Queen In Hyun's Man (2012)

Although it doesn't have the time travel element, it is a fantasy drama that deals with the star-crossed lovers theme. Instead of time, it is death that separates them. Also the chemistry between the two leads is fantastic.

Both dramas have time traveling themes.

*The two main characters are from different worlds meet and has a romantic relationship
*The male lead has special ability to travel from one world to another

The plots are completely different but these two shows carry the same vibe . Male lead is strong, wise and caring towrds the heroine . They are also star crossed lovers who keep getting separated from each other. Most of all the chemistry between the leads in both dramas is like no other and the female lead isn't afraid to show her love for the male lead.

A capable but unpopular showbiz manager, Kazuko, struggles to groom a younger, new male actor, Ryo, whom she had scouted, into a star. An unmotivated Ryo slowly becomes conscious of the pleasures of acting. Bonds of camaraderie grow, and before long, love gradually blossoms between them.

Both involve Joseon era men and independent female leads. The vibes are similar along both stories.

Both have time travelling element. Scarlet heart is one of the excellent historical C-drama. Perfection from all cast, writer.

Both dramas are about love that is not controlled by humans but instead by something greater than them. Both my all time faves! great osts, great acting! No love triangles (so done with them really).
