas (we have some but not a lot) so it was really nice watching them eat and just love each other. I don't even know what else to say, I just enjoyed Kenji and Shiro's love for each other in the midst of all the craziness of life. Also, I would love Shiro's cook book, idk what he was cooking but I wanna cook them all lol (Finished: July)
-
65. Look Khon
Thai Drama - 2010, 9 episodes
Thai: Gave it a 7/10 because the messaging of finding your passion and doing what you love, plus the father-son bond at the end was beautiful. That being said, I was ready to shake sense into that child's father and his brother. Manipulating and guilt tripping your kids to do what you want is a no no. The child wanted to dance traditional Thai dance and the dad is like UMM NO! You have to do Muay Thai and like cool, but he can still dance. The brother got on my nnerved for some time but then he realized after getting shot and scammed that he needed to get his life together instead of blaming the little brother. I love Baifern, but I wanted to shake her like the pra'k has so much going on and you are not helping. I understand you want him to dance but its not that easy. Anyway, it ended well and I love the dance. The lakorn did drag a lot in the middle and the editing was really off, which made my score low but because of the messaging its a 7. (Finished: July)
-
66. Slam Dance: The Series
Thai Drama - 2017, 13 episodes
I really enjoyed it. I like sports dramas and getting to see each sports wrestling and dancing and the rules was cool. I thought it would only be about Baifern and March, but it was not. I really like the development (good and bad) of each character and we got a glimpse of the characters and what they wee going through. Love how the dancers who hated each other started working together and same with the wrestlers. It was cool seeing NamTan, Sing(cutie pie), Drake, and Guy on here. I love the cast and the story of everyone reaching for their dreams. The "villains" were trash, they just needed to COMMUNICATE their feelings!! MY GOODNESS WAS NECESSARY! Also, what the heck does GMM have against Fiat? That child is always playing someone creepy! (Finished: July)
-
67. The Shipper
Thai Drama - 2020, 12 episodes
Thai: What can I say, they're so much to say about how much I love this drama but I don't even know how to put it in words. First and Pkking did PHENOMENAL as Pan/Kim First was soooo good playing his role and so convincing. Ohm was wonderful. This was my first time seeing this GMM Fluke act, and he was amazing as P'Way. Jenne was hilarious and the actress that played Soda OMG! Everyone was phenomenal. I would recommend it for the growth of Pan, the life lessons that it gave us and the realistic portrayal of Shipping. This shipper went in thinking should could make her ship true and got more than she bargained for ( Finished: August)
-
68. It’s Okay to Not Be Okay
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Kdrama Challenge (cant remember at the moment) lol
I loved it, there were some things like the mom mystery that could have been explained but all in all. I GENUINELY enjoyed the series and the concept of healing and how everyone's healing journey and how they deal with trauma is so different. THE VISUALS AND CAST WERE PHENOMENAL It was very eye-opening. (August 2020)
-
69. Aozora no Tamago
Japanese Drama - 2012, 9 episodes
Jdrama: I still don't know what this drama is about because I didn't read it. but it was interesting watching both leads talk and mend other people's issues. Sometimes I was like...."you need jail" but it was an okay series. I don't think I'd re-watch it, but I liked it. I also liked the friendship between Sakaki and tori, tori had trauma but they were always there for each other (Finished: August 2020)
-
70. Roommate
Thai Drama - 2020, 4 episodes
Thai: It was short and sweet. Quirky. I loved all the ladies in the show and the development with the leads was interesting. WATCH THE SPECIAL because the ending of ep4 was really off. Anyway, I'd recommend for a rainy day watch. (Finished: August)
-
71. Strangers No More: The Making of Hello Stranger
Filipino Special - 2020, 1 episode
PH: I loved it! The colors and the chemistry, this is one of my favs and I'd rewatch it just to see JC. Actually, everyone did amazing and I love how the poem matched with the development of the couple, theJunjun was my fav side character. Would recommend (Finished: August)
-
72. Shujin-ko
Japanese Drama - 2019, 6 episodes
Jdrama: Short sweet ad relatable. All the characters tried to figure out the meaning of life or their meaning of living. It was interesting watching them struggle and triumph. It was a simple drama and I really liked it. (Finished: September)
