In both the main leads are high school students who go into wrong pathways. Both shows the intense pressure these kids experience which makes them take the wrong decisions.
-Short series
-Coming of the age drama of teenagers in high-schools
-Female Leads in both the series are pressured into do things and having to excel at it, like be the top student in school (in Student A) or play the piano (in Everything and Nothing) by their mothers and are sick of it.
-Male Leads are very reserved
-Showcase of sensitive personalities for both the FL's and ML's in each of the series.
Overall, both of the shows deal with teenager problems in a coming of age society as they transition to adults. A kind of age-crossroad where the characters are neither children nor exactly adults.
{Warning: Suicidal Tendecies alert]

I don't know exactly but one show reminded me of another:
Both MLs are not much experienced, they're "inoccents", while the females protagonist act cold and indiferent about they bodies due to some kind of sexual harassment in the past.
The male leads care much even if unconscious for the FL.
While Everythig and Nothing have a sad and mysterious atmosphere, HG'sL is more comedy.
In Ho Goos's Love FL gets pregnant .

Both dramas are quite short and have great actors! They both are part of the coming of age genre, with similar storylines as both are about high school students and the struggles of studying and in general the struggles of being a teenager. Also, both dramas finish with an open-end, living the watcher to draw her/his conclusions.
