Will make you laugh, smile and both at the same time :)
The plot is really refreshing and the actors are amazing.
Music is nice and it fits so well.
And there are no annoying ex boyfriends/girlfriends so that was a big + from me, although there are a few annoying characters but I won't say anything else :P
In my top 5 for sure. The drama is a must watch.

Story is cute. What I love a bout this is the friendship. Complicated situations specially the ones tat involves love can ruin relationship between friends but this proved the world wrong.
Cast are great too they fit perfectly with their character.
I love talking' bout' love by J-rabbit PERFECT!

Enjoyed the drama, not enough that I'd re-watch it straight away though. It's definitely the best drama out of all the other flower boy dramas. ---------SPOILER---------
The plot is basically Park Shin Hye who plays a socially anxious girl who has a crush on her neighbour, however the neighbours cousin who comes to live with him for a while finds out about it and tries to help them two get together, he tries to make her get out of her shell and be more confident, however they fall for each other in the process..

You have to start of with Enrique, the most cheerful and bubbly drama character you'll ever see. I mean, I sometimes hear his hysterical laugh while dreaming.
Go Dok Mi, who we all can relate to. Personally, I was amazed by the development of her character throughout the series. You could see the different faces that she reveals in each new episode, which was quite interesting as well.
I just couldn't leave out the adorable love story of Dong Hoon and the ever so lovable Watanabe-kun! Focussing on their stories a bit as well was kind of a refreshment throughout the series.
With all of that being said, this drama didn't score major points when it came to the whole plot. I'm biased towards series with a plot sequence of "a community life". I'm very fond of these type of stories really, I've watched a lot of anime and series regarding that. But somehow, this story felt very undeveloped and filled with plot-holes most of the time. Would've liked if the creators of the drama left in the "brother", living across Dok Mi, as the main character, I think that aspect would've changed a lot.
Anyway, lovely series for rom-com genre lovers!

It wasn't a drama that blew me away and that i watched episode after episode of, like what i thought it would be. It's a romantic comedy (which i loved), the episodes are not that long (to a person that has watched a lot of dramas and that are used to episodes being one hour long at least, they weren't long, around 45 min) and there's only 16 episodes, so i thought i'd finish this drama quickly, but it took me longer than expected. I liked most of the drama, but there were some reasons why i didn't like it as much as i thought i would.
1. I really didn't like Park Shin-hye's character, she was like an overdramatic teenage girl that made every problem bigger than what it really needed to be, she never listened or trusted anyone, although they were good people. I get that she couldn't know that and that she was bullied, and all the reasons that made her that way, but still i felt like she was slightly overdramatic about a lot of things, and... i don't even know, i just didn't like her character in this drama (i have nothing against Park Shin-hye as an actress though, just to clear that out).
2. I wasn't super into the romance between the main characters in this drama. I found myself more interested in the romance between the editor and Dong hoon. (those charcters were hilarious, and together, even more).
3. It felt like the storyline was taken straight out from a fanfiction. The typical shy girl that was bullied, meets popular/famous and handsome heart throb, that just so happened to move into the apartment right across from where she lives. It jus felt like a fanfiction coming to life.
But still this drama was an okey series. It's a good "inbetween-dramas drama", you know those dramas that you watch because you're not sure what to watch next or you're waiting for another drama to start airing. It is a very light hearted romantic comedy that is easy to watch, although it's a bit boring at times (not gonna lie), it has a lot of witty/funny scenes and some cute romantic scenes and is overall an okey drama.
When it comes to the music and the acting i don't really have much to say, i didn't really pay attention to the music in this drama, and the acting was the typical romantic comedy acting where you overdramatise things and act silly. It's a bit difficult for me to judge the acting in romantic comedies because of this, i feel like i have to see other dramas with the same actors to be able to tell you if they're good actors or not, so i can say this, Park Shin-hye (I've seen her in Pinocchio, The heirs and You're beautiful), Kim Seul Gi (Oh my ghost) and Go Gyeong-pyo (Jealousy incarnate) are good actors. Can't say anything about the rest because i haven't seen enough of them, but overall an okey drama.

Love, love, love this one
My rating is 10/10. This is a 2013 South Korean romantic comedy television series with 16, 40 minute, episodes. It is also know as "Cute Guys Next Door" and is based on a webtoon "I Steal Peaks At Him Every Day" by Yoo Hyun-sook based on the webtoon by Yoo Hyun-sook. Go Dok-mi has become agoraphobic after suffering from extreme bullying in high school. She rarely ventures out and her main "escape" is stealing peeks at her handsome neighbor in an apartment directly across from hers. Things change though when her "flower boy" neighbor has a visitor, his younger brother, Enrique Geum (Yoon Shi-yoon), who spent most of his time growing up in Spain. He catches Dok-mi spying on his brother Tae-joon ( and him Park Shin-hye as a lonely girl who never ventures outdoors, but is caught spying on her neighbor across the street by a different guy (Yoon Shi-yoon) Oh Jin-rak is a webtoon artist who lives right next door to Dok-mi and has observed her, and loved her, from afar. He wants her to stay just the way she is and protects her and her privacy. A Japanese visitor who desires to learn Korean cooking also moves in and all of the "flower boys" form a friendship. Once Enrique discovers the reason for Dok-mi's spying he becomes determined to draw her out in the world. Dok-mi becomes the center of attention for two very different men one who wants her to stay as she is and the other who wants her to explore what life has to offer.Spoiler ? Although I found a few things surprising and not really necessary I really loved this show. I thought, from reading descriptions, that this would be about Dok mi's love from afar of the "flower boy" she had been spying on. But the brother plays only a very minor role and actually leaves quite early in the series. The Japanese neighbor was also such a minor role that it seemed it could have been left out and you would not have noticed much difference. I found her behavior completely understandable as I know several people in my life that have withdrawn for similar reasons. I loved how persistent the men in her life were and how she changed and grew throughout the episodes. The romance was perfect and sweet and the friendships were also very heart warming. It is just a thoroughly enjoyable watch for anyone that loves romantic comedies. I am a huge fan of Park Shin-hye and I thought she played this role perfectly. I had never seen Yoon Shi-yoon in anything that I am aware of but I loved his character so much I will be looking for other things he may be in. I was surprised some rated this lower - maybe they have not experienced agoraphobia and did not find it believable. I am not sure. Because, for me, it had all of the elements needed for a great romance. I was cheering for the characters the whole way.

My current favorite drama
This is the first kdrama i watched, and ever since there wasn't another one I like better then this, not even Squid Game. This drama is different from others where the first guy that the main character girl meet with end up getting together, in the end, everyone that played an important role gets an ending. Its also somewhat weird and funny, loved watching it. It is definitely one of the drama I will rewatch in a couple years. A lot of the scenes are hard to act out, and Shin Hye did a perfect job doing every single one of them perfectly. Seeing the change in personality of the main character just makes me smile because its realistic but insaneCet avis était-il utile?
