EXID's Hani and Psychiatrist Yang Jae Woong to reportedly get married this year
Award-winning actors Jo Woo Jin, Lee Jung Eun, and others will also reportedly star in the upcoming K-drama Knock Off.
On May 17, media outlet Ten Asia released the list of the reported supporting actors of the upcoming dark comedy K-drama Knock Off which Kim Soo Hyun will lead.
According to reports, actors Jo Woo Jin, Lee Jung Eun, Kim Eui Sung, Kang Mal Geum, Kim Hye Eun, and Jung Man Shik will also star in the upcoming K-drama. In the previous weeks, it was also revealed that Kim Soo Hyun will be joined by Jo Bo Ah, Kim Shi Eun, Yoo Jae Myung, and Go Gyu Pil in the upcoming series.
Knock Off will revolve around the Asian financial crisis from 1997 to the early 2000s. The K-drama will focus on the fake market in the said era.
The upcoming K-drama will be the collaboration work of director Park Hyun Suk (Uncontrollably Fond and Stranger Season 2) and writer Han Jung Hoon. SLL and Arc Media will produce the upcoming series.
According to reports, Jo Woo Jin, Lee Jung Eun, Kim Eui Sung, Kang Mal Geum, Kim Hye Eun, and Jung Man Shik will be the supporting roles in the series while Kim Soo Hyun, Jo Bo Ah, and Kim Shi Eun will be the main leads.
Lee Jung Eun will play the role of Park Ae Ja, Jo Woo Jin will be Baek Jong Min, Kim Eui Sung will play as Bae Pil Gu, Kang Mal Geum be Jegal Hyun Sook in the series, and Kim Hye Eun will portray the character named Jang Ji Soo.
Many are already anticipating this upcoming K-drama because it will star the highest-paid South Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun and house several brilliant supporting actors that will surely make the K-drama worth watching.
Knock Off will reportedly be released through an OTT platform. There is no official confirmation yet on the premiere date and filming schedule of the upcoming series Knock Off.
