If you like dramas with a no-nonsense female lead, strong, brave and independent, you have found the right ones here! They both feature a classic rich man/poor woman story albeit with a twist: the FL is not a damsel in distress, a white lotus, a doormat! They are so fun to watch here! And of course, the ML melts and become human after meeting this strong woman!

Both carry a strong sense of the main characters caught in a story. And through the dual contexts, there is opportunity to mock and/or celebrate the typical tropes and cliches.
*LR is trapped in a contemporary romance.
*The romance in LS takes place mostly in a historic context where the FL feels like they are following something already scripted.

Eun Soo is a pure but unsophisticated woman who runs a small resort inn with her father. Eun Soo is just an ordinary girl, but her life changes when she meets a man who's completely lost his memory. She takes him in and cares for him, and even gives him a name: "Baek Chang Ho". Love blossoms, and soon wedding bells can be heard.

In the blink of an eye, the two people Eun Soo loves most in the world have left her. But Chang Ho had his reasons for disappearing: his real name is Kang Hyun Woo, and he's heir to a large conglomerate. Even more, someone is plotting to kill him. Edit

They enter a world of manga / manhwa and live a romance with the protagonist of the story..............

Both dramas are very similar in the regards to the story. Both female leads end up in an alternative world, where they meet people, who they know in the real world, but now with different identities and lives. Both female leads suffer from a sort of "amnesia". Both investigate a case, that is the reason for their situation. Both dramas revolve around a romantic interest, that is connected to them in the real world.
The biggest difference is that Shards of Her is a more traumatic drama, whereas Lost Romance has a more lighter take on it.

Ami, a backpacker from Japan who is four years older than high school student Jimmy, shows up at his part-time job. The two end up spending the summer working at the same store, but Jimmy gradually develops a faint crush on Ami. The two of them grew closer as they rode motorcycles together at night and went to the movies, but suddenly, Ami decided to return to Japan. Ami proposes her "one promise" to Jimmy, who can't sort out his feelings.

As time passes, Jimmy visits his parents' house for the first time in a while and finds a postcard that Ami sent him 18 years ago when she returned to Japan. Jimmy's memories of his first love come back to him, and he takes his first solo trip to Japan to confront his past and examine his present. Jimmy rides the train while listening to songs that remind him of his memories with Ami, and he heads to her hometown. Will Jimmy be able to reunite with Ami?

Both FL work with ML
I also think looks are very similar
ML handsome, short black hair
FL not the most confident, short orange hair

Villain falls in love with the main character of the story. Same trope of power struggle between companies.

While MGIAA is definitely more trashy (but fun) than Lost Romance, I feel they are overall similar in terms of the ML and that the FL is out of place. In one drama she’s an alien, in the other she entered a comic book.
Also I feel the couples kinda look similar?

The ML will fall into a coma, and the FL who wrote the story of the ML who is a character in his book, will enter the space time of his Novel to be able to save him and change his destiny

Lost Romance is about a woman being sucked into a cheesy CEO-love romance book. She finds out that she's supposed to be the side character that bullies the FL of the romance book and is determined to capture the heart of the CEO while being friendly with the real FL. The relationship is hate-to-love.
Memories of the Alhambra is about a VR game glitching and becoming part of real life (it's hard to explain. Let's say that you were shot in game and die, you die in real life too. And, if you take off your VR glasses, the game console doesn't disappear). The relationship is also hate-to-love.
Both of these dramas focus on the death/coma of an important character and both focus on survivor's guilt.

they both deal with either a virtual reality or an alternative reality. The leads have to fight to stay alive and solve the mystery so they can return to the real world.
