So for starters I gotta say my favourite part was....EVERYTHING! OMG idk what I'm going to do with myself now that I won't have this on my Friday night schedule. I was Obsessed with S1 and S2 is no exception. Yet again the ONLY downfall is how short it is so they obviously have to squeeze in a lot of detail in a short time frame. But don't get it twisted...they somehow manage to keep you entranced with everything from visuals to heartache. I think I liked S1 more but it's well worth the watch no matter what. I NEED MORE!!!!And on a sidenote... I'm in love with the Taiwanese "L" lmao

Got my stomach in knots
It's great series that goes beyond BL genre. I made this account to keep track of BL series but WBL s2 is amazing even compare to common dramas. It's such a shame the series is short bc I definitely need more. The theme and tone of s2 is completely different from s1, but it captured me in another way. The film-making is great. I feel like the film crew does not treat it as a BL which should be the norms but the truth is BL as a genre is normally made and marketed differently from the rest. Plot-wise it might not be your cup of tea bc it contains a lot of tropes but the way these characters deal with it made it quite realistic. Just bc they are fictional characters does not mean they have to be perfect. They are human and their flaws made them real. The OSTs have been my playlist for weeks now and they created different instrumental of the songs for different scenes. I love the songs the actors choose for their characters too, they fit perfectly well and express the character even more.The acting is phenomenal. Sam Lin is such brilliant actor it caught me by surprise. He understands the assignment and created an authentic character like Shide. Yu is astounding consider this is his first acting experience. He took on the role so well for a beginner I can't believe it. Their chemistry is off the chart. Not only as characters but also as partners in this project. It's amazed how Yu can accommodate to Sam's acting even in those scenes without script. They really know the characters so well they can improvise and still completely in character. I have goosebumps.
It's only half of the season but I think it will be my all-time favorite BL series. Keep watching it on repeat. S1 was so beautiful but S2 made me hold my breath. Hope the remaining ep turn out well so it will become my comfort series <3

O quão doce pode ser uma corrida? A resposta pra essa pergunta a gente pode ver na segunda temporada de WBL, a historia do Gao Shi de e do Zhou Shu Yi ganha uma nova dimensão e um ar bem mais maduro que na primeira temporada, alguns dos problemas são diferentes mas a essência da primeira temporada não foi perdida.Alguns pontos bons e interessantes dessa temporada foram: a resolução de alguns problemas de forma mais pratica e direta, foco nos personagens secundários e nas suas historias que parecem (inclusive um grande destaque para esse ponto) extremamente interessantes, acho que uma boa temporada para WBL seria muito bom se fosse parar explorar a historia de alguns personagens como o Pei Shou Yi e o Yu Zhen Xuan. O plot em si foi muito interessante mesmo. o visual em geral da serie é muito bom, a forma como tudo foi construído foi muito boa, o roteiro é realmente muito bom. O cast inteiro é muito bom atuando, dando um belo destaque ao Pai do shu yi ](a cena em que eles falam em japonês é INCRIVEL!), o Shou yi, o Zhen xuan e o Shu yi e o Shi de, a atuação foi muito boa, souberam dar vida aos personagens e passar todos os sentimentos que deveriam passar, você consegue sentir tanto empatia, alegria, fofura quanto raiva e estresse na medida certa. Assuntos como transtornos deveriam ser mais recorrentes em series, é um espaço muito valido e bom pra se tratar sobre assuntos assim.
Alguns pontos fracos foram a ost, e alguns pontos da historia que ficaram incompletos, mas acredito que tudo vai ficar melhor se ganhar uma nova temporada. Será se esse foi mesmo o fim da corrida? Espero muito ver os atores de volta nos papeis e é claro em outros papeis também.

Missing them already
The second season turned out just as great as first season. The angst was heart wrenching on both the main couple and side couple but the make up was worth the pain. Not much was seen from Richard and Evan's characters but from what we got it, I loved. A complain I have is that production cut an important part of a scene from some reason, it doesn't ruin it for me but I'll have to live with knowing they cut it out LOL. Everyone did an amazing job of course in portraying their characters as before, if not better. Love the cast, they are amazing and the support they give one another that can be seen behind the scenes, I love.The soundtrack is full of songs that I instantly added to my playlist to stream nonstop. Though I did miss the "Will you be my love?" Ost.
Overall; This season just as the first season is an instant rebinge. We Best Love definitely makes it to my top 5.

The Comeback of the beloved Ones.
WBL was a positive Surprise and a huge success at the beginning of the year 2021.So the second season is a little bit weaker, but also completely different compared to the first one. The Tone is rougher and also grown up.
But unfortunately, there is a second couple that is more awkward than touching and I have the feeling, that they're stealing screentime from the Mains.
The biggest weak point of this season is still the storytelling and the logical structure, there are Plotholes, bigger than a Fishnet, and some major scenes were just cut out for the finale episodes.
But let’s be honest, WBL never lives from his outstanding Story, even the first season was just a clash of well-known Tropes from the BL-Genre.
Instead, WBL lives from his Characters and their Chemistry, and in that Point, this One is still Outstanding.