-
73. The Underwear: The Series
Thai Drama - 2017, 10 episodes
Thai: The kids in this drama are crazy and everyone needs counseling except cuties Foo and Mon. But like I liked it because we had ACTUALLY GROWTH AND ACCOUNTABILITY! SO much happened from revenge, death, trauma, betrayal, and identity issues, but I really liked it. The camera work, transition, and editing and disjointness (some of the nonsense too) is why my score is low, but I still enjoyed it. (Finished: September) idk if I'd recommend but I wouldn't say don't watch
-
74. Still 2gether
Thai Special - 2020, 5 episodes
Thai: I genuinely enjoyed this more than the first. Shoutout Aof for his amazing directing. I love that we didn't have a misunderstanding and all three couples developed very well. Green and Dim don't need to be together. OMG FRANK AND DRAKE! The way I love those two!! Bright and Win did amazing and I just love them as a couple. Same with Man and Type. Would recommend (Finished: September)
-
75. Kare ga Boku ni Koishita Ryuu
Japanese Drama - 2020, 4 episodes
Jdrama: I like this drama but THE CAMERA WORK RUINED IT FOR ME! The coloring and movement was very distracting. Sometimes I couldn't focus on the story or what was going on. It was a positive drama about two male teachers who fall in love. You see those around them embrace them. Once one of them realized he like the other, he immediately broke up with his girlfriend. Eveyrthing but the camera work which made me dizzy. Thats the only reason the rating is low,(loved the positive story). I really wanted to enjoy it but couldn't. (Finished: September)
-
76. Gameboys
Filipino Drama - 2020, 13 episodes
PH: I really liked it. It was interesting watching their relationship develop from strangers to lovers and the difficulties they faced during the pandemic. I felt like so much happened it really showed how relationships develop and thee fears and insecurities that all couples face. The ending eps were freaking intense and anxiety-driven. I loved the end, it was beautiful and realistic. Can't wait for season two. Shoutout to Pearl for just being amazing. (Finished: September)
-
77. Club Friday The Series Season 8: True Love…or Sympathy
Thai Drama - 2017, 4 episodes
Thai: Short, watched in a day. I really like the premise of them falling in love without seeing each other and then going through obstacles because she's technically engaged and his fear she wouldn't love him because he's blind. We have a happy ending, but I lower the score because there's a lot of plotholes. I know its a 4 ep lakorn but they included stuff and left it there or didn't expand on certain familial things. I was not a fan of Mon's (ML) family and the prejudices Eye (FL) mom and her ex had omg I wanted to cut them. All in all, things that should have been explored weren't but it was still a good show (Finished: September 2020)
-
78. Deja Vu
Thai Drama - 2020, 22 episodes
TH: What can I say? A lot of nonsense happened in this and I was pissed at the deity but overall, this was a great remake. I liked it better than the original. Funny because I thought the original would make a great Lakorn and here we are. Ester and Pong were phenomenal and so were the side characters. Everyone left when they were supposed to and minimal misunderstanding from the OTP. This one actually flushed out the characters and had great side character storylines plush added some more development that wasn't in or explained in the original. Id recommend it but be cautious because I love Esther so my view may be skewed but I really enjoyed it. (FInished: September)
-
79. Sleepless Society: Nyctophobia
Thai Drama - 2019, 13 episodes
Thai: This was such a crazy ride! I loved all the twists and turns and Cherman did a phenomenal job. Kids are crazy and the people in this were o exception. Although we had plot holes and unexplained things (don't want to spoil) it was all around a good show. The ending was heartbreaking because they both have to live with the consequences of their actions. I love the name, fearing the dark. The lead was afraid of the truth and it goes so well with the theme. I would recommend for people who love nonsense, twist, and thrillers. (Finished: September)
-
80. Parallel Love
Chinese Drama - 2020, 24 episodes
Cdrama: I enjoyed the OTP! Everyone else can go somewhere. The FL was AMAZING! She made the ML a better leader and it was a BONUS for him that she liked him. The ex was trash and so was the SFL for a second but the OTP made the show for me. I would recommend for strong female and couple lead. (Finished: September)
-

