Shin Seung Ho is confirmed to star in Jung Woo's first directorial film

Shin Seung Ho will officially join the new film Audition 109.

On January 15, it was officially confirmed that Shin Seung Ho will be part of the cast of actor Jung Woo's first directorial film Audition 109. 

Shin Seung Ho's agency King Kong by Starship shared, "Please give a lot of support and anticipation to actor Shin Seung Ho who will join the new movie." 

Audition 109 will tell the story of a man who moved to Seoul to pursue his dream of becoming an actor. The movie will serve as a sequel to the 2009 film Wish. The film starred Jung Woo, who will now direct the sequel.

Jung Woo will direct the film together with director Oh Sung Ho. The upcoming film will be produced by Fan Entertainment and Perfect Storm.

Aside from Jung Woo and Shin Seung Ho, the movie will also reportedly be led by Krystal Jung. 

Shin Seung Ho will portray the role of Janggoo. He is the best friend of Jung Woo's character. 

According to reports, the movie started its production at the end of December last year. 

Audition 109 will reportedly premiere in the second half of 2025.

This will be the fourth upcoming film of Shin Seung Ho. He will also showcase his acting skills in the upcoming movies Omniscient Reader: The Prophet, Only God Knows Everything, and New Generation War: Reawakened Man. 

Last year, Shin Seung Ho also joined the cast of the film Pilot with Jo Jung Suk, Lee Joo Myung, Han Sun Hwa, Kim Ji Hyun, and Oh Min Ae.

Shin Seung Ho is also known for being part of the K-dramas Weak Hero Class 1, Alchemy of Souls, D.P., Love Alarm, Moment at Eighteen, A-Teen, and more.
