Lee Se Hee will reportedly lead the upcoming series "True Sword Battle" with EXO's Doh Kyung Soo

Lee Se Hee might be the female lead of EXO's Doh Kyung Soo in the upcoming KBS drama "True Sword Battle."

On February 14th several media outlets shared that Lee Se Hee has been picked as the female lead of the upcoming KBS law crime drama "True Sword Battle." 

According to reports, Lee Se Hee is considering the offer positively. Her agency confirmed the reports and stated that the actress is still reviewing them. Doh Kyung Soo is also still reviewing the casting offer. 

"True Sword Battle" will depict the story of the corruption in South Korea. It will revolve around a fierce and genuine prosecutor who will do everything to seek justice for the weak and the victims. Doh Kyung Soo will reportedly play the role of Jin Jeong, the prosecutor.

The upcoming series "True Sword Battle" will begin filming during the first half of 2022. The drama will reportedly have a total of 12 episodes.

Lee Se Hee made her acting debut in 2017. She was part of the movie "Midnight Runners" with Kang Ha Neul and Park Seo Joon. The actress made her first appearance on the small screen through the drama "Let Me Introduce Her." Since then, she has been active in the drama scene.

Last year, Lee Se Hee was part of the dramas "My Roommate Is a Gumiho," "Hospital Playlist 2," and "Young Lady and Gentleman." She was also part of the casts of the films "Midnight" and "I Can Only See." 

If Lee Se Hee accepts the offer, this will be her big break in the industry. This will be the first time that Lee Se Hee will be the female lead of a broadcasting channel in Korea.