-
85. Mr.Heart
Korean Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
Kdrama: Short and Sweet, loved both of them and how they progressed. Sangha is my child and I will protect. Something felt missing which is why the rate is an 8 but I genuinely enjoyed this show. RECOMMENDED (Finished: October)
-
86. SF8: Nurse
Korean Special - 2020, 1 episode
Kdrama: Since there are 8 eps but they are technically their own series, Ill just post one instead of individuals. The stories were moving and interesting. The lessons were phenomenal. I love The Prayer, Joans Galaxy and Blink the most. Some of them weren't as "moving" even with the lessons. I still enjoyed each. I gave it a 8 as a whole but I think some may be higher/lower if I were to rate individually. Recommend (Finished: October)
-
87. YYY 2
Thai Special - 2020, 3 episodes

-
88. Lie of a Lie
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Kdrama: Loved it! I love Yoora so I'd watch her in ANYTHING! This drama was a hot mess and I loved everything about it. I wanted more from the end which is why the score is lower.
If you like Makjang, love dailies but can't sit through 120 eps and you love intense nonsense like me, I'd recommend this drama (Finished: October)
-

-
92. Mr. Perfect and Miss Almost
Chinese Drama - 2020, 24 episodes
Cdrama: I enjoyed this drama wayyyy more than I thought I would. It should technically be an 8.5 because overall there was nonsense but NOT from the main couple. I'm giving it a 9 because of the OTP and their minimal misunderstanding, their development, cuteness and LOVE. I love Sinian and Yunshu so much. YiYi was a hot mess as a gf but amazing as a friend, glad they didn't let her get back with Lu, she doesn't deserve him. The sis and superstar relationship was cute but not that interesting. ALL I CARED ABOUT WERE MY CUTIES (Finished: October)
-
93. Natsuzora
Japanese Drama - 2019, 156 episodes
Jdrama: Great drama and I researched the story and I loved how they added so many historical truths. I loved Natu and watching her accomplish her dream and just seeing her grow. Some of the side characters and their stories were bland which sometimes took away from the story if that makes sense. I kind of wish the focused on the workers building up the union and more on the discrimination women felt and continue to feel in the animation industry. I loved how great her support system was though. Even though the score is in the 7's I'd still recommend it. (Finished: November)
-
94. Amanza
Korean Drama - 2020, 10 episodes

Thai Drama - 2020, 5 episodes
Thai: ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN BECAUSE ITS SO AMAZING AND WORDS CANT DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING AND RELATABLE THIS STORY. HOW BEAUTIFULLY SAD IT WAS. THE STRUGGLE TEH WENT THROUGH WAS REALSTIC AND THE OH AEW AND THEN BAS AND TARN. I FELT LIKE IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL COMING OF AGE STORY I CANT PUT INTO WORDS HOW AMAZING IT WAS. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE MUSIC! OMG THE MUSIC AND THE CINEMATHOPRAHY! JUST EVERYTHING! THEY DESERVE EVERY SINGLE AWARD BECAUSE IT WAS A WORK OF ART (Finished: November)

Anyway, Im happy for both of them and hope they can live their truth and love. OMG THE MUSIC!! THE MUSIC, LOVED IT (Finished: November)
-
98. Private Life
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Kdrama: As much as I love the leads.... The drama could have been better. It was disjointed at times and stories and plots were left untouched or unfinished. The leads spent most of their time a part. Love them tho (FInished: November)
-

100. 90 Days The Series
Filipino Drama - 2020, 8 episodes
PH: I expected so much. It had potential but didn't grab me when it needed to. Great synopsis and concept but bad execution. The last 3ish eps were the best out of the 8. (Finished: November)
