in both dramas love triangle / square is very similar (3 close friends with similar hidden love triangle and new girl in picture, friends fall apart because of her)
though in Brahms there is another old friends love triangle for FL part .

overall Brahms characters have more depth, though as I remember Tempted has also quite promising start with "Gossip Girl" wibes. and also Tempted has more beautiful cast ))))

Both touches on music. Both female leads have passion for music but their family are against it, claiming it is an unrealistic dream.

Both the main character compete in a place where they don't belong. I'm pretty sure DYLB was inspired by Incomplete Life because the main character gets his name mistaken for 'okay' in Korean. He feels insecure entering the corporate world with his lack of credentials, yet he perseveres and grows as a person.

Both dramas show us the reality and struggles of the people surviving in their tough fields. Incomplete Life is my favourite drama, but don't expect fluff or anything of a fantasy. It's not glamorous but it tugs at your heart and reminds us that we're not alone.

Gentle and calm storytelling about the youthful romance among friends of long time in their high school, college into late 20s lives.

This one were such a brilliant classical composers of all time

Both are music dramas. Beethoven Virus was my first Korean drama, which display perfect Music Industry, love, friendship and struggles between 3 leads in an orchestra. DYLB also gives me similar vibes.

That was a very nice drama story is good but unfortunately it was makjang about the punishment and evil justice

Another thing is background classical music.

both dramas are different genres but the FLs both play the violin and encounter hardships trying to make their dreams a reality

This is a sequel of The Penthouse: war in Life but another classical music composers were really appreciated and understanding.

But the Penthouse adults are also gone, while The Penthouse kids and 2 The Penthouse adults are life.

If you like the sort of ambience that "Do You Like Brahms?" gives you might enjoy "A Piece of Your Mind". The storylines are different, but they both touch on music, healing and hardships (especially in relationships).
