I have read the novel, too, but the thrill of the series is that it doesn't stick to the original storyline. It innovated and transformed it in such a way that it will be interesting to look forward to from one episode to another.
What I really LOVE about the production is that there is no too much SKINSHIP! The way Sarawat and Tine look at each other is just enough to make you feel giddy and in love! PERIODT! I don't need p*rn-like scenes to draw me into the series. And do I have to mention about Scrubb? Goodness! I'm not Thai, but I fell in love with their songs! Almost all of them!!!
Would you be surprised if I give 2gether a 10 out of 10?
Haters gonna hate, but numbers DO NOT lie! ;)
Kisses to you Sarawat and Tine for making this pandemic so fun and light!

Very cute (the story and the actors and actresses)
All jokes aside, the story plot line is very cute. There's always got to be some kind of love triangle (which I don't like but accept) and I liked the music theme throughout. I am a little biased since I play instrument though. I would definitely suggest watching, but know that it's not a unique or complex plot , but an easy watch. The acting is pretty good, I didn't cringe very much from it being too cutesy, which I normally do. Sarawat and Tine are a cute couple and have good energy. It's a nice, quick watch that made me smile.Cet avis était-il utile?
The acting of the character are well delivered and natural. I love how Sarawat express his love to tine I think some says it is overrated but for me its not. It deserve its high rating as we can see its always trending on twitter every friday.
And I am shocked when I heard that it is the first series of Win. But the way he acts are so natural like he’s been in the showbiz industry for so long.
BEST BL SERIES for me AS OF NOW.

being happy all time
two types of people one is believe in science but the other one is believe in god as we all know that we have difference believe because me as person i believe in god that he created the world but unforunately scientist proof that bigbag create the world and We can say, “that is the way it is,” but that’s not so satisfying to hear especially for someone who is inquisitive. Well, the human mind deals in duality in order to perceive the world, and we think if we were born, then the universe must have had a beginning. But the universe doesn’t have to conform to the human mind. Yes it's possible that universe to be eternal. But birth and death are illusions. As soon we look beyond the confines of our minds, we’ll see reality.Cet avis était-il utile?

I LOVE EM I LOVE EM I LOVE EM :')
I LOVE when not only does a Thai BL hit the spot with me but makes me bingewatch couple vids on YouTube for the rest of the night and for the most part of the next day XDDo i have BrightWin wallpapers on all my devices replacing the Pete Kao ones ive had FOREVER hell to the yes!
Have I been screaming every time Bright is being unbearably soft for Win and his beautiful ass smile in a youtube ship vid f yes!
look. Sometimes i have an inkling about why i like what I like but other times my brain is all like ... cute boys kissing being soft ME LIKEY LOL
But one thing I will say 2gether isn't perfect and might be a tad weak story wise, i t has some genuine writing, genuine hilarity, and the bonding between the male leads feels organic and there's a kind of natural innocence and relatability to both characters.
SO YES. give me more.

It was GREAT
I don’t usually write reviews I thought I needed too.The story flow was smooth, I just thought it could have progressed more, and the main couple could have developed more.the facial expressions were priceless, it really felt like it wasn’t just a typical BL drama, they’ll have you squealing and can’t wait for the next episode, some parts will get at you, OMG Bright’s Smile is killer, Only the parts of denial that got me pissed, other than that, This is a must watch. Enjoy guys. Looking forward to a season 2 soon. Fingers crossed

I realized I'm a sensitive b**ch.
How do you turn a cold hearted man like my gay a$$ into a sensitive b**ch? Show me a drama that constantly reminds me of "Love Sick."To be honest, I've been trying to write a review for this one for three weeks already and have failed miserably because I don't know where and how to begin. Writer's block, everyone. I'll try once again hoping it works out this time.
2gether has gotten people divided into the ones who love it and the ones disappointed with it. I see myself leaning towards the ones who "like it for what it is." Maybe it's the fact that it is literally "Love Sick" reimagined or it is just because I see a lot of potential in the story. I don't know, but the point is: I can't come to dislike it.
Beginning with the story. It is a 100% slice of life drama that shows you the everyday life of college students as they fall in love, struggle, mess up (constantly), make a drama about it, and try (try?) to learn from their experiences. There are a lot of details that made it hard for me not to continuously compare it with "Love Sick" because they are very similar to each other; however, I do not necessarily find that to be a bad thing. I mean, what drama hasn't taken inspiration from it? I'll wait. The only problem with this is that 2gether also added the things that aren't that good about Love Sick.
There isn't anything that can be called memorable. The life of the characters is normal and bland, but real. Plenty of authors who write BL novels get this strange misconception that gay people have this super special life, so it was appealing to see a story that was leaning towards the "normal" side of the spectrum. The series also began with a strong plot that promised a rom-com style of writing; even so, it didn't meet the standards you would expect.
The pacing was decent until we reach episode 10. From then on it does look like the editors rushed through quite a bit of story that didn't allow the viewer to sympathize and connect with important dramatic scenes. As soon as drama began, everything was resolved shortly. Honestly, this is my biggest problem. This series called for a longer run with at least 20 episodes to really build up for those important scenes. Plenty of characters and story deserved to be fleshed out more and was, unfortunately, cut short so they can mostly focus on the main couple. Tragic.
It was a shame seeing good actors being overshadowed by the main couple because of the editing (and most likely the writers that only focused on them as well). Toptap, my baby, I love you and I wish I could've seen more of you. At this point I wonder why were there even other couples in here since we barely had any time with them.
By the way, that eyebrow guy? I don't even know his name, but I could not stop staring at his super thick eyebrows. Trim them, man, I promise it won't make you any less of a man. Just do it for the sake of everyone who loves a good eyebrow.
From the main couple, Sarawat was the character I liked the most (the flashbacks of episode 11, y'all. My gay heart couldn't take it). The transition between his bad attitude when we first meet him to his more open self was one of the smoothest character developments I've seen in a BL drama. Truly something to pay attention to. Additionally, the chemistry between Win and Bright was decent. From what I saw they looked pretty comfortable with each other in most scenes. Win was a good actor despite this being his first professional work; his character was believable and natural until the end and was not overshadowed by Bright. I blame the editing for whatever happened to them after they became a couple.
Moving on, I like it when dramas showcase something specific about things that you may not find important at the beginning. "Until We Meet Again" was constantly taking its time to showcase traditional Thai desserts, and 2gether wanted to showcase music! Scrubb's music, to be precise. The soundtrack was beautiful, it was used correctly, and flowed nicely on each episode. But I am angry that the album was missing all the Scrubb songs when I bought it.
Overall I will recommend this drama despite its flaws. It was popular for a reason and that should not be taken for granted. Worth of a rewatch.

