Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee Risk Everything to Uncover the Truth in "Gyeongseong Creature" Trailer

Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for its upcoming historical thriller Gyeongseong Creature.

Set in the dark times of the spring of 1945, Gyeongseong Creature tells the story of two young people confronting a monster born out of greed. 

The K-drama boasts a star-studded cast, including Park Seo Joon, Han So Hee, Kim Su Hyun, Kim Hae Sook, Jo Han Chul, and Wi Ha Joon.

The trailer opens with a voiceover questioning, "Are you a good man or a bad man?" Jang Tae Sang (Park Seo Joon) loads his gun to shoot.

Yun Chae Ok (Han So Hee) inquires, "Are you Master Jang of the House of Golden Treasure?" Tae Sang, in return, asks about her identity. She reveals her intentions, saying, "I'm looking for someone."

Chae Ok goes on to describe Tae Sang, highlighting that he is the most well-informed in Gyeongseong and gets a lot of attention. Scenes of Jang Tae Sang fighting the men surrounding him on a dark night flash by.

She then informs that the basement of Ongseong Hospital is really suspicious, and "patients who are moved there never come back."

As she stresses that horrific things are happening inside the hospital, viewers catch a glimpse of the dark basement of Ongseong Hospital, followed by a scene showing a monster running wild.

Tae Sang refuses to help Chae Ok, saying that he is in no position to help others, as he must take care of his own urgent matters.

But Chae Ok asks for his help with desperation in her voice because she doesn't want any more innocent people to die.

As the trailer nears its conclusion, it offers glimpses of characters embroiled in high-stakes situations, a blistering display of ballistic shootouts, and an abominable monster born out of greed. 

Additionally, Netflix unveiled a captivating new poster that vividly portrays the tentacles of the monstrous entity and the intense struggle faced by the characters, offering a tantalizing preview of the suspense and thrill.

Part 1 of Gyeongseong Creature will be released on December 22. Part 2 will air on January 5. Watch the trailer below.
