Real-life friends EXO's Suho and Byun Yo Han will possibly work together in a new K-drama.
On July 22, media outlets shared that Suho will be joining the reported main leads Byun Yo Han and Esom in the upcoming K-drama Reborn.
Suho's agency SM Entertainment responded to the reports through the media outlet Daily Sports. According to the agency, "Suho did receive the casting offer to star in the new series Reborn. The EXO member is currently reviewing the offer. "
Just last month, the K-drama was also reportedly offered to actress Esom. There is no official information yet about the confirmed main leads for the upcoming series.
Suho recently starred in the historical MBN K-drama Missing Crown Prince. This was his first ever leading role in the historical genre and he worked alongside Hong Ye Ji, Myung Se Bin, Kim Min Kyu, Kim Joo Heon, Yoo Se Rye, and more.
He is known for being part of the K-dramas Behind Your Touch, Rich Man, Prime Minister and I, and more. He is currently active in his solo activities in singing and acting.
Suho is currently busy with his world tour named "Su: Home." He will soon visit Malaysia and Indonesia before he embarks on his tour in Europe in September.
Reborn is a fantasy crime thriller K-drama that will showcase the stories of people who remember their past lives.
Director Lee Dong Yoon (She Would Never Know and Fated to Love You) and writer Han Ah Reum (See You in My 19th Life) will work together for the upcoming series.
Byun Yo Han will reportedly portray the character named Baek Beom. He is a police officer with the ability to see the past lives of others. Meanwhile, Esom will play as Rose Miller, She is someone who remembers her 12 past lives.
The character offered to Suho has not yet been revealed.
There is no detailed confirmation yet on the broadcast date and channel for Reborn.