Good, but not the best
In my opinion, it was good. Not the best and there are differently somethings to work on. I would still recommend it, but it can be boring in the end, so just skip watching 12 and 13. Otherwise, the other episodes are watchable. It just gets less and less romantic after they get together. The story is interesting and I think they did a good job. I liked it until the end (12 and 13).
The music is perfect, there's nothing to change.
The humor though is probably the best thing. Tine's and Wat's friends are hilarious and I was laughing all the time they were on screen. I even laughed at parts where they didn't even mean to make someone laugh. I do also recommend watching some of the funny videos that people make on youtube, which will make you like it even more. It is a series that I think is likable if you laugh at it.
The cast is perfect, I think they just need to work on how they act.
The acting was pretty rough, Tine and Wat didn't act that much as a couple. Yeah, they did have some sweet moments together, but not a lot of them were when they were together. They acted more romantic when they were faking it even though Wat didn't act that in love. It's pretty sad to see how in love he was in some of the flashback scenes but then when he's actually dating Tine, he doesn't do anything like that. At first, I just thought that maybe he was a tsundere but it's like he doesn't even love Tine anymore. I'm fine without them kissing or fucking (not all couples do) but at least Tine showed some affection. Tine did a good job showing how much Wat actually meant to him, but sometimes it felt like they were brothers and not an actual couple.
When talking about acting like a real couple, both Dim and Green did it perfectly. Even though they didn't have that much screen time together, all the little things they did in the background were so precious to watch. It was very clear that they loved each other even if Green was trying to make Tine his boyfriend.
Man and Type are also a very cute and perfect couple. The acting was perfect, not much to say regarding those two.
I have, to be honest, I hated Mil and Phukong. They are the worst characters in the whole series. They were honestly so pointless and it made me frustrated whenever they were on screen. Their story wasn't interesting and there is no reason to watch anything they do. I recommend skipping the part where they are in, that'll help a lot. Their so-called "romance" is so toxic and it really ruins the series.
Honestly, who did even like Pam? She had no reason to be introduced. Re-including plotlines and drama that has already happened are never fun or interesting. It gets boring very quickly. I hated all the drama that came with including her and all the other girls that "stood between Wat/Tine and his love". It was pretty boring and very pointless.
To fix this I would have put more focus on the acting and take away some of the plotlines.
Otherwise, it's a good show, but there are better. I recommend watching this if you want something to laugh with. Hope this review helped you.

Love it's all that matters
This show shows that love can be innocent, love can be just a hug, i really loved the fact that this story shows the struggle of a couple on a rom-com, because at the end of the day love it's all that matters. I dare to say that 2Gether made a huge impact around the world (a lot of people from Latinoamerica watched), this is a huge stept to cross the cultural barriers and start to see that all humans can love, no matter your gender. Even it has a lot of cliches, this proves that the people still loves to watch a romantic show.Cet avis était-il utile?
I am still looking forward to future episodes as I am hoping that Drake has a solid support role with Frank. They are a main reason I have been anticipating the series. I was surprised and pleased with his [Drake's] role in Blacklist, and I think he has real potential for the future. But, it doesn't look like they will be in Ep 3 either. I will be fast-forwarding through stuff until I see how they do.
It's also interesting to see how GMM recycles actors in different combinations. I do find that draws me back and draws me in. Some combinations work, some are great, and some are meh. Not sure where this will fall when it's done. I was confused through Ep 1 though, until I found out that AJ has a twin brother JJ, the latter who is in this series. (Guess he as in He's Coming to Me, but I forgot.) I would like to see some of these guys break out into other types of roles - like White and Singto. I enjoy seeing them in new situations, stretching their skills.
I have intentionally given the series few stars as I think 8s, 10s and an over-all 6.8 is not supportable, and those scores are not fair to other series which are much more deserving. 10 just ends up being meaningless, not helpful to those who are trying to decide what to see first or to get into BL. We owe the newbies our mentoring!!
Well, I've gone on too long. What's important, as other's have said, is that those who enjoy the series get to enjoy it. And share their excitement and enjoyment. I do appreciate the comments and reviews. And I look forward to getting to excitement and enjoyment myself. I think I just need a shot of Drake to get me moving in the right direction! ?

I really can't wait to see how they make a real boyfriend from being fake one just to make green out of tine's face. Well all the characters deserves a clap for making this series really enjoyable.
