Best Mature Korean Romance Drama
I dislike dramas that are childish and have the high school element. I like mature romance with mature plot, less misundertanding and the characters are mature in handling their conflict. MATURE is the keywords here peeps.

1. Moon Embracing the Sun
Korean Drama - 2012, 20 episodes
I love the plot here. ML and FL are separated because of other people and not because of any misunderstanding between them.
-
2. Oh My Venus
Korean Drama - 2015, 16 episodes
This drama came out nearly at the same time with Descendant of the Sun (which is sooo overrated imho). So it did't get the attention it deserve. Bad mistake. This drama was underrated. I like the relationship between the ML and FL. So much love and trust.

3. Mask
Korean Drama - 2015, 20 episodes
I usually don't enjoy dramas that have thedisguising as someone else kinda plot. But this drama handled it well. As i said before, mature. No draggy misunderstanding at all,

4. The Beauty Inside
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
Oh God. Can't express how much I love this drama. Just like Oh My Venus. ML and FL love and trust each other so much. No stupid misundrstanding that makes you wanna kick some sense in them. Plus the acting by supporting actors are just awesome here.

5. Secret Garden
Korean Drama - 2010, 20 episodes
I love how honest the ML were of his feelings here. Not once did he has any second thought about his feelings towards her. And you can understand why it took a while for the FL to accept him. Oh, and get ready with a box of tissue. Hyun Bin can surely make you cry.

6. Doctors
Korean Drama - 2016, 20 episodes
This is a medical drama with romance intact. I love how the ML and FL's relationship progressed. There's no beating around the bush here in this drama.
-
7. Fight For My Way
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
Best friends turn lovers kinda drama. Took a while for them to realize their love, but I like how loyal they were towards each other. Plus, a breath of fresh air when the leads are not a chaebol or rich in any kind of way. Just two normal people who fell in love.
-
8. Grand Prince
Korean Drama - 2018, 20 episodes
Another epic drama where the leads were so in love with each other with no stupid misunderstanding or second thoughts. FL and ML were seperated due to the jealousy of the second prince had towards the ML as he has fell in love with the FL. But still, there's not misunderstanding. Both characters trusted each other so much that even when seperated a few times, they still believe in their love.

9. Sa vie privée
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
I would say this drama has the Oh My Venus and Beauty Inside vibe. You'll love it. Trust me.
-
10. It's Okay, That's Love
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
Underrated. Seriously. Maybe because this drama is quite heavy for some as it deals with psychology illness. Plus, it lacks the cringe romance moments that young kids love nowadays, which is exactly why I love it. The romance is for the mature audience. The ML and FL were straighforward with their feelings.
ML: I like you.
FL: I'm not ready.
ML: Fine. Think about it. Lemme know when you decide.
See? Mature.

11. One Spring Night
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
Aite. The message of this drama is what I like about it. It's about fighting for your happiness, instead of trying to lead your life based on what other people want or think. I would say the FL have a lot of hesitation in this drama but you'll understand once you've watched it. It's not a clear cut situation for her. The mature part of this drama? You always know where the FL and ML stand.

12. Something in the Rain
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
A younger guy who fell in love with his sister's best friend and their relationship was not approved by the FL's parents especially the mother. FL and ML were so loving here. The journey of how they fell in love is beautiful. Makes you wanna write your own love story. The message in this drama is beautiful, the OSTs are superb and they kill it with their good acting. What I dislike? The last episode. I just.... It's not.... Urgh. Maybe because i just love this drama so much that I feel i need more than what was given.

13. Goblin
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I looove it. Perfect in every sense. Altho the FL is in high school, but I find the romance mature enough for my taste. Maybe because the FL knows how to make it less annoying. Plus, the ML already brought in enough maturity in the relationship.

14. Something About 1 Percent
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
I like the ML here. He's sooo cool! Even the FL is not annoying as as you expect as she is in Running Man. I like her quirkiness here.
-
15. King2Hearts
Korean Drama - 2012, 20 episodes
Fell in love with Seung Gi here. I like how his initial playful character turned all serious in this drama. Some dislike Ha ji won here, but I dunno. Works for me.

16. 20th Century Boy and Girl
Korean Drama - 2017, 32 episodes
-
17. Find Me in Your Memory
Korean Drama - 2020, 32 episodes
My recent favourite one to rewatch. I like how cool the ML is in this drama. The FL on the other hand was the pushy type, but not in the annoying kinda way (at leat not for me). I like their combination. Most importantly, I like how the table turned in the end where it was the ML who chased her instead.

18. Half of a Half
Korean Drama - 2020, 12 episodes
This is a melodrama. Not everyone's cuppa due it's slow pace. You have to really sit and watch to understand the drama. But I like how understanding both leads towards each other. None were pushy, but give space for the other one to heal.

19. I’ll Go to You When the Weather Is Nice
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
Another melodrama. I find this drama quite peaceful. The pace is slow so again, some would find it boring. But I love the ML's character here. Very mature and relaxed. The FL on the other hand is quite childish at times and playful (but not annoying. For me, at least). If you wanna watch something in a relaxing pace, then this is for you