MOST OVERRATED AND OVER-HYPED BL DRAMA EVER
This BL drama has so much potential during the first 3 episodes but after that the plot went go downhill and puts a lot of plotholes with unanswered questions during the season 1 honestly i watched season 1 first and its perfect and better than season 2 and also. This drama seems rushed and the two male leads had a weak chemistry i think i was more interested from the side character couples than them very disappointing. And i still dont get the story and why does GSD carried a baby in the first place and why he keeps denying it?? Wtf?? Its weird and it still confusing . But the OST is perfect and production seems ok. But still recommended it to those who are curious about BOYS LOVE concepts. Should have been better. I will wait for season 3 i want progress for the side couple characters and more exposure and extent it into full series (like 12-15 episodes) to become.more interesting to watch.Cet avis était-il utile?

A good second season
This sequel to 'No. 1 For You' was indeed a good follow-up. We got to learn more abput Zhou Shu Yi and Gao Shi De and what happened during the five years they were apart.Story-9/10
Zhou Shu Yi and Gao Shi De have been separated for over five years. The reason behnd this was because Gao Shi De wanted to prove himself to Zhou Shu Yi's dad that he was suitable for his son. So he agreed to not only stay away from Zhou Shu Yi but to also make a name for himself so that he would be seen suitable for Zhou. What here that irked me was the lack of communication between these two as Gao cannot tell Zhou abot the deal he had with Zhou's dad as well as Zhou went to the states, saw Gao with someone and automatically thought that he was cheating on him. However, they were able to overcome this and get back together.
We were also introduced to the unique couple of Yu Zhen Xuan and Pei Shou Yi. Both men are not perfect and they had me routing for them. Shi Zhu Yu and Liu Bing Wei we were introduced in the first season. We saw them getting close and now in the second season, they are dating and living together. By the end of the second season, they are engaged.
Acting-10/10
I loved everyone's acting, especially the actors who played Yu Zhen Xuan and Pei Shou Yi. Thier characters were just...awesome. Ih ope to see more of them, if not as these characters, in other dramas.
Music-9.5/10
The music was beautiful. And when they even played the theme song from the first season in the last episode...that got to me.

I liked this series. I see myself watching it again in the future. It may have a few small flaws (like the flow of the storyline that they show as special scenes and not in the series itself, causing me to feel like if I am missing something cause I didn't see it). Otherwise than that, it was a good series.

This was indeed a good follow-up to season one. This may have a few small flaws, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I will recommend it to other viewers.

Don't Miss Out and Watch!
The second season focuses more on character developments for everyone and fleshes out the side characters more than season one which makes sense because S1 was setting up the characters, setting, etc. Although S2 revolves around a misunderstanding as the driving force of the plot and miscommunication, it can be frustrating and confusing BUT please bear with it and don't hate it! It's explained along the way and if you can push through some cringy lines Shu Yi says, it's worth it!Bonus:

A decent continuation
Imo this wasn’t nearly as good as the first. Maybe its just me but the former school doc relationship story did catch my interest at all. Maybe of the lack of chemistry??? But of course our mains were great. I love them so much, though i didnt like one scene that was in the show because afterwards the show didnt bring attention to the issue. Their story shouldnt be done as well since some questions are still left unanswered…?? Overall the story was just meh to me but loved seeing zhou and gao again. Yu and Sam once again had AMAZING acting. I would recommend just to continue the story from the first but keep expectations in checkCet avis était-il utile?

I’ve seen mixed reviews on this but I just have to say I have been waiting for this show to finishing airing so I can binge it and it was worth the wait. I thought that the actors for the show did a phenomenal job. They conveyed there emotions very well and there was no awkwardness at all. I could feel there sadness, angry and love for one another through the screen.
This drama can easily be my favorite BL, the chemistry between the characters...the sexual tension...the butterflies...everything is off the charts. I wanted it to continue forever but I loved how it ended for now, Shu Yi returned to his playful funny self and Shi De finally being allowed to be carefree because he has some to walk side by side with. I mean just watch the show and tell me if you fell in love with everything and everyone or not. If not then I do not have any words for you

My DeYi heart is rejoicing!!!!
both the season 1 and season (WBL and Fighting Mr. 2nd) helped me get through every week. I don't know how to get back to my life before WBL and FM2 happened. This series is like a reward for me every Friday, after those activities and works at school, this became my paradise and it ended now, so I'm trying to get my life back to normal again lol.It may not be the best to some people but we all have different preferences. All we gotta do is to respect each other's opinion and all is good.
Give the series and the actors lots of love! :'>
(I think all of us deserves a season 3, please give it to us lol T_T)

This drama was AMAZING! I loved the different perspectives the writer brings for each character and how everyone feels flawed and lived in not just characters on paper.The writer brought a fresh perspective to romance and got into the messiness that happens within real young relationships ships.
I could relate to with the Shu Yi’s anger at being being ghosted with no explanation. It does makes you a bit crazy especially when you loved that person. I also relate to Shi de’s need to protect his loved ones even at the cost of his own happiness.
The acting was Amazing . The chemistry between the the whole cast was so good! I enjoyed the highs and lows of the emotions with the characters. They are all flawed and that’s okay! Love is not perfection! It’s messy, bitter and sweet!
I would definitely rewatch this drama. The music was great! I really enjoyed it. I would recommend for the ppl reading the reviews to watch this drama for yourself!
