The Search (2020)

Both have military, action and suspense genres
one is about a mission to search for mutant beings who have been exposed to radioactive radiation and another is about extraterrestrial beings

Might not fit 100% but Search has a military aspect as well as a mysterious/supernatural aspect to it so I think if you've watched all the other similar shows you could try this one.

Like D.P., Search is a military drama with a ML currently completing his mandatory military service. It also centers around a team of soldiers which is given specific missions. Finally, it breaks away from the typical 16-episode format.

Both dramas doesn't have anything in common... It just comes to my mind because they're both about SOLDIERS.
Search is about virus that's infecting people and Descendants of the Sun is romance between doctor and soldier.

Both of them are action/thriller dramas with a bit of romance, and both of the plots revolve around a mystery about a military incident, corrupted politicians hiding the truth and secret parent identities.

Both Search and The Flu are science fiction and thrilling stories about viruses that are infecting people in Korea.

Both shows deal with mutated monsters for different reasons, and time is running out. Also, both shows work with jump scares and horror motives.

Both dramas are about army and grave danger. In DAS danger is everywhere and in Search we can rarely see it we rather all the time have a feeling that is's very close always ready to attack.

Both dramas are about a virus suddenly being released and turning humans into monsters and the alive humans trying to fight back. In Kingdom the virus turns them into Zombies, and in Search the virus turns them into monsters with great strength that can infect humans they attack or kill.

Both dramas are different genres, but they have military/soldiers teams.
Search is more into mystery thriller genres relating to the virus that's infecting people. YAMH is about romance between a special police captain and a doctor.
Note: Bai Jing Ting (YAMH) reminds me of Jang Dong Yoon (Search)... both are so adorable with small babyfaces but their fitness is damn... their acting skills are superb too.

Both have similar situations, characters suddenly being forced into fighting beings beyond their comprehension. They have the same main actor, and a similar feel to them.

Don't know why but i thought about this drama while watching Bulgasal.Both have monsters and strong female leads.

They both deliver same vibe, although their concepts are different they have almost the same storyline, the villain in both dramas is something unknown that possesses other people and make them a monster. Young people who team up against the villain are connected by their parents in past. They're both dark and at some points maybe sickening and also both dramas have the same director so I guess if anyone liked Search, will definitely like The Guest too.
