If you liked watching Shining For One Thing, you can try watching Scripting Your Destiny. Though the two dramas have quite different plot and storyline, but both of them have some elements of fantasy and gives you the same vibe.
Both of these drams have the ML protecting FL without them knowing.
Moreover Scripting Your Destiny is a short drama, so it won't take you too much time to finish watching it.

The couple time travel to their university days while they both have regrets about their choices in the present day.

Both are dramas in which the FL time travels to the past and tries to change the past to save the ML who she loved and who died back then.

both dramas show the time travel of the characters in shining for one thing, FL travels back in time because of her boyfriend cheating on with her most trusted best friend and while in marrying my husband, FL travels into the time because her husband is cheating on her is also with the most trusted best friend....

This is a drama version. Same actors, same vibes, almost similar plot with more detailed plot and conflict.

Both are about the FL time traveling to the past/her school days and trying to save the life of the ML who died back then.

First they are both really good dramas.
Second they both have female go back in time and meet male lead.
Third male lead gets bad luck in future so female lead returns to the past to fix it. (Don’t wanna spoil so won’t say exactly what happens)
Fourth both have really nice and protective made leads that protect the female lead in any situation.

Very different story. But both are Chinese and there are parallel universe theme..

mediums for time travel being electronic devices (old mp3, old phone). FLs have regret about career & love decisions. 1 develops love for a previously obscure person, & the other reunites w/ an old friend.

If you want to see something similar or exact same as Shining For One Thing then Blue Birthday is definetly for you. However i must warn you if you are up for a superb acting then this drama might not be for you since there are rookie actors in the cast. Personally for me, for a mini drama I think everyone acting was still better than some of the mini drama I have seen. Another thing might be since it's a mini drama the plots are not that exploits but it's definelty a worthy drama to binge if you are craving for a similar drama.

Both dramas involve time travel by the FL between adulthood and her school days.

It's not same but WTLOG is also about long lost love. The emotions are raw in both. The love the ML has for the FL is same in both. Both of them talks about the past and the present. The cinematography, production, background music , side characters , all are great.

Female lead goes back to the past and realised many things she didn't knew before. How much the ML had done for her and loved her.
It's also similar that the past she went back to does not have any effect on the present.
